• The duration of the tour is 5 Nights 6 Days, including the movement and return day, and includes 5 nights of hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding tours are included as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, surrounding tours, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in 3-person rooms typically stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are priority accommodation facilities of Malitur. Changes may be made to hotels and regions based on occupancy, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure if requested.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel management. Room selection is not possible.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to circumstances such as density, renovations, etc., provided that they remain the same.
• In the program timing (the order of places to be visited during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visited places, etc.
• In our tour, Malitur is not responsible for places that cannot be visited as stated in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• In our air-inclusive tours, changes may be made at regional airports as long as they do not affect the sightseeing points in the tour program. In such a case, guests will be informed by Malitur along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program related to airport changes, the guest does not have any right to claim.
• Malitur is not responsible for delays in our air-inclusive tours due to weather or delays caused by the airline. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Malitur is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline in our air-inclusive tours. Flight time changes will be communicated to the guest by Malitur.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may increase gradually. Malitur reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, prices cannot be locked without receiving a down payment.
• Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during the reservation process. Notes entered in the reservation do not have any guarantees. Special seat selections such as front or back cannot be made.
• The seat arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by Malitur Operations based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the available staff. Extra tours conducted on the way will take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour accepting to wait at the rest area.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any right to claim. Malitur has no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In such a case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the date the tour departs is considered. The extra tour price valid for the period in which the tour takes place will apply. The guest has accepted this by purchasing the tour.
• Malitur is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest regarding the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by the guest.
• For children under 18 who are not considered legal minors and are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to have a letter of consent with them during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry reports related to health problems, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur at designated departure times due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Malitur is not responsible for any delays resulting from force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops where we pick them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, Malitur is not responsible for any resulting situations.
• All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest areas, etc.
• Since the trip may start without entering the hotel on the first day, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.
• It is advisable to be prepared, as it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., due to the program's intensity during the tour.
• Long distances may be covered during the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Lunches feature locally specific economical menus. For lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided into groups depending on the density of the region.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests may contact us 2 days prior to the tour to learn the confirmed start and end points of the route.
• If the agency does not reach a sufficient number for the tour, they are obliged to inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing may be done for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is required to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. The guest does not have the right to claim under such circumstances.
• Guests who cancel or modify their reservation at least 30 days before the start date of the service will receive a refund of the amount paid without providing a reason. For cancellations and modifications made 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation amount will be deducted; for cancellations and modifications made 15 to 7 days before, 50% will be deducted; and for cancellations and modifications made 7 days or less before, 100% of the reservation amount will be deducted.
• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without providing a reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum passes and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances must be paid by the guests.
