Important Notes
• The duration of the tour is 2 Nights 3 Days, including the day of departure and return, with 1 night of hotel accommodation. The journey lasts for 1 night.
• Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding excursions as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, guiding, surrounding tours, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are applicable for one child next to two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Hotel standards can be changed as long as they remain the same based on the region, according to occupancy. The names of hotels will be communicated 48 hours prior to the tour departure, upon request based on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel, and selection between rooms is not allowed.
• Our rest stops may change in location and service standards due to factors such as density, renovations, etc., as long as they remain the same.
• The program's timing (the order of points to be visited during the day or between days) may be changed by the guide if necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or density at the sites to be visited.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for sites that are not visited as per the tour program due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road, density at sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, no claims can be made by the guest.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. Tour prices may increase gradually with the rise in the number of reservations included in the package and as the date approaches. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be made without advance payment.
• During the reservation, no guarantee or promise of seat numbers can be made. There is no guarantee of notes entered in the reservation. Special seat selection like front or back is not available.
• The seat arrangement in the vehicle is organized by Dgn Travel Operations, taking into account the order of reservation. In cases of objection regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the program, depend on the number of participants and the conditions of available staff. Extra tours on the way will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not join extra tours have accepted to participate in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
• In case of cancellation of any extra tour for any reason, no claims can be made by the guest. Dgn Travel is not responsible in this situation.
• Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such cases, the date of the actual tour is taken into account, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The price of the extra tour for the period the tour is taken will apply. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may arise caused by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In cases where minors under 18 years old are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, permission from parents is required during the tour, which must be kept with the persons during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding medical issues, pregnancy, and medications they are using regularly with them.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the specified departure times.
• The arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays due to compelling reasons.
• Guests will be dropped off at the corresponding route of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point with vehicle personnel.
• According to traffic regulations, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout their travel, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for situations contrary to this.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to take with you separately.
• Due to the intensity of the program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is wise to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during the scheduled programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of economically created menus specific to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables divided by group may be used depending on the area density.
• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined based on the area density. Before the tour begins, guests can learn about the confirmed start and end of the route 2 days in advance if they wish.
• If the tour does not reach the required number of participants, the agency is obliged to inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be arranged for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days prior via phone call, SMS, or email. No claims or rights arise for the guest in this situation.
• Guests can cancel and change their reservation without stating the reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service, and the amount they paid will be refunded to them. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15-7 days will incur a 50% deduction of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before will incur a 100% deduction of the reservation fee.
• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the package tour they purchased without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date without deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for historical sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entries are to be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel or change the purchased package tour without indicating any reason up to 72 hours before the start of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, depending on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover air travel in tours.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency’s bankruptcy or the non-provision of package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is at the guest's expense.

Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles equipped with TVs, it is recommended to carry an external charger, as charging your phone can reduce the battery life.

Day 1
- Night Journey

- After picking you up from the designated points, we start our night journey with Dgn Travel for the Bozcaada Assos Ayvalık Cunda Tour.
Day 2
- Bozcaada – Windmills – Genoese Castle – Ayazma Beach – Swimming Break – Behramkale Assos – Temple of Athena - Çanakkale
- After our night journey, we stop for breakfast with Dgn Travel before heading to Bozcaada. After breakfast, we go to Geyikli ferry terminal to catch the ferry to Bozcaada. While waiting for the Bozcaada Ferry, we enjoy tea and coffee by the seaside. Since we cannot take the bus to the island, we will cross on foot. After gathering the necessary items for swimming in a small handbag, we board the ferry for a half-hour journey to Bozcaada. As we approach Bozcaada, we will visit the impressive Bozcaada Castle under the guidance of our tour guide. Then, we begin walking through the charming streets of Bozcaada. After exploring the Turkish and Greek neighborhoods of the island, we are given free time throughout the day. During this free time, guests can visit the Talay Wine Factory, known for its island-specific wines, or do some shopping. Guests wishing to swim can go to Ayazma Beach or Aquarium Bay to enjoy the stunning sea. Those interested can visit the Windmills to take incredible photos and savor the view. (Since there is no bus access to the island, minibuses for transportation to the beaches and windmills are at the guests' own expense.) At the designated time by the guide, we gather and leave the island by ferry, boarding our bus waiting for us at Geyikli terminal to head to Behramkale, known as Assos, one of the most important centers of the Ancient World. Upon arrival in Behramkale Village, we disembark near the village entrance and ascend to the acropolis, which is built on a 238-meter high andesite rock, dedicated to Athena, the goddess of wisdom and intelligence. Guided by our tour guide, we see the Temple of Athena, constructed in the first Doric order of the Ancient Period. After viewing the temple, you will be enchanted by the stunning view of the Aegean Sea. After a brief photo break, until the time specified by our guide, you can sip the famous Turkish coffee brewed in a cup at the village square or shop from products made by the local people. After our time here ends, we gather in our bus and head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at the hotel.

Day 3
- Ayvalık – Cunda Island – Devil's Table - Istanbul
- On the last day of the Bozcaada Assos Ayvalık Cunda Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we board our bus and head towards Ayvalık with a view of the Aegean Sea. Upon arrival in Ayvalık, following the guidance of our tour guide, we will take pictures of the Ayvalık Houses with their doors, door knockers, windows, and wood and stone craftsmanship that we cannot get enough of. After finishing our tour of Ayvalık center, we reach Cunda Island, also known as Alibey Island, by crossing Turkey's first Bosphorus Bridge. With our nostalgic tour on Cunda Island, we take you back in time. We will see the Taksiryannis Church, the best-preserved of the eight oldest churches on the island, from the outside. During our walk on the cobblestone streets of Cunda Island, the old stone houses, which used to be inhabited by Greeks, enchant us and allow us to capture wonderful photos. For lunch, we will taste Aegean flavors such as seafood, mezes, and olive oil dishes at the famous restaurants in Cunda Island (extra). After our lunch, we head to the Devil's Table. From this vantage point, you can see all the Ayvalık Islands and Lesbos Island. You will see a footprint where wishes are made and coins are thrown in. According to a legend, this footprint belongs to the Devil, and its other foot is said to be on the opposite mountain. After our guide gives us information about the Devil's Table, we provide free time. During this free time, those who wish can enjoy coffee against the view, and those who prefer can immortalize the stunning scenery with photos. After our free time ends, we conclude our Bozcaada Assos Ayvalık Cunda Tour and start our journey back to Istanbul. We bid farewell to you, our valued guests, as we drop you off at your designated points, hoping to see you at the next Dgn Travel event.
