Day 1: Samsun - Skopje – Bitola - Resen – Ohrid
Meeting 3 hours before the flight in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at Samsun Çarşamba Airport departure terminal. Departure from Samsun to Skopje nonstop and direct on Ajet Airlines scheduled flight. After an approximately two-hour comfortable journey, arrival in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. After entry procedures, we depart with our private vehicle waiting in the area for our tour of Resen and Bitola, famous for their magnificent nature and historical richness. We set off toward Bitola, once one of the most important cultural and commercial centers of the Ottoman Empire. Upon our arrival in Bitola, we visit from the outside the Military High School where the Great Leader Atatürk studied and the Atatürk Museum. In this magical city, we will also discover historical monuments from the Ottoman era such as the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishak Paşa Mosque and Yeni Mosque. While feeling the historical texture of Bitola, you will have the chance to take a pleasant walk through the city’s nostalgic streets. After a short break here, we continue toward Resen, where we panoramically see the Palace of Resneli Niyazi Bey, an important figure who left his mark on Balkan history. Resen offers a fascinating atmosphere with both its nature and Ottoman traces. After our tour, we head to Ohrid. Breathtaking views will accompany us along the way. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we will conduct a tour introducing the historic city of Ohrid, one of the important bases of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. Among the places we will see during our tour are: the Monument to Saints Cyril and Methodius, the 9th-century Byzantine monks believed to have developed the Cyrillic Alphabet, Aya Sofia Church, and the Ancient Theater from the Roman period. We will also stroll through Çınar Square, the heart of the city, and have the opportunity to visit the Turkish Bazaar dating back to the old Ottoman period. Here you may visit the Halveti Tekke and feel the city’s cultural texture up close. Then, by touring the New Bazaar and Ohrid Market, you will witness the daily life of the local people. Finally, Ohrid’s famous lake and its mesmerizing view will accompany our tour. After our tour, free time and transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel. Day 2 : Ohrid – Sveti Naum - Tetova (Kalkandelen) – Matka Canyon - Skopje
After our breakfast, we leave the hotel and set out on an exciting journey to St. Naum, where the source of Lake Ohrid and St. Naum Monastery are located, an area called "A Corner of Paradise in the Balkans." In this enchanting place, you will have the opportunity to photograph the unique beauty of the landscapes set in the heart of nature. During our free time, we will enjoy exploring this historical and natural wonder. After a trip full of unforgettable memories and wonderful photos, we set off to discover Macedonia’s unique nature and cultural treasures. Our first stop is Tetova (Kalkandelen), one of Macedonia’s most eye-catching towns. Here, we will visit the Painted Mosque, one of the most colorful and impressive mosques in the Balkans. Built in the 15th century, this mosque will fascinate you with its vivid colors and detailed decorations on its exterior. As we discover this rare example of Ottoman architecture, we will embark on a journey into the depths of history. After our visit in Tetova, we head toward Matka Canyon accompanied by lush green mountains. Are you ready to explore Matka Canyon, located among the enchanting forests and vast meadows of Mount Vodno? This natural wonder of approximately 5,000 hectares will take you to mystical monasteries from the Middle Ages and soothing lake views. While walking on rugged cliffs, you can observe the endemic plant and animal species of the region. For nature lovers, walking on the green trails is the best way to be alone with nature. After our Matka Canyon tour, we set off for Skopje. Upon arrival in Skopje, our first stop is Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the city’s largest and most magnificent mosques, built in 1492. Then we visit Murat Pasha Mosque, built in the 15th century. This mosque is especially notable for its Ottoman-era craftsmanship and architecture. Continuing our tour, we will see Kapan Han and Sulu Han, located in the heart of Skopje. These structures, fine examples of Ottoman-era inns, were once important centers where merchants stayed and traded. Later, we visit the Stone Bridge, which has become a symbol of Skopje. This bridge was built in the 15th century and connects the two banks of the Vardar River. Walking from the Stone Bridge, we will continue our tour by seeing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the Vardar River. During our walk by the river, we pass through Macedonia Square. This square is the largest and most central point of Skopje and is surrounded by modern buildings. Here, we will encounter the statue of Alexander the Great and other monuments. Then, we view the Ottoman Bridge from the outside, dating back to the 15th century, and by visiting Davut Pasha Bathhouse, we will once again feel the splendor of the Ottoman period. We continue exploring the city by walking toward Skopje’s Turkish Bazaar. Before reaching the bazaar, we see the Clock Tower, one of Skopje’s symbolic structures, built in the 16th century. Here, we will visit Sultan Murat Mosque and Isa Bey Mosque, among the early mosques of the Ottoman Empire. The mosques are an important part of the city’s Islamic heritage and stand out with their architecture. Finally, we give free time in the Turkish Bazaar. In this bazaar, you can find many products, from traditional handicrafts to souvenirs. After the pleasant time you spend in the bazaar, transfer to Restaurant Gardenia for the Balkan Night. Afterwards, we are transferred to our hotel and then retire to our rooms. Overnight in Skopje at our hotel.

