- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, arranged for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, to the extent possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

About Flights
- DGNTRAVEL is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
- Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed or their flight times may change. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.
- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.
- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
- For persons participating in tours involving flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures, and guests are required to complete these procedures before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airlines’ websites.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards at the airport. Guests must personally follow this information.
- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take their flight. Guests who miss the aircraft are responsible for all expenses arising from matters such as obtaining the new round-trip air tickets and transfers in the destination region required for them to join the tour.
- The standard baggage allowance on most flights departing from Türkiye is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL.
- For our guests who wish to upgrade their air tickets using miles (to business or first class): after the tickets are issued, the upgrade may be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Miles are not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
- On some airlines, meal and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
- DGNTRAVEL will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In such cases, DGNTRAVEL’s cancellation conditions shall apply.
- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the name of the hotel(s) and/or options are offered for the same destination, DGNTRAVEL will notify the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, DGNTRAVEL will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
- During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/provide the name appearing in the passport, date of birth and passport number in the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to air tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, contact your service provider before leaving Türkiye and check whether your phone is enabled for international use.
- The hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
- DGNTRAVEL will communicate room-related requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms reflect the guest’s preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
- Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served to groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a room with twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when necessary.
- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room type.
- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in a room is 1.
- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type resulting from the extra beds added to standard rooms for their triple-room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
- If the number of children staying with adults and the children’s ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to one child who is within the applicable age group and stays with two adults.
- Exchange-rate changes during the day are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local taxes. All such city, tourism or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or departure.
- Road distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works and road conditions.
- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program when necessary or deemed appropriate.
- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases and passports/identification documents of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen belongings. Any expenses incurred in locating forgotten belongings and delivering them to the country and/or the person are borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medication and medical reports if they have health problems.
- Upon hotel check-in, the hotel may request a photograph-bearing identification document/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit for possible extra expenses. The refund of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and DGNTRAVEL has no involvement in it.
Visa and Passport
- No visa is required for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
- At customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages so that entry and exit stamps can be affixed.
- Being exempt from a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into or exit from the country. DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, DGNTRAVEL shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Since guests under the age of 18 travelling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer on duty during entry to or exit from a country to present a document showing the joint consent of their parents, we recommend that guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
