Day 1: Istanbul - Geneva
Meeting at 09:00 in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After check-in procedures, departure to Geneva at 11:55 on the scheduled VF53 Ajet Airlines flight. Arrival in Geneva at 13:00 and our panoramic city tour begins. After our arrival in Geneva, panoramic city tour of Geneva, the European center of the United Nations. On our tour; Lake Geneva, Mont Blanc Bridge, the Great Cathedral, Notre Dame Cathedral, Jean Jacgues Rousseau Island and the old town are among the sights to be seen. After our tour, guests who wish may join the Geneva Masterpieces Tour in their free time. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Geneva and surroundings.

It is a special tour where we explore not only Geneva’s main points, but also its hidden areas, aristocratic living spaces, historic streets along the lakeside, and the detailed parts of the Old Town with a guide.
It is prepared for our guests who are visiting Geneva for the first time or who want to feel the city “not just through photo spots, but with its soul.”
Day 2: Geneva – Bern – Basel
After breakfast in the morning, we check out of the rooms and depart for Bern. On the way, guests may join the extra Lausanne & Montreux Riviera Tour. After our tour, arrival in Bern and our panoramic city tour begins. Arrival in the city center of Bern, which bears traces of the Middle Ages and has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Then we begin our Bern city tour. The clock tower, the old town called the largest covered shopping area in Europe, Einstein’s House, the History Museum, the Parliament building and its square are among the places to be seen panoramically. There are more than 100 fountains spread across different parts of Bern. Each of them tells a story and a hero rooted in the city’s history. After our tour, we depart for Basel at the time determined by our guide. Guests who wish may join the Basel Evening Lights & Rhine River Shore Tour, which will be organized as an extra in the evening. Overnight at our hotel in Basel and surroundings.
Extra Tour: Lausanne & Montreux Riviera Tour Per Person: 70 Euro
Lausanne and Montreux, two of Switzerland’s most elegant cities, are built along a magnificent stretch on the shores of Lake Geneva called the “Swiss Riviera.” With its lake views shining between the mountains, palm trees lining the coast, and historic buildings, the region is one of Europe’s most peaceful and elite travel destinations. Our first stop is Lausanne. We take a walk at Ouchy Harbor with lake views, see the area where the Olympic Committee is located, the city square, and the cathedral from the outside. We give free time on Lausanne’s art-filled streets and feel Switzerland’s lifestyle by the lakeside. Then we head to Montreux.
Montreux, where famous singers and artists lived for years, is the heart of the “Swiss Riviera” with its coastline, cafes, and enchanting atmosphere. As we walk along the lake, we take unique photo breaks on the promenade decorated with palm trees and flowers. Finally, the symbol of the Lake Geneva shore, Chillon Castle, is photographed from the outside. This castle stretching from the mountainside toward the lake is one of Switzerland’s most visited historical structures and its view is breathtaking.
Extra Tour: Basel Evening Lights & Rhine River Shore Tour Per Person: 40 Euro
We are setting out to explore Basel, Switzerland’s cultural राजधानी, in its most beautiful form under the lights. In our walk that begins along the banks of the Rhine River, we get to know the city with its night view and feel the enchanting atmosphere where Basel’s medieval texture merges with the lights. Places to be seen: Münster Cathedral (from outside), one of the city’s most impressive buildings with its colorful stained glass and view of the Rhine River. Rathaus – Red City Hall, an architectural masterpiece that makes for great photos with its night illumination. Marktplatz Square, the historic market area and surrounding streets. Medieval streets & boutique arcades, a panoramic walk through the narrow streets carrying Basel’s cultural heritage. Rhine River shore, where you will have the chance to see the most beautiful photos of the bridges and the city silhouette under the lights. This short and enjoyable night tour is an ideal option for our guests who want to discover Basel under the lights after a busy day.
Day 3: Basel – Zurich
After breakfast in the morning, we check out of the rooms and depart for Zurich. Guests who wish may join our Alsace Colorful Villages Tour (Colmar & Eguisheim). After our tour, we depart for Zurich. In addition to being Switzerland’s financial capital, it is a stylish city where clean streets, lake views, historical buildings, and modern life coexist. During our panoramic city tour, the shores of Lake Zurich, the Limmat River, the famous Bahnhofstrasse Street, the Grossmünster and Fraumünster churches, the historic old town district, and Lindenhof Hill are among the places to be seen. With our guide’s explanations, we will get to know both the historical and modern sides of the city and experience Zurich’s calm and elegant atmosphere.. Overnight at our hotel in Zurich and surroundings.
Extra Tour: Alsace Colorful Villages Tour (Colmar & Eguisheim) Per Person 70 Euro

