Day 1 ISTANBUL – DUBAI
Meeting at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal in front of the Air Arabia Airlines counter 3 hours prior to the flight. After ticket and baggage procedures, we depart for Dubai at 00:20 on Air Arabia Airlines flight G9284. Arrival at Sharjah Airport at 05:35 local Dubai time. After passport procedures, our tour begins with our vehicle waiting at the airport. We will start our Lunch included Dubai Old Souks and Dubai city tour. We will take abras (traditional water taxis) to start this tour, which includes the Textile Market, Gold Market, spice souks, Sheikh Palace, Emirates Tower, Skyscrapers Avenue, Burj Al Arab (the only seven-star hotel in the world), Souk Madinat Jumeirah (photo stop), Jumeirah area, and Palm Island. After the tour, we move to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, we complete the check-in procedures at the hotels. After a short rest at the hotel, guests wishing to do so may join the optional evening dinner Dhow Cruise tour (at Marine) for an additional fee (80 Euros). We will experience the magnificent night view of Dubai, the most popular area called JBR, Dubai Eye / Blue Water Island (the largest Ferris wheel in the world), Dubai Marina, and Palm Island, along with an open buffet dinner and surprise shows. After this enjoyable boat trip, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 DUBAI
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish to partake can join the optional Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Ferrari World tour ((60 Euros) (Entrance fee to Ferrari World is not included)) starting at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the world’s fourth largest mosque. We continue our Abu Dhabi city tour after visiting the mosque, passing by the Etihad Towers from the movie Fast & Furious, Emirates Palace (the world's most expensive hotel), and the Heritage Village museum that tells the story of the old desert life among the sites. Next, we visit the world-famous Ferrari World. After taking a photo, we return to Dubai. Those wishing to join can participate in the optional tour of the "Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall Shopping Center and Fountain Show" in the evening. ((25 Euros) (Burj Khalifa Entrance Fee is Not Included) The tour features the Burj Khalifa, the world’s largest structure. Do you think the buildings in our country or other countries are high? We believe your opinion will change after seeing the Burj Khalifa. This magnificent architectural piece, inspired by the desert flower Hymenocalis, has the title of the tallest building in the world.
We strongly recommend you to go up to the 125th floor and enjoy the stunning view of Dubai from there. Dubai Mall, known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world, which has a capacity of 1200 stores. After the break at Dubai Mall, we will watch the Fountain's sound and light show. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 DUBAI
After breakfast, guests who wish to join can participate in the optional Miracle Garden tour ((55 Euros)). Within approximately 18 acres of land, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale garden with 45 million flowers in the world's largest garden. One of the most surprising aspects of the garden is that flower designs change every season to ensure that visitors have a different experience during each visit. After this unique experience, we return to the hotel. At 14:30, guests wishing to join can also participate in the optional "Evening Dinner Desert Safari" tour (80 Euros). You can experience unforgettable moments in the desert with 4X4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. Additionally, you can unwind in the Bedouin camp set up in the desert with an open buffet dinner and dance show. After the tour, we are back at our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 DUBAI – ISTANBUL (SAW)
On the last day of the tour, after breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time until the time determined by the guide. Guests wishing to join can also participate in the Dubai Frame and Dubai Outlet Mall tour. ((55 Euros)) Imagine a giant picture frame that is 150 meters tall and 93 meters wide? Considered the largest picture frame on the planet, you can be assured that you will see Dubai from a very different perspective at the Dubai Frame. After taking some photos, we will move to the Dubai Outlet Center, one of the largest outlets in Dubai, which hosts over 1200 brands. After some free time in the shopping mall, we will transfer to the airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 20:50 on Air Arabia Airlines flight G9285. We arrive at 00:20 local time, and our tour ends.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- It is the guest's responsibility to follow the Covid-related procedural changes determined by the Ministry of Health of the countries to be traveled to.
- For international trips, having a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or damaged passports.
- For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirements provided by our agencies must be submitted with a written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country where the most stay will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the entry denial by passport control.
- In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and it bears no responsibility for the visa not being approved, not being issued on time, or any errors that occur in the visa; the traveler has no right to compensation from Adonis.com in any case.
- Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated September 28, 1955.
- During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as a no-show fee.
- Flight times may change before departure, and all timings must be confirmed in writing by contacting the central office 48 hours prior to the departure date.
- The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any changes in flight times and possible delays caused by the airline companies.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not supported by Adonis.com for any changes that may occur in domestic flight connections.
- In group ticket sales, airline rules are applicable, and if the outbound flight of the group ticket cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may be reduced to 15Kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
- The tour itinerary specified in the program is an example itinerary and changes may occur in the tour route. City tour introductions may be conducted on the next day(s) according to the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be made on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
- Optional tours can only be carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people; otherwise, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and prices may change if necessary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conduct of these trips or tours.
- Extra tours on the way will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the breakpoints.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conduct of these trips or tours.
- Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
- All hotel names specified in the programs are examples intended to represent the star category and distance; it does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the specified hotel.
- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or it is a foldable extra bed.
- Child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
- In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not travel with either or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.
- In case of cancellation or change, the “Adonis.com sales contract” is valid.
