Important Notes
• The duration of the tour is 6 Nights 7 Days, including the departure and return day, and consists of 5 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are packaged together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in the hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms is generally provided accommodation in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Changes may be made in the areas and hotels to be stayed depending on the occupancy, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. The names of hotels will be communicated 48 hours before the departure of the tour, upon request and based on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels to be stayed in are determined by the hotel. Room choices cannot be made.
• Our break points may change due to the intensity, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• In the program scheduling (during the day at the visited points or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at the visited places, etc.
• Our company is not responsible for places not visited even though they are written in the tour program due to reasons beyond our control (weather, road, crowding at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, guests have no right to claim.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the tour package increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may gradually increase. Important Notes

• The seat arrangement within the vehicle is determined by Dgn Travel Operations, considering the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat assignments, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program will be held depending on the number of participants and the conditions of the available staff. Extra tours that will be conducted along the way will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by the guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not join the extra tours agree to wait at the break point.
• In the event that an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Dgn Travel is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by season. In such a case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not taken into account; rather, the date of the tour departure is considered. The extra tour price valid during the period of the tour applies. The guest has accepted this by purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that guests may incur in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to request damages incurred by guests.
• Children under 18 years old who are not legally considered adults must carry a consent form from one or both parents if they are not accompanied by them.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports relating to any health issues, pregnancy status, or medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the specified departure times.
• Information about arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops where we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point with the vehicle staff.
• According to the traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their travels; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not responsible for any consequences.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle rests with the guest during stops, etc.
• Since the first-day tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to have with you separately.
• Due to the intensity of the program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• The programs carried out may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle.
• Lunches are prepared with economical menus specific to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables separated by the group may be used depending on the region's density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the density of the region. Guests can find out the finalized starting and ending routes two days prior to the start of our tour by contacting us if they wish.
• If the agency does not reach sufficient participant numbers for the tour, it is obliged to inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be done to the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such a situation, the agency is obliged to notify the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In this case, the guest has no right to claim.
• Guests who cancel or change their reservations without showing a reason up to 30 days before the service start date will have their payment refunded. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation fee; between 15-7 days, it will incur a 50% deduction; and for cancellations made 7 days or less before will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee.
• Guests who have purchased a Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without indicating a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. This Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Pass and museum entry fees are not included in the tour price. All museum admissions must be paid by guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND INSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without providing any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total fee paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flight transportation in tours with flights. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations as an extra during the reservation process (1500 TL).
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE No. 1618
The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason preventing the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health insurance or treatment costs. Private health insurance expenses are the responsibility of the guest.
