- Day 1 ISTANBUL – SHARM EL SHEIKH
Meeting at Ajet Airlines counter at İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight (20:40). After completing check-in, baggage delivery, and passport procedures, we will depart for Sharm El Sheikh on Ajet Airlines flight VF255 at 23:40.
- Day 2 SHARM EL SHEIKH
Arrival in Sharm El Sheikh at 02:20 local time. After passport and baggage procedures, transfer to our hotel with our waiting vehicles. After checking in at the hotel, guests can settle into their rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, the day is allocated as free time. Between 09:00 – 12:00, our guide will visit your hotel to provide detailed information about the area. This presentation will include a general introduction to Sharm El Sheikh, activities and entertainment opportunities in the region, as well as details about optional tours and participation processes. During the rest of the day, our guests can take advantage of the hotel’s all-inclusive concept, explore the unique underwater world of the Red Sea, or relax on the beach and in the pool areas. Guests may also join optional tours organized by the guide. Overnight stay at our hotel.
- Day 3 SHARM EL SHEIKH
After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free. Guests can enjoy the activities offered by the hotel, enjoy the sea and the beach, or participate in spa, animation, and sports activities. Optional tours (desert safari, boat tours, diving activities, etc.) will also be offered with a guide. Overnight stay at our hotel.
- Day 4 SHARM EL SHEIKH
After breakfast, the day is free. Check-out from the hotel will be completed by 12:00. Depending on hotel availability and upon prior notification to your guide, late check-out can be arranged for an extra fee. Until the transfer time, guests can continue to use hotel facilities or join optional tours. At the time informed by the guide, transfer to the airport.
- Day 5 SHARM EL SHEIKH – ISTANBUL
Upon arrival at the airport, complete baggage, check-in, and passport procedures. We will depart for Istanbul at 04:00 on Ajet Airlines flight VF256. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:40 local time, and the end of our tour.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports that are older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn-out passports.
- For visa applications, it is required to have a passport valid for at least 6 months and to submit the documents specified in the list of required documents for the visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or the country with the most accommodation; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for any refusal of entry by the passport police.
- In case of cancellation of the tour, the visa fee and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts solely as an intermediary between the customers and the consulate and will not be held responsible for any reason related to the refusal, delay, or errors in the visa approval process, and the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
- Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any cancellations or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show charges to the guests.
- Flight times may change, and all guests are required to confirm the times in writing by calling the main office 48 hours before the departure date.
- The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any schedule changes or delays made by the airlines.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes will not be able to claim that Adonis.com is responsible for any changes in domestic flight connections.
- In group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either, according to group ticket rules.
- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may decrease to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- If there are not enough participants for the tour, cancellation will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour path. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day(s) according to the arrival time in the city. Excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
- Extra tours may only be carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people; if there are fewer participants, it will be at the discretion of the guide, and if necessary, prices may be adjusted for the tours. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
- Extra tours on the way will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the rest stop.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the star category the same.
- All hotel names mentioned in the programs are for example only, and the star category and distance are included to serve as a reference. It does not imply that accommodation will be made at the specified hotel.
- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed.
- Child discounts apply only for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
- In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent forms during the trip.
- In case of cancellation or changes, the “Adonis.com sales agreement” is valid.
