• The tour duration is 7 Nights 8 Days, including the day of movement and return, and consists of 6 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is dedicated to travel.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights etc. cannot be refunded.
• Discounts for children applied in tour packages are for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided with a separate bed in hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms typically stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels listed in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities of Malitur. Changes may be made to the region and hotels according to availability, provided that hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated within 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, subject to availability.
• The rooms in the accommodation hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not allowed.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as congestion, renovations, etc., provided that they remain the same.
• In the program schedule, in response to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visitation sites, etc., the guide may make changes if deemed necessary.
• Malitur is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visitation sites, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings set by our guide. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.
• A staggered pricing system is applied in all our tours. Tour prices may gradually increase as the number of reservations within the package rises and the date approaches. Malitur reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price fixation cannot be made without an advance payment.
• It is not possible to guarantee specific seat numbers during reservation. Notes entered in the reservation offer no guarantee. Special seat selections such as front or back are not possible.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by Malitur Operations based on the order of reservations. In case of objections regarding seat arrangements, a refund is not possible. All our vehicle seats are of the same standard.
• Additional tours, such as evening tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and existing staff conditions. Additional tours to be conducted on the way will take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in additional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in additional tours have accepted to join the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
• If an additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Malitur has no responsibility in this case.
• Prices for additional tours may vary by periods. In such a case, the additional tour prices valid during the tour period will apply, not the date when the guest purchased the tour. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• Malitur is not responsible for any financial damage caused by guests during the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim financial damages caused by guests.
• In case children under 18 years old, who are not considered legal adults, are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to have a consent form required for participation in the tour with the individuals during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour must bring reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they are continuously using.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated departure times.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Malitur is not responsible for delays that may arise due to force majeure.
• Our guests will be dropped off at stops taken at the end of the tour, and they should not insist on being dropped off at a different point.
• According to the traffic law, all our guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey, and Malitur is not responsible for any situation arising otherwise.
• Responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle lies with the guest at stops, etc.
• Since the first day's sightseeing will begin before entering the hotel, please pack items you need separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered in the program to be conducted. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of region-specific economical menus. Tables divided into groups will be used for lunch and dinner based on regional density.
• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined by regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending points of the tour two days before the tour if they wish.
• In cases where the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, the agency is obliged to inform the guest and, depending on the guest's preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be done for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest’s participation in the tour. In such cases, the Agency is obliged to contact the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In this case, the guest has no right to claim.
• If the guest requests cancellation and changes made at least 30 days before the start date of the service, the paid amount will be refunded to the guest. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15-7 days prior will incur a 50% deduction; cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package can cancel the purchased tour without giving a reason up to 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover airline tickets.
• Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances are paid by the guests.
