Bali Adventure Tour with Qatar Airways for 5 Nights (DPS-DOH-DPS) Ramadan Holiday
Day 1 Istanbul - Doha
We are at Istanbul Airport, international departures, at least 3 hours before the flight. We begin our flight to Doha at 20:10 with Qatar Airways scheduled flight QR246. Arrival in Doha at 00:10 local time, and then we take our seats on Qatar Airways connecting flight QR962 to Bali at 02:10.
Day 2 Doha - Bali
Arrival in Bali at 16:30 local time. After completing passport and customs procedures, you will be met by our guide at the airport and transferred to the hotel. After check-in, free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Sacred Monkey Forest and Temples tour” with lunch (95 USD per person). We set off toward the Sacred Monkey Forest, which has become the symbol of Ubud. In this mystical forest, where hundreds of friendly monkeys live, we learn about the temples and sacred trees with our guide. After the nature walk, we have our lunch consisting of traditional Balinese dishes in the peaceful atmosphere of Ubud. After the meal, a short free time is offered to visit the local handicraft workshops or Ubud market. You may shop and discover local products. At the end of the day, we depart to return to your hotel, and after arrival there is free time and overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 Bali
Open buffet breakfast at your hotel and free time. Guests who wish may then join the extra “Kintamani Volcano Tour” organized by your guide (95 USD per person). We leave the hotel at 09:00 in the morning. The journey begins with a visit to traditional Balinese houses to see their simple way of life. Then we visit the famous painting village of Batuan and continue to Mas to see the art. You can see wood carving using ebony wood, mahogany imported from Borneo and Java islands, and also crocodile wood from Bali. On the next excursion, we will go directly to Kintamani village for an open buffet lunch of Indonesian dishes. While drinking Kopi Luwak, the world’s most expensive coffee, at a coffee plantation with tropical forest views, we will see the sacred springs of Gunung Kawi Temple, one of the holy places for Hindus, and the very beautiful Tegalalang rice terraces will be the last places we visit, after which we will return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5 Bali
It is the Hindu New Year celebrated every year in Bali, when the whole island falls silent for one day and Mother Nature rests. Since today is the Nyepi Festival, free time at the hotel. We have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Then we relax by the pool and enjoy the silence. At lunchtime we have a light snack. During the day you may go to the spa center and relax with a massage. After dinner in a calm environment, we rest in our rooms.
Day 6 Bali
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, you have the opportunity to enjoy Bali’s unique sea, sand and sun all day long. Guests who wish may join the extra “Beach Club - Tanah Lot Tour” in the afternoon (85 USD per person). Recommended for guests more interested in Balinese culture. Departing from the lobby at 14:00 in the afternoon, we first visit Mengwi Temple, the island’s second-largest temple, then we visit Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s symbols, built on rocks over the ocean; after watching the sunset here, we return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 7 Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures and then have free time. We depart for Denpasar Airport at the place and time determined by our guide. After check-in and entry procedures, we take our seats on Qatar Airways scheduled flight QR961 to Doha.
Day 8 Bali - Doha - Istanbul
In the first hours of the new day at 00:10, we board Qatar Airways scheduled flight first to Doha and then onto the connecting flight to Istanbul. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 12:20 local time and end of our tour.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of it.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, DGNTRAVEL may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from DGNTRAVEL is also refunded to the guest, and if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the visa service and travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded to the guest since they will have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of DGNTRAVEL, they cannot request any refund from DGNTRAVEL if the trip is canceled by DGNTRAVEL. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and DGNTRAVEL cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, DGNTRAVEL has the right in good faith not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the round-trip overseas airport transfer.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, except for plane tickets that have been paid to and/or committed to the airline by DGNTRAVEL, provided that they notify DGNTRAVEL in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date. If there are fewer than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the tour fee remaining after the plane ticket cost; if there are 15 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, prior information should be requested regarding their refund. DGNTRAVEL cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours stated in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and according to weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or historical site admissions. If the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for the inability to conduct the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours, depending on the content of our tours and the number of participants, and according to the closed status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in cases of possible changes in flight times.
8- Points to consider in our tours conducted by Speed Boats: do not eat a heavy meal and do not drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
9- There is no refund if participation is not made in the tour or meal services specified under the services included in the price.
About Flights
10- DGNTRAVEL is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or flight time changes may occur on scheduled and special flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellation.
12- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee.
13- In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and these procedures must be completed by the guest before the flight at airports, from the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines’ websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
16- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour, and transfers to the destination region, etc., shall be borne by them.
17- The standard baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not DGNTRAVEL’s responsibility.
18- For our guests who wish to upgrade flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade operations can be carried out after the tickets are issued, subject to the airline’s availability (check the airline of your membership). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradable class.
19- On some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
20- DGNTRAVEL will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, DGNTRAVEL’s cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where hotel(s) are indicated in the tour program only by category information without specifying names and/or offered as options for the same destination, DGNTRAVEL will inform the guest 48 hours before departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by DGNTRAVEL 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- During registration for the purchased tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport must be entered/declared correctly by the guest in the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties arising from ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
25- Hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room made by DGNTRAVEL (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. Efforts are made for the reserved rooms to match the guest’s preferences depending on the hotel’s availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
27- Breakfast offered in hotels differs from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room type.
30- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and depending on the hotel’s availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- Extra bed application applies in triple rooms; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds and beds called coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the room congestion that may occur due to the extra beds to be added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations, as well as the bed type.
33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children stated in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may collect an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid for “one child” in the age group staying with 2 adults.
35- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Your additional requests and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra charge by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the fee at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes in effect are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and road conditions.
38- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/ID cards of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health problems, the relevant medication and reports with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and DGNTRAVEL has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Turkey.
43- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
44- For customs crossings/border gates, at least 2 blank pages are required in your passport so that entry-exit stamps can be placed in it.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit to/from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse your entry/exit, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
46- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country’s passport must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for the resulting consequences.
47- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry-exit points for a document showing the joint consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.