Day 4: Zurich – Istanbul
After breakfast in the morning, check-out from the rooms and free time. Guests who wish may join the Zurich Morning Tour & Lakeside Walk Tour. Meeting at the time determined by our guide and then transfer to Zurich Airport. Departure to Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 14:00 with Ajet Airlines scheduled flight VF54. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:55 and the end of our tour… Looking forward to seeing you again on your next travels...
Extra Tour: Zurich Morning Tour & Lakeside Walk Per Person 30 Euro
With our guide, we take a short city walking tour to experience Zurich’s calmest and most enjoyable morning atmosphere. Our walk along the shores of Lake Zurich in the fresh air allows us to discover the peaceful side of the city. Then, with a short old town tour around the Limmat River, we see the area where Grossmünster, Fraumünster, and historic houses are located. After photo breaks, we head to the airport.

Notes
• For package purchases, the tours are counted as purchased individually; it is up to you how many of the tours you will join.
• The package will be announced to guests by the guide on the first day of the tour.
• The package price is valid only at the start of the tour; no discount is applied for separate purchases during the tour.
GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, DGNTRAVEL may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. In the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from DGNTRAVEL is also refunded to the guest, but if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using visa service and travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they will be used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of DGNTRAVEL, they cannot claim any refund from DGNTRAVEL in the event that the trip is canceled by DGNTRAVEL. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and DGNTRAVEL cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, DGNTRAVEL has the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the overseas round-trip airport transfer.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable airfare amounts will be charged as a penalty.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, except for flight tickets that have been paid to and/or committed to the airline by DGNTRAVEL, provided that they notify DGNTRAVEL in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date. If there are less than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after the airfare; if there are 15 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation is requested, since the cancellation/refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa service, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, prior information should be requested regarding refunds. DGNTRAVEL cannot make any commitment for the cancellation and refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Optional Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle and not including museum or historical site entries. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits or entry at the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise if weather conditions make the tour impossible, DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in question. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide may make changes to the day of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes in flight times.
9- Important points to note in our tours by Speed Boats: do not eat a heavy meal and do not drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
10- No refund will be made if participation is not provided in the tour or meal services specified in the services included in the price.
About Flights
11- DGNTRAVEL is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, in addition to the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and special flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- Pursuant to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flight-inclusive tours are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, from the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines' websites.
16- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are announced orally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed directly by the guests.
17- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets necessary for these guests to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc., will be their responsibility.
18- The standard baggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under DGNTRAVEL’s responsibility.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (upgrade to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out after the tickets are issued, subject to the airline’s availability (please check the airline of your membership). No mileage guarantee is given for any flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.
Other Matters
21- DGNTRAVEL will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, DGNTRAVEL’s cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where the hotel(s) are listed in the tour program only by category information without specifying names and/or are offered as options for the same destination, DGNTRAVEL will notify the guest 48 hours before departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified locations or distances. In such a case, information will be provided by DGNTRAVEL 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as shown in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of cancellations or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
27- DGNTRAVEL informs the hotel of room-related requests (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts are made to ensure that the allocated rooms meet the guest’s preferences, depending on the hotel’s availability. Fulfilling these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
28- The breakfast offered in hotels differs from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room type.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- Extra beds are used in triple rooms; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms due to the extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations, as well as the bed type.
34- If the number of children and their ages specified in hotel reservations for accommodation with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the false declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children.
35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to “one child” in the age group staying with 2 adults.
36- Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Your additional requests, and some extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes in force are collected by the hotel from the guest at check-in or check-out.
38- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and similar conditions.
39- DGNTRAVEL may, in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
41- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and reports with them.
42- Upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel for possible extra expenses. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and DGNTRAVEL has no involvement in it.
Visa and Passport
43- There is a visa requirement for T.C. citizens
44- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
45- For customs crossings/border gates, in order for an entry-exit stamp to be placed in your passport, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
46- Being exempt from a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering/exiting the country, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
47- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for the consequences that arise.
48- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, the passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
49- Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
