Important Notes

• The tour duration is 6 days including the departure and return day, with 5 nights of hotel accommodation.

• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are all inclusive in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc., cannot be refunded.

• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 at hotel accommodations.

• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.

• The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. The names of the hotels will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, as long as the same hotel standards are maintained, changes may occur due to occupancy in the area and hotels.

• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection between them is not possible.

• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovation, etc., as long as they remain the same.

• In the program timetable (either the order of points to be visited during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, visitor site densities, etc.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour due to force majeure (weather, road, visitor site density, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, guests do not have the right to claim.

• In our air-inclusive tours, changes may be made that do not affect the sightseeing points within the tour program at regional airports. In such a case, Dgn Travel will inform the guest along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program related to airport changes, the guest does not have the right to claim.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays in the program due to weather conditions or flight delays caused by the airline in air-inclusive tours. In such a case, the guest does not have the right to claim.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline. The change in the flight time will be communicated to the guests by Dgn Travel.

• Our tours operate on a gradual pricing system. As the number of reservations within the tour package increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may increase gradually. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be made without prepayment.

• A guaranteed seat number cannot be promised or guaranteed at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee of the notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back are not possible.

• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is organized by Dgn Travel Operations, taking into account the order of reservations. In case of objections regarding seat placements, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

• Optional tours such as night tours included in the tour program are subject to the number of participants and the availability of personnel. Optional tours on the way will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in optional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Those who do not participate in the optional tours have accepted participation in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.

• In the event that an additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. Dgn Travel is not responsible in this case.

• The prices of optional tours may change depending on the periods. In such a case, the date on which the guest purchased the tour is not considered, but rather the date the tour departs. The price of the optional tour in the period of the tour will be valid. The guest has accepted this when purchasing the tour.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for material damages caused by the guest.

• In situations where minors under 18 years of age are not accompanied by either one or both parents, a consent form required for participation in the tour must be carried during the trip.

• Our guests participating in the tour must carry their medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and medications they regularly use.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated times for departure points.

• Estimates related to arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.

• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite of the stops where they were picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff to be dropped off at different locations.

• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not responsible.

• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle lies with the guest while at rest stops, etc.

• Since the tour will begin without entering the hotel on the first day, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.

• Due to the busy program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.

• Long distances may be covered during the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the vehicle ride.

• Lunches consist of economical menus specific to the region. In lunch and dinner, tables will be arranged into groups based on the regional density.

• The start and end routes of our tours are determined according to the density of the region. Guests can learn the finalized start and end of the route two days before the tour if they wish.

• In case the agency does not reach the sufficient number for the tour, the guest will be informed and can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Or they can be ticketed to the nearest departure point to allow their participation in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such a case, the guest has no right to claim.

• Cancellations and modifications made by the guest without providing a reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service will be refunded the amount paid. Cancellations and modifications made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 0% charge on the reservation fee; cancellations and modifications made between 15-7 days will incur a P% charge on the reservation fee; cancellations and modifications made within 7 days or less will incur a 0% charge on the reservation fee.

• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without giving any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. Upon cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.

• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museum sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be borne by the guests.

 

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE

The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without providing any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount of the package tour paid will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight arrangements in air-inclusive tours. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations as an extra during the reservation process.

 

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618

The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason that prevents the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is the responsibility of the guest.

Day 1

  • Antalya – Aspendos - Düden Waterfall - Köprülü Canyon – Rafting – Yivli Minaret Mosque
  • After our morning flight for the Air Ticket Aegean Mediterranean Tour, we meet our guide and board our bus. We start our tour by visiting Düden Waterfall, one of the paradise corners of our country. Known as Upper Düden or İskender Waterfall, this waterfall cascades approximately 40 meters from the cliffs. It's hard not to be enchanted by the view and the sound of the waterfall. After taking photos of the century-old plane trees nearby, we proceed to Aspendos Theatre, one of the most important and magnificent structures in Anatolia dating back to the Roman period. We explore this impressive structure, built by the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius, with a capacity of 9000 people, accompanied by our guide. Next, we head to Köprülü Canyon, which is home to some of the country's most important natural beauties. After having lunch, we give free time for an unforgettable rafting experience suitable for all age groups. (Extra charge) Guests who will not participate can relax and enjoy their time at the facility. After this enjoyable activity, we check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

 

  • After dinner, we go to Antalya city center at the time determined by our guide. During our night tour, we explore the Antalya city tour, visit the Yivli Minaret Mosque, and see the cliffs before having free time to explore the city.

