In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour price will be refunded to the guest. Regarding refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; any domestic connecting flight purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right not to cancel the tour as a goodwill gesture. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will cover only the airport transfer upon arrival and departure abroad.
Cancellation and Changes

5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets paid and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. If fewer than 31 days remain until the trip start date, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after deducting the flight ticket cost; if 15 days or less remain until the trip start date, the guest may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, arranged for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site admissions. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the corresponding day and time, because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours, while adhering to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes to flight times.
9- Points to note regarding our tours conducted by speedboats: heavy meals should not be eaten and large amounts of water should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
10- There is no refund if participation is not provided in tours or meal services specified among the services included in the prices.
Regarding Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
12- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.
13- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.
14- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- For persons participating in tours involving flights, check-in and boarding are personal procedures, and guests are required to complete these procedures before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airlines’ websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced over the airport public-address systems and displayed on the information boards at the airport. Guests must personally follow this information.
17- The Agency is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region, etc., required for guests who miss the aircraft to join the tour, belong to the guests themselves.
18- For most flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage allowance is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets have been issued, the upgrade may be carried out subject to availability with the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Miles are not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets belong to an upgrade-eligible class.
20- With some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In such cases, the Agency’s cancellation conditions shall apply.
22- When the tour program provides only category information without specifying hotel name(s) and/or offers alternatives for the same destination, the hotel information will be notified to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used farther from the specified locations or distances. In such a case, the information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare in the system the name appearing in the passport, date of birth and passport number. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, contact the company to which your line belongs and check whether your phone is enabled for use abroad.
26- For accommodation, hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest’s preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when necessary.
30- Each hotel’s child and extra bed policy may vary according to room type.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in a room is 1.
33- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Our guests shall be deemed to have declared that they accept any congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type due to extra beds added to standard rooms in their triple-room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
34- If the number of children staying with adults and the children’s ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to one child in the eligible age group staying with two adults.
36- Changes in the exchange rate during the day are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the price during purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during the stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local taxes. All such city, tourism or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel upon arrival or departure.
38- The road distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks and road conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, in mandatory or otherwise necessary circumstances.
40- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity documents, and the Agency is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost or stolen. Any expenses incurred in delivering forgotten items to the country and/or person, if found, belong to the owner of the items.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medication and medical reports if they have health problems.
42- Upon hotel check-in, the hotel may request an officially issued photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit for possible extra expenses. The refund of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
2- At customs crossings/border gates, your passport must contain at least 2 blank pages so that entry and exit stamps can be affixed.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse your entry into or departure from the country. The Agency is not responsible for this; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or damaged in a similar manner, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
6- As there is a possibility that guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one of their parents may be asked by police officers at border entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that guests under the age of 18 and their parents exercise particular care in this regard.
