• The duration of the tour is 6 Nights 7 Days, including the day of movement and return, with 5 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is for travel.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and environmental tours are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, and environmental tour rights cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of DGN Travel. Changes may be made to the regions and hotels based on occupancy, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the departure of the tour, upon request and based on availability.
• The rooms in the accommodations are determined by the hotel. There is no selection between rooms.
• Our break points may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as density, renovation, etc., while remaining the same.
• In the program schedule, if the guide deems it necessary, changes can be made due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visitor sites, etc.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for places listed in the tour program that could not be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, visitor site density, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices will also gradually increase. DGN Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be made without receiving a deposit.
• During the reservation, absolutely no seat number promises and guarantees can be given. There is no guarantee for the notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not allowed.
• The seat arrangement within the vehicle is arranged by DGN Travel Operations based on the order of reservation. Refunds are not possible in cases of objections regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night outings included in the tour program, will occur depending on the number of people and the conditions of the available personnel. Extra tours to be conducted on the way will still be held, even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by the guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to join the tour with the understanding that they will wait at the break point.
• In the event that an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any claims. DGN Travel has no responsibility in this matter.
• Extra tour prices may change by periods. In this case, the date of departure of the tour will be considered, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The extra tour price valid during the period of the tour will apply. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• DGN Travel is not responsible for any material damage that may occur through services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers by guests. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for material damage caused by guests.
• In cases where a child under the age of 18 is not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent form is required to be kept with the person during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry any reports related to health issues, pregnancy, and medications they are regularly using.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated times for departure points.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and DGN Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location with vehicle personnel.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, DGN Travel is not responsible for any consequences.
• All personal belongings within the vehicle are the guest's responsibility at break points.
• Since the first day's tour will begin before entering the hotel, please prepare the necessary belongings separately.
• Due to the program's intensity during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc.; therefore, it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may need to be covered during scheduled programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide within the vehicle.
• Lunch menus have been created based on local specialties. For lunch and dinner, tables separated into groups may be used depending on the area's density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending routes two days before the tour starts if they wish.
• If the agent does not reach a sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed, and based on their preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or cancelled. Alternatively, tickets may be purchased for the nearest departure point for the guest to participate in the tour. In this case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. The guest does not have the right to claim in such cases.
• If the guest requests a cancellation or change at least 30 days before the start date of the service, the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation amount will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days, 50% of the reservation amount will be deducted; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before, 100% of the reservation amount will be deducted.
• Guests who purchase a Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover airfare.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entries are to be paid by the guests.
