Important Notes
• The tour duration is 6 days including the departure and return day, with 5 nights of hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are all inclusive in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc., cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 at hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. The names of the hotels will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, as long as the same hotel standards are maintained, changes may occur due to occupancy in the area and hotels.
• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection between them is not possible.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovation, etc., as long as they remain the same.
• In the program timetable (either the order of points to be visited during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, visitor site densities, etc.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour due to force majeure (weather, road, visitor site density, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, guests do not have the right to claim.
• In our air-inclusive tours, changes may be made that do not affect the sightseeing points within the tour program at regional airports. In such a case, Dgn Travel will inform the guest along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program related to airport changes, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays in the program due to weather conditions or flight delays caused by the airline in air-inclusive tours. In such a case, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline. The change in the flight time will be communicated to the guests by Dgn Travel.
• Our tours operate on a gradual pricing system. As the number of reservations within the tour package increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may increase gradually. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be made without prepayment.
• A guaranteed seat number cannot be promised or guaranteed at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee of the notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back are not possible.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is organized by Dgn Travel Operations, taking into account the order of reservations. In case of objections regarding seat placements, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Optional tours such as night tours included in the tour program are subject to the number of participants and the availability of personnel. Optional tours on the way will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in optional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Those who do not participate in the optional tours have accepted participation in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
• In the event that an additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. Dgn Travel is not responsible in this case.
• The prices of optional tours may change depending on the periods. In such a case, the date on which the guest purchased the tour is not considered, but rather the date the tour departs. The price of the optional tour in the period of the tour will be valid. The guest has accepted this when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for material damages caused by the guest.
• In situations where minors under 18 years of age are not accompanied by either one or both parents, a consent form required for participation in the tour must be carried during the trip.
• Our guests participating in the tour must carry their medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated times for departure points.
• Estimates related to arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite of the stops where they were picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff to be dropped off at different locations.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not responsible.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle lies with the guest while at rest stops, etc.
• Since the tour will begin without entering the hotel on the first day, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.
• Due to the busy program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the vehicle ride.
• Lunches consist of economical menus specific to the region. In lunch and dinner, tables will be arranged into groups based on the regional density.
• The start and end routes of our tours are determined according to the density of the region. Guests can learn the finalized start and end of the route two days before the tour if they wish.
• In case the agency does not reach the sufficient number for the tour, the guest will be informed and can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Or they can be ticketed to the nearest departure point to allow their participation in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such a case, the guest has no right to claim.
• Cancellations and modifications made by the guest without providing a reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service will be refunded the amount paid. Cancellations and modifications made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 0% charge on the reservation fee; cancellations and modifications made between 15-7 days will incur a P% charge on the reservation fee; cancellations and modifications made within 7 days or less will incur a 0% charge on the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without giving any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. Upon cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museum sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be borne by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without providing any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount of the package tour paid will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight arrangements in air-inclusive tours. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations as an extra during the reservation process.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason that prevents the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is the responsibility of the guest.

Our vehicles do not have headsets. For vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger, as charging your phone reduces its battery life.
