• The tour duration is 2 Nights and 3 Days, including the days of departure and return, with 1 night of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Non-utilized transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc., cannot be refunded.
• The child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed in hotel accommodations.
• In 3-person hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest usually stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels listed in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities of DGN Travel. The area and hotels may change, provided that the hotel standards remain the same, depending on occupancy. Hotel names will be notified if requested 48 hours before the departure of the tour, depending on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Choices between rooms cannot be made.
• Our rest stops may be changed due to forces beyond our control, such as congestion, renovations, etc., while maintaining the same location and service standards.
• In the program schedule (in the order of visited points during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at the visiting places, etc.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for sites that cannot be visited during the tour due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visiting places, etc.) or guests' non-compliance with the timings given by our guide. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim any rights.
• In all our tours, a tiered pricing system is applied. With the increase in the number of reservations within the package tour and as the date approaches, tour prices may also increase gradually. DGN Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be made without an advance payment.
• During the reservation, absolutely no guarantees or promises can be made regarding seat numbers. There is no guarantee for notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selections, such as front or back, cannot be made.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by DGN Travel Operations based on the order of reservations. In cases of disputes regarding seat placements, no refund is possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Optional tours, such as night tours mentioned in the tour program, are subject to the number of participants and the conditions of existing personnel. Optional tours to be conducted on the way will be executed even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in optional tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not participate in optional tours accept that they have joined the tour by waiting at the rest stop.
• If an optional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim any rights. DGN Travel has no responsibility in this regard.
• The prices of optional tours may vary by season. In this case, the date of the tour is considered, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The price of the optional tour valid for the period the tour is taken will apply. The guest accepts this condition by purchasing the tour.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur by guests in services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In the event that minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent letter necessary for participation in the tour must be carried by the individuals during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour should carry reports regarding any health problems, pregnancy, or medications they are using regularly.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated times for departure points.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and DGN Travel is not liable for delays arising from force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location.
• According to traffic laws, all guests are required to wear seatbelts throughout their journey, and DGN Travel is not responsible for any situations otherwise.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle lies with the guest in rest areas, etc.
• Since the first day's excursion will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.
• It is advisable to be prepared as finding ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., may not always be possible due to the program's intensity during the tour.
• Long distances may be covered in the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide within the vehicle.
• Lunches are prepared with economical menus specific to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables may be shared based on group distribution depending on the regional density.
• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined according to regional density. Guests can learn about the finalized starting and ending route two days prior by contacting us if they wish.
• If the tour does not reach the required number, the agency is obligated to inform the guest, and according to the guest's wish, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be done to the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim any rights.
• If cancellations and changes are made by the guest without any reason at least 30 days before the start date of the service, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest. For cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before the tour date, a 30% deduction of the reservation amount will apply; for cancellations and changes made 15-7 days before, a 50% deduction; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before, a 100% deduction of the reservation amount will apply.
• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without stating any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover plane tickets.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums and heritage sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances must be paid for by the guests.
