Important Notes
• The tour duration is 5 Nights 6 Days, including the day of departure and return, with 5 nights of hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc. are not refundable.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults. In hotel accommodations for children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Depending on availability, changes can be made to the region and hotels as long as the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request 48 hours before the tour departure, based on availability.
• Rooms in the booked hotels are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as density, renovations, etc., while remaining the same.
• The timing of the program (the order of points to be visited or between days) may be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visited places, etc.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited as stated in the tour program due to extraordinary circumstances (weather, road, crowding at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, guests have no right to claim.
• In our flight tours, changes may be made to the itinerary at the regional airports, provided that they do not affect the sightseeing points listed in the tour program. In such a case, the guests will be informed by Dgn Travel along with their flight tickets. No rights will arise for the guest if there is no deficiency in the program related to the airport change.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays in the program caused by adverse weather conditions or airline-related causes in our flight tours. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline in our flight tours. Changes in flight schedules will be communicated to the guest by Dgn Travel.
• A gradual pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may gradually increase. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, it is not possible to lock in prices without making an advance payment.
• During reservation, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. There is no guarantee for notes entered during reservation. No special seat selections, such as front or back, can be made.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is set by the Dgn Travel Operation, taking into account the order of reservation. Refunds are not possible for objections regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Additional tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, will be held depending on the number of participants and the available personnel. Additional tours that will be performed on the way will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in additional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in additional tours have accepted to be part of the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest areas.
• In the event that an additional tour is canceled for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this case.
• Additional tour prices may vary by period. In such a case, the guest accepts that the applicable prices will be those valid at the time of the tour departure, not the date of purchase. The guest acknowledges this when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damage caused by the guest in all services provided by transportation, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for material damages caused by guests.
• In cases where minors under 18 years of age who are not considered adults participate without one or both parents, a consent form must be carried by the individuals during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour should carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and any medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the determined departure times.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour are estimated, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays that may occur due to extraordinary circumstances.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we receive at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff for getting off at a different point.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the journey, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any situation otherwise.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will begin before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to have with you separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• The program that will be carried out may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide within the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of economically prepared menus particular to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables divided into groups will be used based on regional density.
• The starting and ending route of our tours will be determined according to regional density. Guests can find out the confirmed starting and ending routes of the tour two days in advance if they wish.
• If the tour does not reach the minimum number required by the agency, the agency is obliged to inform the guest and, according to the guest's preference, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be done for the nearest departure point to enable the guest to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obligated to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such a case, the guest has no right to claim.
• If the guest makes a cancellation and modification without providing a reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest. Cancellations and modifications made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a deduction of 100% of the reservation fee; 15-7 days before will incur a deduction of 50%; and 7 days or less will incur a deduction of 100% of the reservation fee.
• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the tour they bought without providing a reason and without any deduction until 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour. The total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entries are to be paid by guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and modify the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover air travel in flight tours. Guests wishing to obtain this package can purchase it by adding it as an extra during the reservation process.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the non-provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is the responsibility of the guest.

Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, we recommend bringing an external charger as charging your phone inside may reduce its battery life.
