1- For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If the required numbers are not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the consent of the guest)
B-For an additional fee, it can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the consent of the guest)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
 2- Once the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations will be made, and payments will be made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If the guest or any person sharing the same room develops a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour's departure will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount of discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure will result in no refunds.
D- Guests not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may choose to join the tour at another location on their own. If they do not prefer this or if it is not possible due to the tour content, there will be no refund.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if delays occur, guests must contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays cannot be considered a reason for cancellation and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F- During the free time and breaks provided during the tour, our authorized personnel will inform guests of the necessary departure times. In case of a delay caused by the guest, a reasonable wait may be given as long as the tour's flow is not affected, at the personnel's discretion. 6- Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing in religiously significant places. Our company has no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to inappropriate clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls entirely belongs to the guests; borrowing towels from the hotel is also their responsibility.
8- Allergies to food or other allergies, special dietary needs should be reported to your guide. We must inform you that we may not always be able to meet such special needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
9- We strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages, consume fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, or eat unpackaged food sold openly during your stay in Egypt and our tours. Since your body is not accustomed to the local conditions of Egypt, you may experience symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining medical assistance. However, the related expenses will be borne by you.
10- We also recommend that you purchase your Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels as a precaution.
