Important Notes
• The tour duration is 5 nights and includes the day of departure and return.
• Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, local excursions, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels listed in the itinerary are preferred accommodation establishments of Dgn Travel. The region and hotels may change based on availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be provided upon request 48 hours before the tour departure, subject to availability.
• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. There is no option to choose between rooms.
• Our rest stops may change in location and service standards due to reasons beyond our control such as crowding, renovations, etc., as long as they remain the same in terms of service standards.
• The tour schedule may be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or crowding at visited sites.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places not visited during the tour due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, crowding at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.
• In our air tours, changes can be made to the region airports as long as they do not affect the visiting points in the tour program. In such cases, Dgn Travel will provide information to the guest regarding the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program due to airport changes, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays in the program due to adverse weather conditions or delays caused by the airline in our air tours. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline during our air tours. Any changes in flight times will be communicated to the guest by Dgn Travel.
• In our air tours, our guide may meet guests at the regional airport. You need to carry out your boarding procedures individually at the boarding airport. In such cases, Dgn Travel will inform guests one day in advance.
• In our air and bus tours, guests participating from other cities can join the tour from the regional meeting point at the airport. In such cases, there may be waiting times at the airport due to flight times.
• All our tours apply a progressive pricing system. Tour prices may increase progressively as the number of reservations in the package increases and the date draws near. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. Therefore, price fixing cannot be done without an advance payment.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed or promised during reservation. There is no guarantee for notes entered during reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back are not made.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by Dgn Travel Operations based on the order of reservations. In case of objections regarding seating arrangement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program will take place depending on the number of participants and the available staff. Extra tours to be performed along the way will still be conducted even without the participation of all guests. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
• If any extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary depending on the period. In such cases, the date when the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the date when the tour takes place is taken into account. The extra tour price applicable during the period of the tour will be valid. The guest has accepted this upon purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may be caused by guests in the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand reimbursement of material damages incurred by guests.
• In the case of minors under 18 who are not considered adults, it is mandatory to carry a consent form from one or both parents if they are not accompanying them on the tour.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, or medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated departure times.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays that may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops from which they are picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during the journey, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any incidents otherwise.
• All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest, especially at rest stops.
• Since the first day of the tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to carry with you separately.
• It is advisable to be prepared as it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange desks, etc. due to the program's density during the tour.
• Long distances may be covered during the executed programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the transportation.
• Lunches have been prepared with local economical menus. For lunch and dinner, tables will be used that are divided into groups based on the regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can learn about the definite starting and ending routes two days before the tour begins if they wish.
• If the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, the agency is obliged to inform the guest and the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled according to the guest's wish. Alternatively, ticketing may be done to the nearest departure point to enable the guest's participation in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such situations, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Guests can obtain a refund for the fee paid for cancellations and changes made without providing a reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service. For cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days, 50% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before the tour date, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the package tour they purchased without providing a reason until 72 hours before the tour start date. The total package tour fee paid will be refunded without any deduction based on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package do not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entry fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances are to be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without specifying any reason until 72 hours before the tour start date. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the method of payment. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover air travel.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or the inability to provide package tour service for any reason. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is at the expense of the guest.

In our tours, transportation is classified according to the number of passengers as follows. The types of vehicles provided are according to the number of people in each tour. There are no headsets in our vehicles. It is advisable to carry an external charger as charging your phone in vehicles with TV units may reduce your phone's battery life.
