2- You need to confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We have no responsibility for domestic flight tickets that you arranged and purchased yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to the domestic flight tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the date of the published announcement, and price changes that may occur before your tour due to supplier increases, currency fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our sales prices. In such a case, the new prices on the final program that will be sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date will be valid.
4 - Depending on the number of people in vehicles;
* Buses will be used for groups of 16 or more,
* Midi buses will be used for groups of 9 to 15,
* Minibuses will be used for groups of 8 or fewer.
5- The bus and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided that the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests who will stay alone in Rixos hotel groups and for two male guests to stay in the same room are not accepted. Reservations for single women, two women, or male-female couples are accepted.

SEASCOPE/SUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide a standard glass-bottom boat observation tour of the underwater life in the Red Sea as part of your package. However, in recent years, the trend in Egypt is the SeaScope, which are semi-submersible boats that are much more modern and larger, and the underwater section of these boats is made of glass, thus offering a much better underwater experience to the guests.

DAY TRIP WITH LUNCH TO 3 POOLS, DESERT OASIS WITH ATV, CANYON BY 4X4 IN THE DESERT AND CAMEL RIDE (OPTIONAL)
If you want to experience moments full of activities and take a break from the monotony of life, we recommend participating in this exciting trip, which includes an additional visit to Dahab Blue Lagoon, ATV, jeep, snorkeling, camel ride, and a sumptuous lunch by the seaside at a happy restaurant. First, we will go to Dahab center to explore the charming town of the Red Sea. Then, we will have our lunch at a delightful restaurant by the sea. Afterward, you will have free time to snorkel in the 3 Pools area. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the experience of riding a camel on the beach. (included in the price). Finally, we will do an ATV safari to the oasis in the middle of the desert, which is covered with green palm trees. (The helmet rental of 10 USD per person, and the scarf and glasses that you will definitely need in the desert are included in the price. The scarf and glasses will be yours to keep.) Lastly, we will have an enjoyable desert safari visiting canyons with 4X4 vehicles.

The Sinai Desert and the Mountain Range offer stunning views. During our ATV excursion, you will also visit a Bedouin camp and learn about life in the desert. (Transfers, helmets, Bedouin tea included, other drinks and scarves are not included)
If there is sufficient number, our Turkish guide will accompany you, and only guests hosted by our company will be in the transfer vehicle.
Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo Tour (Price changes based on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we take our breakfast boxes from the hotel and set off for Cairo after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop is the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, which are one of the most curious places in the world as the only remaining structure among the 7 Wonders of the World. Throughout our tour, we will see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, reflecting countless mysterious technical and architectural elements, as well as the Panorama Hill, Kefren, Mikerinos, and the tombs of queens and other nobles. After that, we will see the Kefren Valley Temple, which is the most important part of the Kefren Tomb complex, where mummification was performed, and the Sphinx. Then, we will have our lunch at a local restaurant. During our trip, we will also visit the Papyrus Workshop and Natural Perfume Factory. The GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), which opened in November 2025 with spectacular ceremonies and holds the title of the world's largest museum dedicated to a single civilization, has become a center of attraction for travelers and culture/history enthusiasts from all around the world. As this important museum has been receiving a lot of interest since its opening and admits only a limited number of visitors each day, we recommend that you guarantee your entry by purchasing this very important museum tour in advance while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we will head to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in Africa. The bazaar is located in the region called “Beyn-el Kasreyn” or “Between the Two Palaces”, established by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo along with Amr Ibn el As. It lies in the heart of Islamic Cairo. The Al-Azhar Mosque, which is named after the second oldest madrasa in the world, and the restored Hussein Mosque, which is one of the most beautiful mosques in Cairo, are also located here. During your bazaar visit, you can visit Hussein Mosque and enjoy shopping for souvenirs at one of the more than five thousand shops and markets, or you can relax at the café named after the Nobel Prize-winning world-famous writer Naguib Mahfouz or Fishawi, which was also favored by Mehmet Akif Ersoy while enjoying karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since we arrive late at night on the bus tour, your dinner will be prepared for you in your rooms as a cold plate. This will likely not be necessary on the flight tour.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Sharm. (25 USD) Green Passport holders do not need a visa. A minimum number of participants is required; you can get the necessary information from your guide. If you wish, you can also take this tour at the same price as a flight round-trip, but in this case, the tour price does not include the flight ticket. You can purchase the ticket yourself or request assistance from our authorized personnel.
GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For tours to be held with a Turkish Guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours can be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-A price difference may apply for English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions.
2-When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refunds will be made.
D-Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point at their own convenience. If they choose not to do this or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be provided.
E- Since some tours may pick up guests from different hotels, the guest must contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle in case of delays. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour, thus cannot be a reason for tour cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free time and breaks given during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late, our staff has the discretion to either wait for a reasonable time or continue if the course of the tour is not affected. In other situations, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point on their own or can return to the hotel at their own convenience. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt, all of which have been certified by International Tourism Standards and the Egyptian Authorized Authorities. During our tours and activities, if there is a deficiency or defective service, the process you spent in Egypt is closely monitored by our company, and instant interventions will resolve the identified problems and/or refunds can be provided depending on the problem.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, delays due to technical malfunctions, and so on.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour's conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and such activities may carry risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes. When participating in these types of tours and activities, ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to our authorized personnel’s warnings, to follow the precautions given to you, and to wear the security equipment provided as necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6-It is the guest's responsibility to wear appropriate clothing in places of religious significance. Our company has no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to their clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing from you. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, and to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8-Guests must report any food allergies or other allergies, as well as special dietary issues to our guide. In such special cases, you should understand that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages, not to consume fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to eat open snacks sold outdoors in Egypt. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- As a prudent individual, we especially recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
