Flight times must be confirmed by our guests 48 hours prior to the flight. Changes in times or airports made by airlines and possible delays are not the responsibility of our agency. - Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not responsible for changes or delays in domestic connections and transfer flights. - Group tickets are subject to airline rules; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used, and unused legs are non-refundable. - The baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is generally 20kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. Domestic flights within the destination countries may have a limit of 15kg. Excess baggage rules and charges are determined by the airlines and are not under our agency’s responsibility. - For reservations, individuals must inform us in writing of their full name, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport number as they appear on the passport used for travel. Since all reservations are made based on these details, any cancellations or changes may incur penalties charged to the guests. - This 7-night, 8-day tour features 3-4 star hotels. The hotels are located 5-25 km from the city center. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, and similar periods, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency at least 15 days before the departure date. - Breakfast served in hotels is prepared according to the local culture and typically includes continental offerings such as butter, jam, bread, tea, coffee, and beverages. Due to hotel occupancy levels, group breakfasts may be served in separate halls. - For group reservations of 10 persons or more, additional optional tours must be booked through the agency at the time of reservation. - During the tour, there are no hot or cold drinks or refreshments on the vehicle. However, beverages are available for purchase from the driver and assistant. - Children under 12 years old pay a reduced fare when sharing the same room with two adults. In triple rooms, the third bed is an extra foldable bed that does not provide the same comfort as standard beds. - Extra tours for children aged 0-2 are free of charge. Children between 2-12 years pay a discounted rate. - Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Foldable beds are often used, and participants accepting this are deemed to accept possible crowding and the type of beds. - Our agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary, maintaining the same content and scope. City tours may be scheduled for the day following the arrival time. - Hotel names are provided as "and similar," with specific hotel information given 2-3 days before departure. - Panoramic city tours involve guided narration and are conducted from the vehicle or, depending on the city structure, on foot, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. - Our agency is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by reasons beyond our control, such as road closures, weather conditions, local authorities not permitting entry or visits, or border crossing delays. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if access by vehicle is restricted. - Extra tour fees are based on a minimum participation of 10 people and may vary if the minimum number is not reached, depending on content, vehicle type, and participant number. - Participation in extra tours is voluntary. Passengers who do not wish to join are considered to agree to wait at a designated rest stop, from where they will be picked up after the tour. - Guests purchasing discounted optional packages who decide not to participate in any tours will have the fee deducted from the total. No refunds are available for tours with reservations such as boats, dinners, shows, or entrance fees once paid. - Entrance fees to museums are not included in extra tour prices. - Except for panoramic city tours and inter-country transfers, bus use during extra tours is the responsibility of participants. - For international travel, passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date. Turkish green passports used for travel must not be older than 10 years; otherwise, renewal is required. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or flight restrictions, for which our agency is not responsible. - Our agency acts solely as an intermediary with the consulates; it does not guarantee visa approval or processing times. Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable if canceled. - Visas must be obtained from the consulate of the country where the stay is longest. Failure to do so is the responsibility of the traveler, and entry may be denied. - The passport used for the trip must not be damaged, torn, wet, or otherwise compromised. Otherwise, entry may be refused, and our agency is not responsible. - Please ensure your belongings are complete when leaving transportation or hotels; we are not responsible for lost items. - Minors traveling without one or both parents must carry notarized consent forms during the trip. - Our agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour with prior notice. In cases of insufficient participation, the tour may be canceled with prior notice. - Guests who have registered for the tours are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions.

After ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, departure to Hurghada at 22:45 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC620.