Day 2

  • Kekova – Üçağız Village – Kekova Boat Tour – Simena Village – Sunken City – Kaş – Kalkan – Kaputaş Beach – Fethiye
  • On the second day of the Air Ticket Aegean Mediterranean Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we begin a pleasant journey towards Üçağız with the Kumluca Finike route, enjoying the breathtaking Mediterranean views. We arrive at Üçağız Village, the entrance to Kekova. We disembark from our bus and board our boat for the Kekova Boat Tour. During the tour, we will see Simena Village, Kekova Island, and the Sunken City that sank due to an earthquake. We will also take breaks for swimming in the cool waters of the Mediterranean at places like Hamidiye Bay and Tersane Bay. (The swim breaks during the boat tour may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, as determined by the boat captain.) After this delightful boat tour, we return to our bus and head to the jewel of the Mediterranean, Kaş. After some free time in Kaş center, we meet at the designated spot by our guide and set off towards Kalkan, enjoying the magnificent views along the journey until we reach Kaputaş Beach, one of Turkey's most beautiful beaches. We take a short photo break at this amazing beach. (Due to possible congestion in the area, we may not stop if there are parking problems.) After seeing Kalkan, we bid farewell to the Mediterranean and head to our hotel in Fethiye. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

  • On the third day of the Air Ticket Aegean Mediterranean Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will have a full day of free time. Guests can join their preferred adrenaline-pumping and fun activities while enjoying the sun and the sea.

 

  • Full Day 12 Islands Boat Tour – With Meal (Extra): On this boat tour, where we will see the magnificent islands, we will have chances for swimming breaks in stunning bays. During our boat tour, we will see Kızıl Island, Göcek Island, Yassıcalar Island, Tersane Bay, and Domuz Island, taking swimming breaks at these spots. (The swimming breaks during the boat tour may vary depending on weather and sea conditions as determined by the boat captain. The term 12 Islands refers to the chain of islands in the area and does not mean that we will visit 12 different islands during the tour.)

 

  • Full Day Butterfly Valley Boat Tour – With Meal (Extra): At the time specified by our guide, we will leave the hotel and head to Belcekız Mevkii, located at the foot of Babadağ. Here, our boat will take us to explore the stunning coves of Ölüdeniz, starting with Butterfly Valley, famous for its Kaplan Butterfly, where hundreds of butterflies can be seen in season. Guests can either enjoy a walk in the valley or swim in the magnificent turquoise sea. After visiting Butterfly Valley, our boat tour will continue with swimming breaks at places like Gemile Island, Soğuksu Bay, and Aquarium Bay.

 

  • Full Day Jeep Safari Saklıkent Tour – With Meal (Extra): We leave the hotel in the morning with the jeeps waiting for us. In this fun-filled all-day activity, we will take a short break to allow guests to rent water guns and plastic shoes. Following that, we will engage in water fights as we proceed through the villages in the foothills of Akdağ, eventually reaching Saklıkent through mountain roads. (Saklıkent Canyon entrance fee is not included.) You will forget the summer heat in the icy waters flowing through the canyon. Here, guests can take part in activities like buggy safari, rafting, and zipline. After exploring Saklıkent, we will enjoy our lunch included in the Jeep Safari Tour. After lunch, we will reach the area where we will have fun with water fights and enjoy a Mud Bath. Following our mud bath break, we will visit Gizlikent Waterfall, where we will walk through a 300-meter canyon displaying nature’s various shades and apply our natural therapy at this hidden treasure before heading back to our hotel at the designated meeting time.
  • Full Day Fethiye Diving Activity – With Meal (Extra): We depart from the hotel with our awaiting vehicles and board our diving boat. Here, certified instructors with international licenses will provide us with information before we head to the dive sites. Guests experiencing diving for the first time can try "discovery diving." This day-long event will cater to professionals as well. Throughout our boat journey, you will also have opportunities to sunbathe and swim in the blue waters of the Mediterranean.