Day 3: Skopje – Pristina – Prizren – Shkodra

After our journey, upon arrival in Pristina, we begin our panoramic city tour where we will explore Kosovo’s modern and historical aspects. During our tour, we will also visit many valuable Ottoman-era structures. We will see the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and the 18th-century Yashar Pasha Mosque. During this tour through the city’s historical heritage, we will have the opportunity to commemorate this important historical event and its place in Ottoman history by visiting the Tomb of Ottoman Sultan Murad I Hüdavendigar, who was killed in the Kosovo Plain as a result of the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. After our tour in Pristina, we head to Prizren, known as Kosovo’s cultural capital. Upon arrival, we begin exploring Prizren’s narrow streets, with architecture reminiscent of an Anatolian Ottoman city and shop signs filled with Turkish inscriptions. In the city, we will visit the Sinan Pasha Mosque, one of the most important examples of Ottoman architecture. In addition, Halveti Tekke, Bayrakli Mosque, and Mehmet Pasha Bathhouse are among the other important Ottoman monuments to be seen. Day 5 : Medugorje – Počitelj – Blagaj – Mostar – Sarajevo
After our breakfast, we depart for Sarajevo. Our first stop is Počitelj, a historically preserved village known as the Turkish Village, where we see works made by the Ottomans in the 16th century. After the tour, Blagaj, built at the source of the Buna River, one of Europe’s strongest water sources. After a short free time in this magnificent natural setting, we head toward Mostar. In Mostar, we will see the Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by Mimar Hayreddin. A masterpiece of Ottoman architecture, this bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992; however, with major contributions from the Republic of Turkey, it was reopened in 2004. After Mostar Bridge, we will visit Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Then we head to Sarajevo. Upon arrival, this city, which for centuries was the cultural capital of the Balkans and went down in history as the place where World War I broke out after the assassination of Austro-Hungarian Crown Prince Archduke Franz Ferdinand by the Serbs in 1914, was heavily damaged during the 1992 war due to devastating conflicts among Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks, but Sarajevo managed to largely preserve its beauty. Day 6 : Sarajevo – Belgrade

Upon arrival in Belgrade, a panoramic city tour begins in which we will discover the city in all its splendor. Here, you can feel the historical atmosphere and explore the texture of Belgrade that brings together the past and present. Then we go to one of the city’s most impressive spots, where the Sava River meets the Danube River. In this unique view, it will be a great pleasure to explore this region, which has been the focal point of many conquests and victories throughout history. As we continue to explore this ancient city, where Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror was wounded in pursuit of it, but whose conquest fell to Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent, you will encounter Belgrade Fortress, used as a supply center for the Ottoman navy. While tracing the marks of history in this fortress, we will see important points such as Fortress Square and Stone Square. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, Venice, and Poland. During our visit, the 4-door venue where the agreement was signed, as well as the square, the four lions fountain, the historical high school, and the Orthodox and Catholic churches are among the places we will see. We continue our journey after a coffee break. Along the way, we will see the Belgrade Gate, clock tower, upper city, long barracks, and Leopold Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Then arrival in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in the north of Serbia. It is the most economically developed region of Serbia, and its capital is Novi Sad.
