Important Notes

- Within the framework of Aviation laws (Hague laws), airlines may update flight times and the airport used. Flight times must be confirmed by our guests 48 hours prior to the flight. Changes in times or airports made by airlines and possible delays are not the responsibility of our agency.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not responsible for changes or delays in domestic connections and transfer flights.
- Group tickets are subject to airline rules; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used, and unused legs are non-refundable.
- The baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is generally 20kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. Domestic flights within the destination countries may have a limit of 15kg. Excess baggage rules and charges are determined by the airlines and are not under our agency’s responsibility.
- For reservations, individuals must inform us in writing of their full name, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport number as they appear on the passport used for travel. Since all reservations are made based on these details, any cancellations or changes may incur penalties charged to the guests.
- This 7-night, 8-day tour features 3-4 star hotels. The hotels are located 5-25 km from the city center.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, and similar periods, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency at least 15 days before the departure date.
- Breakfast served in hotels is prepared according to the local culture and typically includes continental offerings such as butter, jam, bread, tea, coffee, and beverages. Due to hotel occupancy levels, group breakfasts may be served in separate halls.
- For group reservations of 10 persons or more, additional optional tours must be booked through the agency at the time of reservation.
- During the tour, there are no hot or cold drinks or refreshments on the vehicle. However, beverages are available for purchase from the driver and assistant.
- Children under 12 years old pay a reduced fare when sharing the same room with two adults. In triple rooms, the third bed is an extra foldable bed that does not provide the same comfort as standard beds.
- Extra tours for children aged 0-2 are free of charge. Children between 2-12 years pay a discounted rate.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Foldable beds are often used, and participants accepting this are deemed to accept possible crowding and the type of beds.
- Our agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary, maintaining the same content and scope. City tours may be scheduled for the day following the arrival time.
- Hotel names are provided as "and similar," with specific hotel information given 2-3 days before departure.
- Panoramic city tours involve guided narration and are conducted from the vehicle or, depending on the city structure, on foot, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites.
- Our agency is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by reasons beyond our control, such as road closures, weather conditions, local authorities not permitting entry or visits, or border crossing delays. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if access by vehicle is restricted.
- Extra tour fees are based on a minimum participation of 10 people and may vary if the minimum number is not reached, depending on content, vehicle type, and participant number.
- Participation in extra tours is voluntary. Passengers who do not wish to join are considered to agree to wait at a designated rest stop, from where they will be picked up after the tour.
- Guests purchasing discounted optional packages who decide not to participate in any tours will have the fee deducted from the total. No refunds are available for tours with reservations such as boats, dinners, shows, or entrance fees once paid.
- Entrance fees to museums are not included in extra tour prices.
- Except for panoramic city tours and inter-country transfers, bus use during extra tours is the responsibility of participants.
- For international travel, passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date. Turkish green passports used for travel must not be older than 10 years; otherwise, renewal is required. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or flight restrictions, for which our agency is not responsible.
- Our agency acts solely as an intermediary with the consulates; it does not guarantee visa approval or processing times. Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable if canceled.
- Visas must be obtained from the consulate of the country where the stay is longest. Failure to do so is the responsibility of the traveler, and entry may be denied.
- The passport used for the trip must not be damaged, torn, wet, or otherwise compromised. Otherwise, entry may be refused, and our agency is not responsible.
- Please ensure your belongings are complete when leaving transportation or hotels; we are not responsible for lost items.
- Minors traveling without one or both parents must carry notarized consent forms during the trip.
- Our agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour with prior notice. In cases of insufficient participation, the tour may be canceled with prior notice.
- Guests who have registered for the tours are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions.

Depending on the tour dates, flight information may change. We kindly ask passengers who will purchase domestic connection tickets to obtain information.
Meeting with our valued guests at 20:00 on the specified tour date in front of the agency counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, departure to Hurghada at 22:45 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC620. Arrival at 01:25 local time the next day, followed by baggage claim and visa procedures, then transfer to our hotel by private bus. After hotel check-in, we settle into our rooms.
Day 1
HURGHADA
After breakfast, panoramic city tour. Hurghada is the center of Egyptian tourism and the Red Sea, with its golden sandy beaches, turquoise sea, and palm trees. During our city tour, the old town district El Dahar (Downtown), Sakkala, a new and modern tourism center, and the Sahl Hasheesh area consisting of hotels, shopping centers, and shops will be among the places to be seen. After the tour, free time in the city. Guests who wish may join the full-day Extra Lunch Included Giftun Island Orange Bay Boat Tour (75 USD). On this wonderful boat tour, one of the most magnificent spots in the Red Sea, we will sail to Giftun Island and Orange Bay, where we will relieve all the fatigue of our Egypt trip. Lunch will be served on the boat. After the extra tour, transfer to our hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

HURGHADA
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Extra Full-Day Lunch Included Luxor Masterpieces Tour (145 USD), organized as an extra by our guide. (Karnak Temple & Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut Temple & Memnon Monuments & Nile Delta) On this tour, we will truly experience our mysterious Egypt journey by following the traces of the pharaohs through breathtaking temples. In this must-do tour for those traveling to Egypt, we will visit the temple of Amun Ra, considered the King and Sun God in Ancient Egypt, the Valley of the Kings, known as the Valley of the Kings or Pharaohs, the Temple of Queen Pharaoh Hatshepsut, the giant Memnon statues, and the Nile Delta, and enjoy many mysterious moments and opportunities to take photos. After an early breakfast, transfer to Cairo by private bus. After a journey of approximately 450 km, arrival in Cairo and panoramic city tour. Among the places to be seen on our city tour are Cairo Citadel, Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha, Sultan Hasan Complex, Imam Shafi’i Mosque, Baron Empain Palace, Sedat’s Memorial Tomb, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, Tahrir Square, and many tourist points of the city will be seen panoramically. After the tour, free time. At the time informed by your guide, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
CAIRO
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Extra Full-Day Lunch Included Cairo Masterpieces Tour (140 USD), organized as an extra by our guide. (Giza Pyramids & Egyptian Museum & Al Azhar University and Mosque & Khan El Khalili Bazaar) On our extra tour, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids, where we will visit the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and the Sphinx, and have the chance to take photos with detailed historical explanations from your guide. After our Giza Pyramids tour, you may shop by visiting jewelry and perfume workshops and papyrus shops. Then we will visit the Egyptian Museum, one of the most important tourist attractions of Cairo. In this museum, which contains more than 120,000 artifacts, we will have the opportunity to see Ancient Egyptian treasures, sphinxes, and many historical artifacts. After the tour, we will see Egypt’s oldest university and visit Al-Azhar Mosque, whose construction began in 970 and which has a capacity of 20,000 people. After the tour, we will walk with your guide through Khan el Khalili Bazaar, one of the liveliest places in Cairo, and see many various and colorful shops. Day 5
CAIRO - ALEXANDRIA
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and board our bus to go to Alexandria. On this tour, we will see Alexandria, Egypt’s second-largest city, the “Pearl of the Mediterranean.” Alexandria reflects a different face of Egypt, despite being only 225 km away from Cairo, with its atmosphere and ambiance. Founded by Alexander the Great in 331 BC, this city became the capital of Greco-Roman Egypt and was home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World with its legendary lighthouse. In ancient times it was also the center of science and education, and since the 19th century it has served as Egypt’s commercial and maritime center. After the tour, free time in the city.
Day 6
ISTANBUL
At the time informed by your guide, transfer to Alexandria airport. Departure for Istanbul at 04:10 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC633, arriving at 06:30 local time the following day, marking the end of our tour.
