Important Notes
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, DGN TRAVEL will notify you about the cancellation no later than 21 days prior to the tour departure date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through DGN TRAVEL.
- In cases where information is provided only in category terms without specifying names, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by DGN TRAVEL 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, you will be notified by DGN TRAVEL 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guided commentary from within the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours if they cannot be done due to local authority restrictions on visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time of the tour or due to weather conditions making it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot if roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
- Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldable and coach beds, the tour participants acknowledge that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of beds for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are applicable for one child who meets the age criteria when staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
- The breakfasts provided at the hotel as part of the tour are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
- Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with DGN TRAVEL. Updated times will be communicated by DGN TRAVEL during tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flights. If guests have obtained domestic connecting flights from a different provider independent of DGN TRAVEL, in the event of cancellation by DGN TRAVEL or if there is a schedule change, the guest cannot request any refund from DGN TRAVEL. Guests acknowledge in advance that they accept any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour. DGN TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for this.
- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip plane ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on time and without any delay with their own means. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers.
- DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the scheduled times, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the plane. All expenses regarding obtaining new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the visited area concerning guests who miss their flight are their responsibility.
- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs, and DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the expenses incurred during the delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., due to the integrity and continuity of the group, the guide may not be able to accompany guests individually in such unfavorable situations.
- When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. Fees arising from incorrect information resulting in ticket cancellations and changes will be charged to you.
- Some airlines may charge for in-flight meals and online check-in services.
- During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests are the times for movement, i.e., the wheel of the vehicle starting to turn. Our guide, responsible for treating all guests equally, will not wait during the meeting times and will move the vehicle. In case of any situation, guests who are late will have to make their own arrangements to reach the next stop.
- Optional tours are organized by the local agency we service with a minimum participation criterion of at least 20 people. If the required number is not met, these tours may not be held or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be altered by the guide depending on whether the museums and historical sites in the visited places are open or closed and based on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- In our classic packages where optional tours are not included, participation in these tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the optional tours being organized during the tour accept that they will wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a suitable rest facility along the way before the optional tour starts and will be picked up from the location they were dropped off at after the tour is completed.
- In programs that include optional tours, entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites must be paid to DGN TRAVEL at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
- The participant accepts that they will pay the amount previously informed in the tour program for local guides, museum and archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and any audio system costs incurred, acknowledging they will participate in the tours organized in the program without disrupting it. The participant has been fully and accurately informed about this.
- DGN TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays or changes in the flight times for scheduled and charter flights. DGN TRAVEL is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion must be presented along with the documents specified in DGN TRAVEL's "Documents Required for Visa" list.
- The visa should be obtained from the country where the first entry for the tour is made or from the country where the longest stay is planned.
- Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
- The visa information provided in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than Turkish Republic passports should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, and the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the visited country due to a torn, worn, wet, or damaged passport, it is necessary to renew the obtained passports. If it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to show a document proving the joint consent of the parents during entry-exit from the country; therefore, we recommend that the guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

- We will meet you in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After the baggage and ticket procedures, we will fly with Pegasus Airlines. Following our arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Rome with our private bus waiting at the airport. During our city tour, we will visit significant sites including Castel Sant’Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emanuele monument, the Colosseum which hosted gladiatorial battles, the Trevi Fountain famous from the film "La Dolce Vita," the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps that feature a sunken ship fountain. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 2
- ROME
- After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (70€ per person) organized by our guide. After exploring the naturally beautiful area where Popes lived in the summer and the charming village of Nemi famous for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping at Italy's most famous shopping destination, the Castel Romano Outlet. Afterward, we will move to St. Peter's Square, considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish may also join the optional Rome by Night Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide. Accommodation at our hotel.
- *The optional tours offered today are part of a combined operating tour. If taken separately, transportation to the tour start/end points will be the responsibility of the passengers.
Day 3
- ROME – FLORENCE
- After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Florence. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Orvieto Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. After seeing the ancient city center and the Orvieto Duomo, we will continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will view the Arno River that divides Florence, the famous Ponte Vecchio known for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici family ruled, Piazza Della Signoria housing the masterpiece statues of Hercules and David, and the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with Italy's third tallest dome, as well as the famous Baptistery. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 4
- FLORENCE
- After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Pisa & Portofino Tour (100€ per person) organized by our guide. During this tour, after seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Miracoli Square, we will take a boat to the world-famous Portofino, which is the subject of many songs. You will not get enough of this little town located within a national park. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 5
- FLORENCE – VENICE
- After breakfast at the hotel, we will head towards the city of Venice. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Bologna Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. During our tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore (Main Square), the Neptune Fountain located just behind the Square, the Old Stock Exchange building, Europe's first university building, the Quadrilatero (old market), and the iconic Garisenda and Asinelli towers that have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we will continue to the city of Venice. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Venice. After arriving at Tronchetto Square, we will take a short boat ride to St. Mark's Square. During our city tour, we will see the famous St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners looked back at Venice one last time, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Doge's Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Giorgio Maggiore Church. After the tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish may participate in the optional activity Gondola Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide. After free time, we will transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 6
- VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL
- After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to Bologna Airport depending on our flight schedule. After completing baggage checks and check-in procedures, we will fly to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival, our tour and services will conclude.
