Important Notes
• Our tour will take place according to the seating capacity and precautions set by the Presidency, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Interior, and other government institutions.
• The tour duration is a one-day trip.
• Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding excursions as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights for transportation, accommodation, guidance, excursions, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided with a separate bed during hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are preferred accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Depending on the density in the area and hotels, changes can be made as long as the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be provided upon request 48 hours before the departure of the tour, depending on availability.
• Rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. There is no option to choose between rooms.
• Our rest stops can change for reasons such as density, renovations, etc. as long as the location and service standards remain the same.
• In the program schedule (regarding the order of visited points during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road status, the crowd at visiting places, etc.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that were not visited due to compelling reasons (weather, road, crowd at visiting places, etc.) during our tour or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide. In such cases, the guest does not have any claim.
• During the reservation, there is no guarantee or promise of a specific seat number. There is no guarantee for notes entered during the reservation. Special seating choices such as front or back are not allowed.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged considering the order of reservation by the Dgn Travel Operations. Refunds are not possible in the event of disputes regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• In tours with 4 nights or more of accommodation, seating arrangements will be made by skipping rows each day (rotation). In our short tours, rotation does not apply.
• The 3rd and 4th seats in vehicles belong to the guide and assistant.
• Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are dependent on the number of participants and available personnel. Extra tours along the way will still be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not join the extra tours have participated in the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
• If any extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any claim. Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this situation.
• Prices for extra tours may vary by period. In this case, the tour date rather than the date of purchase determines the applicable price. The price for the extra tour during the period of the tour will be valid, which the guest accepts when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for material damages caused by the guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by guests.
• In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not attend with one or both of their parents, a consent form is required to be carried by the individuals during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they continuously use.
• Delays may occur at the designated departure times due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any delays caused by compelling reasons.
• Guests will be dropped off in the opposite direction of the stops we have collected them. Please do not insist with vehicle personnel to get off at a different point.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for situations where they do not comply.
• All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will begin before hotel check-in, please prepare the necessary items you should have with you separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it is not always possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so being prepared is advisable.
• Long distances may need to be covered during the tours. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of region-specific economical menus. Lunch and dinner tables will be used according to group divisions based on regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the area's density. Guests can learn the confirmed start and end of the route two days prior to the start of the tour if desired.
• In cases where the travel agency does not reach the sufficient number of participants, the guest will be informed, and they can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be done at the nearest departure point for the guest to join the tour. In such a case, the Agency is obligated to inform the guest three (3) business days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In this case, the guest does not have any claim.
• Guests who cancel up to 30 days before the service start date, without any reason, will receive a refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 50% fee; cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour will incur a 100% fee.
• Guests who purchased a Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without stating a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the non-fulfillment of packaged tour services. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is at the expense of the guest.

Transportation in our tours is classified according to the number of participants as follows. The type of vehicle provided in each tour is based on the number of participants as mentioned below. Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger since charging your phone will reduce its battery life.

- TOUR PROGRAM
- After gathering at the mentioned locations, we will depart for Eskişehir with our guests, following the route of Adapazarı - Pamukova - Bozüyük, accompanied by a breakfast package and drink service on the bus.
- Our first stop will be Sazova Science Park. Here, we will visit the Fairy Tale Castle, Pirate Ship, and Noah's Ark. (Entrance to Sazova Park is free, but there is an entry fee for the castle and ships.) After taking photos, we will visit the beige Devrim car displayed in the garden of the Tülomsaş Factory and take pictures. After our visit here, we will start exploring Odunpazarı, famous for its historical houses from the Ottoman period, which forms the first settlement of Eskişehir. After the Odunpazarı tour, we will begin our visit to the Contemporary Glass Art Museum, which is Turkey's first museum of glass arts. It was established in collaboration with the Metropolitan Municipality, Anadolu University, and the Glass Friends Group. The museum exhibits works by 42 glass artists. After this, we will have free time to taste the famous Çibörek during our lunch (optional). Following this, we will have free time for a visit to Yılmaz Büyükerşen's Wax Sculpture Museum or the Dream Park. Then, we will proceed to our last stop after visiting Kurşunlu Mosque and Complex, the Lülataşı Museum, and the Atlıhan Handicrafts Bazaar. After visiting the Atlıhan Handicrafts Bazaar, Kurşunlu Mosque and Complex, and Lülataşı Museum, we will go to Porsuk River. After our free time here, we will head back to Istanbul. We will return to Istanbul in the evening via Bozüyük - Adapazarı. We bid farewell to our esteemed guests by dropping them off at the points where we picked them up for the next DGN Travel organization.
