• The duration of the tour is 4 Nights 5 Days, including the day of travel and return, and it includes 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are combined as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of DGN Travel. Depending on the occupancy of the region and hotels, changes can be made as long as hotel standards remain the same. The names of the hotels will be communicated 48 hours before the tour's departure if requested subject to availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not allowed.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards for reasons such as crowding, renovations, etc., while remaining the same in terms of quality.
• In the tour program timing (the order of the places to be visited during the day or between days), changes may be made by the guide at his discretion due to weather conditions, road conditions, visitor density at the sites, etc.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited as stated in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, visitor density, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, guests are not entitled to a claim.
• All our tours apply a tiered pricing system. Tour prices may gradually increase with the increase in the number of reservations included in the package and as the date approaches. DGN Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price guarantees cannot be made without an advance payment.
• Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during the reservation. There is no guarantee for comments made during the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back seats are not allowed.
• The seat arrangement inside the vehicle is adjusted by the DGN Travel Operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of dispute regarding seat placements, refunds are not possible. All of our vehicle seats are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the program, depend on the number of participants and the availability of personnel. Extra tours that will be conducted along the way will still take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest area.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, guests do not have any entitlement claims. DGN Travel is not liable in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In such cases, the date the guest purchased the tour does not matter; the price applicable to the extra tour at the time of the tour is valid. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur to guests by transportation vehicles, hotels, food and beverage areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by guests.
• In situations where minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, a consent form necessary for participation in the tour must be kept with the individuals during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, or medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur in the designated departure times due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Information about arrival times at the end of the tour is indicative, and DGN Travel is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the pick-up points at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic law, all guests traveling in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during their trip; otherwise, DGN Travel is not responsible.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest areas, etc.
• Since the first day of the tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring separately.
• Due to the density of the program, finding ATMs, currency exchanges, etc., may not always be possible during the tour, so it is advisable to be prepared in this regard.
• Long routes may be traveled during the programmed activities. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches have been prepared with regional economical menus. Lunch and dinner tables are used based on group divisions according to regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Before the tour begins, our guests can learn about the confirmed start and end of the route if they contact us two days in advance.
• In cases where a sufficient number of participants is not reached, the agency is required to inform the guests, and they can choose to postpone the tour to the next date, cancel it, or make bookings at the nearest departure point to ensure their participation. In this case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone call, SMS, or email. The guest does not have any entitlement claims in such a case.
• Guests can receive a refund for cancellations and changes made 30 days prior to the start date of the service without specifying a reason. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour date incur a 30% deduction from the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days prior incur a 50% deduction; and cancellations and changes made within 7 days incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase a Cancellation, Refund and Insurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without any deductions until 72 hours before the start date of the tour, without stating a reason. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not include flight tickets.
• Museum cards and entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
