1 - You must confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We have no responsibility for domestic flight tickets purchased and arranged by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to the domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may change the flow of the tour program while keeping the content the same.
3 - In Egypt, the cancellation and refund of extra services purchased either individually or collectively are not possible. If you purchase them with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to the extra services. We recommend purchasing a security package insurance policy from your agency to cover unforeseen events; since the necessary reservations have been made with service providers and paid, there is nothing else we can do in this case. For individually purchased services, the list prices will apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

* Midibuses are used for groups of 9 to 15,
* Minibuses are used for groups of 8 or fewer.
5- The routes of the bus and the flights may be changed without prior notice provided that the content remains the same.

In this exploration of ancient Cairo, which has hosted many cultures, civilizations, and religions, you will see sights such as the Amr ibn al-As Mosque (the first mosque in Egypt and Africa), Ben Azhar Synagogue (where it is believed that Prophet Moses spent time), the Hanging Church (Muallak) (which holds great significance for Christians), Abu Serga Church (which contains the cave where Hz. Mary and Hz. Jesus are believed to have lived for three months), and the Coptic Museum (exterior view). Free time before the transfer. CAIRO CITADEL AND MOSQUE OF MUHAMMAD ALI TOUR WITH LUNCH
We particularly recommend visiting the two most significant symbolic structures from the historical period after the Pharaohs in addition to your included Old Cairo tour. EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1- For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If the required numbers are not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the consent of the guest)
B-For an additional fee, it can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the consent of the guest)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
2- Once the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations will be made, and payments will be made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If the guest or any person sharing the same room develops a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour's departure will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount of discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure will result in no refunds.
D- Guests not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may choose to join the tour at another location on their own. If they do not prefer this or if it is not possible due to the tour content, there will be no refund.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if delays occur, guests must contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays cannot be considered a reason for cancellation and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F- During the free time and breaks provided during the tour, our authorized personnel will inform guests of the necessary departure times. In case of a delay caused by the guest, a reasonable wait may be given as long as the tour's flow is not affected, at the personnel's discretion. In other cases, the guest may either come to the next point on their own or return to the hotel by their own means. In this case, there will be no refund.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are the best, based on the price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, and all are documented by the Egyptian Authorities of Tourism. In case of any defective service during our tours and activities, since your process in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the relevant problems will be solved with on-the-spot intervention and/or partial or full refunds based on the problem. Refunds will be made with the discount of discounted packages deducted from the net amount paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control like local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, technical faults causing delays, and similar situations.
4-Some of our tours may require considerable physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and other such activities carry some risk of accidents which may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any unfavorable occurrences. Please be sure that you are aware of these risks before participating in such tours and activities; if you have any doubts, consult our authorized personnel. If you are still not sure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the warnings of our personnel, comply with the stated precautions, and wear the provided safety equipment if applicable. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing in religiously significant places. Our company has no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to inappropriate clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls entirely belongs to the guests; borrowing towels from the hotel is also their responsibility.
8- Allergies to food or other allergies, special dietary needs should be reported to your guide. We must inform you that we may not always be able to meet such special needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
9- We strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages, consume fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, or eat unpackaged food sold openly during your stay in Egypt and our tours. Since your body is not accustomed to the local conditions of Egypt, you may experience symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining medical assistance. However, the related expenses will be borne by you.
10- We also recommend that you purchase your Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels as a precaution.
