- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, arranged for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with commentary by the guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, because roads are closed due to any event, or because weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

- Delays or changes to flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.
- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.
- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- For persons participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline companies' websites.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards in the airport. These details must be followed personally by the guests.
- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests fail to take their flights because they are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. Guests who miss the aircraft are responsible for all expenses incurred for matters such as obtaining the new round-trip flight tickets required to join the tour and transfers in the destination region.
- The standard baggage allowance for most flights departing from Türkiye is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not DGNTRAVEL's responsibility.
- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets have been issued, the upgrade may be carried out depending on the airline's availability (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, check with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Türkiye to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
- The hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
- DGNTRAVEL will communicate room-related requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts will be made to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
- Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group for groups.
- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when necessary.
- The child and extra bed policy may vary at each hotel according to the room types.
- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is a maximum of 1.
- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Our guests shall be deemed to have declared that they accept any cramped conditions and the bed type that may occur in rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple-room and/or child reservations.
- If the number of children staying with adults and the children's ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children's ages.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to a “single child” in the age group eligible to stay with two adults.

Additional requests and certain extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price during purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel upon arrival or departure.
- Road distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and road conditions.
- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used for the flights in mandatory circumstances or when it deems necessary, without altering the content of the program.

Passport control officers have the authority to refuse your entry into or exit from the country. DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of their other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use. Otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise.
