Guiding Services and Optional Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. The Agency is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the corresponding day and at the corresponding time, because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, depending on available facilities.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours, while adhering to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes to flight times.

About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
12- Delays or changes to flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of changes to or cancellation of the flight time.
13- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.
14- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and guests must complete these procedures before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airlines’ websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on the information boards in the airport. Guests must personally follow this information.
17- The Agency is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take the flight. All expenses arising in connection with obtaining the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region, etc., required for guests who miss the flight to join the tour, shall be borne by the guests themselves.
18- The standard baggage allowance for most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets have been issued, the upgrade may be carried out subject to the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Miles are not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, the Agency’s cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying hotel name(s) and/or options are offered for the same destination, the hotel information will be notified to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, the Aency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/provide the name appearing in the passport, date of birth and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, contact the company to which your line belongs and check whether your phone is enabled for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency conveys requests regarding rooms (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guests’ preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast customarily served in Turkish cuisine. It generally consists of limited options known as a continental breakfast, such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bed room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined together when necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary at each hotel and according to room type.
31- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in a room is 1.
33- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Guests who make reservations for triple rooms and/or with children are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type resulting from the extra beds added to standard rooms.
34- If the number of children staying with adults and the children’s ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to “one child” in the age group eligible to stay with 2 adults.
36- Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in prices in Turkish lira. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price during purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during the stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local taxes. Any city, tourism or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel upon arrival or departure.
38- Road distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks and road conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, when necessary or deemed appropriate.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases and passports/identification documents of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen items. 2- Passports must have at least 2 blank pages so that entry and exit stamps can be affixed at customs crossings/border gates.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny you entry to or exit from the country. The Agency is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- Passports must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or have suffered similar damage(s). Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
