Important Notes
• The tour duration is 1 Night 2 Days including the day of departure and return, and includes 1 night of hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions are bundled together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, city tours, etc. rights are non-refundable.
• The child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Depending on the area's occupancy, changes to the regions and hotels may occur, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated, if requested, 48 hours before the tour departure, subject to availability.
• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. Selections among the rooms cannot be made.
• Our rest stops may change due to reasons such as congestion, renovation, etc. while maintaining the same location and service standards.
• In the timing of the program (the order of places to visit during the day or between days), if weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at the sites to be visited, etc., the guide may make changes if deemed necessary.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at place to visit, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings provided by our guide. In such cases, guests do not have any claims for rights.
• All our tours operate under a gradual pricing system. As reservation numbers within the package tour increase and the date approaches, tour prices may increase gradually. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, prices cannot be locked without prepayment.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during reservation. There is no guarantee on the notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or rear is not available.
• The seat arrangement within the vehicle is adjusted by the Dgn Travel Operation based on the order of reservations. In disputes regarding seat allocations, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, will take place depending on the number of participants and the existing personnel's conditions. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have agreed to wait at rest stops by participating in the tour.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any claims. Dgn Travel is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such cases, the date of the tour is taken into account, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The extra tour price applicable during the tour period will be valid. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any damages caused by the guests during services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In cases where those under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, do not travel with either of their parents, a written consent form must be carried during the journey.
• Guests participating in tours are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and medications they regularly use.
• Delays due to traffic, accidents, etc., may occur at the specified departure times.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays arising from force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off in the opposite direction of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during travel; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not responsible.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle belongs to the guest at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's excursion will begin before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to keep separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchanges, etc. during the tour, so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances can be covered during the scheduled programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of locally specific economical menus. For lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided among groups based on the region's density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the area's density. Before the tour begins, guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending route by contacting us 2 days prior.
• In cases where the tour does not reach the required numbers, the agency will inform the guest, who can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, arrangements may be made for ticketing at the nearest departure point to enable the guest's participation. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In this case, the guest has no claims.
• If the guest makes a cancellation or change request without providing a reason up to 30 days before the service start date, the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellation or changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation amount will be deducted; for cancellations made 15-7 days before, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations made 7 days or less before the date, 100% of the reservation will be deducted.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without stating any reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the full package tour fee will be refunded as paid without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package do not cover flight tickets.
• Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entries are to be paid by guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND INSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without giving a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. After cancellation, the entire package fee paid will be refunded without any deduction, according to the method of payment. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flights in tours.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's insolvency or any reason that prevents the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health expenses or treatment costs. Private health insurance is the guest's expense.

Transportation in our tours is classified according to the number of participants as follows. Depending on the number of participants in each of our tours, the following vehicle types are used. Our vehicles do not have headsets. In vehicles equipped with TV units, it is recommended to carry an external charger since charging your phone may reduce its battery life.

Day 1

- After picking up our valued guests from the specified locations, we will begin our journey with Dgn Travel for the Safranbolu Amasra Abant Tour.
- We are heading towards Abant Lake, located at the foothills of Bolu Mountain. Upon arrival at the lakeside, you can participate in various activities at an extra cost. Guests may prefer walking, or they can take a carriage or horseback ride. After our lunch, we will reach the UNESCO-protected museum city of Safranbolu, which bears traces of the shared life of Turks and Greeks. First, we will head to Hıdırlık Hill to get a panoramic view of Safranbolu, the Government Mansion, and the Clock Tower. Here, we can clearly see how each house is positioned without blocking the view of others, arranged in such an orderly manner. After taking beautiful photos, we will stroll through the streets reflecting the spirit of Safranbolu, visiting the streets of Shoemakers, Merchants, Blacksmiths, Coppersmiths, Cinci Inn and Bath, İzzet Mehmet Paşa Mosque, Akçasu Canyon, and Köprülü Mehmet Paşa Mosque and its courtyard with the Sundial. While visiting the region's most beautiful mansion, the Kaymakamlar Mansion, famous for its houses and delights of Safranbolu, you will feel as if you were in a time machine. We will learn about the delights in the famous confectionery of the historical city, as well as have the opportunity to taste and shop for delicious delights. Following a shopping break in the Yemeniciler Bazaar, we will complete our tour of Safranbolu and check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. We will also visit the Crystal Terrace (Glass Viewing Terrace) located 80 meters above the ground and 11 meters wide over Tokatlı Canyon, and the İnce Kaya Water Aqueduct, for those interested. The glass viewing terrace, which can hold 75 tons, consists of three pieces of glass with a thickness of 3 centimeters and has slots that can hold 750 kilograms each. The terrace, which has a capacity of approximately 400 people, can only accommodate 30 people at once in its 100 square meters. The terrace offers us a unique view of the Tokatlı Canyon. (Extra)

Day 2
- Amasra - Yörük Village - Laundry House - Kemere Bridge - Bartın - Devrek
- On the last day of our Safranbolu Amasra Abant Tour with Dgn Travel, after breakfast at our hotel, we will arrive at Yörük Village, known as the old Bektaşi village and inhabited by Yörük Turks. After visits to the old laundry house, Sipahioğlu Mansion, and the village market, we will take a break at the village café before heading towards Amasra. We will arrive at beautiful Amasra, famous for Fatih Sultan Mehmet's words, "Oh Lala, is this the Eye of the World?" After dining at a seaside fish restaurant that serves fish and Amasra's special salad for lunch, we will begin our sightseeing in Amasra. We will visit Amasra Castle, which dates back to the Genoese period, the Fatih Mosque, which was converted from a church during the Byzantine period, Kale Hill, and the Chiselers Bazaar (Wooden Crafts). After our tours, interested guests can join a boat tour in Amasra (Extra). At the end of our trip, we will visit a cane workshop in Devrek, famous for its canes, and then return to Istanbul via Bolu - Adapazarı. We will drop off our guests at the locations we picked them up from, bidding farewell until we meet again at another Dgn Travel event.
