IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is the guest's responsibility to follow the Covid-related procedural changes determined by the Ministry of Health of the countries to be traveled to.
• For international trips, having a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or damaged passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirements provided by our agencies must be submitted with a written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country where the most stay will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the entry denial by passport control.
• In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and it bears no responsibility for the visa not being approved, not being issued on time, or any errors that occur in the visa; the traveler has no right to compensation from Adonis.com in any case.
• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated September 28, 1955.
• During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as a no-show fee.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all timings must be confirmed in writing by contacting the central office 48 hours prior to the departure date.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any changes in flight times and possible delays caused by the airline companies.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not supported by Adonis.com for any changes that may occur in domestic flight connections.
• In group ticket sales, airline rules are applicable, and if the outbound flight of the group ticket cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may be reduced to 15Kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour itinerary specified in the program is an example itinerary and changes may occur in the tour route. City tour introductions may be conducted on the next day(s) according to the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be made on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Optional tours can only be carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people; otherwise, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and prices may change if necessary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conduct of these trips or tours.
• Extra tours on the way will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the breakpoints.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conduct of these trips or tours.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
• All hotel names specified in the programs are examples intended to represent the star category and distance; it does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the specified hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or it is a foldable extra bed.
• Child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
• In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not travel with either or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.
• In case of cancellation or change, the “Adonis.com sales contract” is valid.