Day 4

  • Belcekiz Bay – Ölüdeniz – Kayaköy – Dalyan Boat Tour – Kaunos Rock Tombs - İztuzu Beach – Marmaris
  • Babadağ Paragliding: We leave the hotel with our awaiting vehicles and head up to Babadağ for paragliding with views of Ölüdeniz. We receive the necessary information and training before commencing this thrilling and extraordinary activity. While indulging in this highly adrenaline-fueled experience, you will fall in love with Ölüdeniz again from the sky.
  • On the fourth day of the Air Ticket Aegean Mediterranean Tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, we board our bus and head to the world-famous Ölüdeniz at the foot of Babadağ. We will visit Belcekız Beach, which takes its name from a sorrowful eponymous legend about a woman who threw herself off Babadağ, realizing she could not live without her beloved, and enjoy a swimming break in one of the country’s most special lagoons, Ölüdeniz. Guests can enjoy the time at the free public beach or choose to enter the paid Kumburnu (lagoon) beach.
  • After enjoying the beautiful Ölüdeniz Beach, we will head to Kayaköy, also known as Ghost Town, located on a hillside. Kayaköy consists of hundreds of houses arranged in such a way not to block each other. This area was once home to a Greek community. Since the Greeks were good farmers, they built their homes on rocky areas instead of agricultural lands. Kayaköy was built in accordance with this principle. Up until 1922, there were around 6,000 people living in this village. After a free time in this abandoned ghost village, we board our bus and set off towards Dalyan. In Dalyan, we board our waiting boat for the Dalyan Boat Tour, where we will navigate through reeds, connecting the Köyceğiz lake to the sea. We will enjoy panoramic views of the Kaunos Rock Tombs, which were built high to be close to the gods according to belief. Next, we will reach İztuzu Beach, where we can swim and hopefully see the famous Caretta Caretta turtles that come to lay their eggs on the Anatolian shores. After our swimming break, we return to Dalyan, board our bus, and head to our hotel in Marmaris for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

  • On the sixth day of the Aegean Mediterranean Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Gökova via Lovers’ Road. We will take a short break along Lovers’ Road to enjoy a pleasant walk under the shade of the eucalyptus trees, which were planted due to a dramatic story. Then we arrive at Akyaka, known for its architecture award-winning houses, and board our boat for the Gökova Boat Tour. During this tour, we will enjoy swimming breaks at beautiful coves and in the sea in Gökova, famous for its mythological stories and its spawning grounds for large fish like tuna and mackerel. Swim breaks will include Zeytinli Bay, İncekum, and Lacivert Cove. After swimming breaks, we will head to Sedir Island, where we will have a swim break at Cleopatra Beach, made of sand brought from Egypt by ships for Queen Cleopatra by Roman Commander Marcus Antonius. After this wonderful boat tour, we will return to Akyaka, arriving at Azmak River. Known as a resting place for migratory birds, Azmak River is formed by the cold mountain springs emerging from the western Menteşe Mountains. You will be amazed by the stunning views of Azmak River, characterized by underwater vines extending up to 5 meters. We will take a short boat tour on Azmak River. After the Azmak River boat tour, we board our bus, leaving the sea scent behind as we head back to our hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • On the last day of the Air Ticket Aegean Mediterranean Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we head to Bodrum. We will enjoy the view of Bodrum and its castle from Yokuşbaşı before moving on to Gümbet. We board our boat for a full-day boat tour. (Extra) Bodrum is surrounded by beautiful turquoise and blue coves. Our boat tour will include swimming breaks and entertainment at various locations such as Aquarium Cove, Adaboğazı, Camel Beach, and Bağla Cove. After benefiting from the sun and sea throughout the day, we return to port. As we leave behind the magnificent beauties of the Mediterranean and Aegean, we end our Aegean Mediterranean Tour with Dgn Travel and head to Milas Airport. We bid farewell to our valued guests, hoping to meet again in another Dgn Travel organization.
