2- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestically purchased tickets arranged and purchased by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the date of the published announcement, and any differences in costs arising from supplier price increases, currency fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc. will be reflected in our sales prices. We provide a standard glass-bottom boat for observing underwater life in the Red Sea as part of your tour package. However, the SeaScope, a recent trend in Egypt, features much more modern and larger boats, with glass sections in the underwater area, offering guests a much more beautiful underwater experience.

DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we will enter the facility in the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, and take plenty of photos at the natural wonder lagoons where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (The entry fee, one non-alcoholic drink per person, sunbed, and umbrella rental fee are included)

If you wish to take a break from the monotony of life by experiencing activity-filled moments, we recommend joining our exciting tour consisting of the Dahab Blue Lagoon trip included in your package along with ATV, jeep, snorkeling, camel ride, visit to Dahab center, and a sumptuous lunch by the sea. We begin by visiting the charming town of Dahab, after which we will have our lunch at a very pleasant restaurant by the seaside. Subsequently, we will give you free time to snorkel at the 3 Pools area. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) You will also have the opportunity to ride a camel along the beach during this time (included in the price). Afterward, we will have an ATV safari at the oasis filled with green palm trees in the desert. (The rental of helmets for the cost of 10 USD per person, as well as a scarf and sunglasses that you will need in the desert, are included in the price. The scarf and sunglasses will remain with you.) Finally, we will embark on a pleasant jeep safari to visit the canyons.

The Sinai Desert and the Mountain Range offer breathtaking views. During our ATV trip, you will also visit a Bedouin camp to learn about life in the desert. (Transfers, helmets, and Bedouin tea are included; other drinks and scarves are not included)
If there is a sufficient number of participants, our Turkish guide will accompany you, and our transfer vehicle will carry only our company’s guests.
Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo (Prices may vary depending on participant count. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we will take our breakfast boxes from the hotel, departing after midnight for Cairo. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, one of the world's wonders as the only surviving piece of the Seven Wonders of the World that is one of the most curious places in the world. Throughout our tour, we will see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which reflects countless mysterious technical and architectural elements, the Panorama Hill overlooking the entire plateau, and the graves of Khafre, Menkaure, and the other noble tombs. Afterward, we will see the Valley Temple of Khafre, which is the most important part of the Khafre Mortuary Complex, where mummification took place, and the Sphinx. Then, we will have our lunch at a local restaurant. During our tour, we will also visit a Papyrus Workshop and a Natural Perfume Factory. The GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), which opened with grand ceremonies in November 2025, has become a focal point for travelers and culture/history enthusiasts from all over the world, holding the title of "the largest museum dedicated to a single civilization." Since its opening day, it has received a significant amount of interest and accepts a limited number of visitors daily. You will be able to visit the Pyramids Valley without paying any additional fee, included in your package. However, we recommend that you purchase this very important museum tour in advance to guarantee your entry as it is something you must see while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we will go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous bazaar in Africa. The bazaar is located in the heart of Islamic Cairo, in the region known as "Between the Two Palaces," which was founded by the Muiz al-Din Allah, who is considered one of the founders of Cairo along with Amr Ibn al-As. The El Azhar Mosque, carrying the name of the world’s second-oldest madrasa, and the restored Hussein Mosque are among the most beautiful mosques in Cairo and are located here. During the bazaar visit, you may visit the Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of the thousands of shops and alleys, or enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea in the cafe named after the Nobel Prize-winning author Naguib Mahfouz or Fishawi, one of the favorite spots of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since we will arrive late when taking the bus tour, we will prepare your dinner in your rooms as a cold plate. If you take the flight tour, this may not be necessary.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Sharm (25 USD). A visa is not required for Green Passport holders. A minimum number of participants is required; you can get the necessary information from your guide. If you wish, you can also do this tour as a flight round trip at the same price, but in this case, the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can buy your tickets yourself or request assistance from our representative.
GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If these numbers are not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with guest approval)
B- Tours can be conducted in English or Turkish at a price difference (with guest approval)
C- If the options above are not accepted by the guests, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If the guest or a person staying in the same room develops a health issue confirmed by a doctor’s report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour’s departure will receive a 50% refund of the paid fee.
C- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure.
D- Guests not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another point by their own means. If they do not wish to do this or if it is impossible due to the content of the tour, no refunds will be given.
E- Due to the possibility of delays in tours that also pick up guests from different hotels, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn the time at which the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour, and thus will not be considered a reason for cancellation; refunds will not be provided in the event of cancellation requests.
F- During the free time and break times given during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide necessary information about the return time. In case of delays due to guests being late, our personnel may decide to wait for a reasonable time or continue, provided that the flow of the tour is not affected. Otherwise, the guest must find their own way to the next point or return to the hotel at their own expense, and in this case, no refunds will be given.
3- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on quality and price balance, supported by our many years of experience in Egypt, and are all certified by the Egyptian Authority for Tourism. In case of incomplete and/or defective service during our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt is constantly monitored by us, such problems are solved with immediate interventions or/and partial or full refunds are provided.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions such as local and general contingencies in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, technical delays, and similar conditions beyond its control.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have any health issues, please consult with our authorized personnel to learn about the tour's conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risks of accidents that may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any unpleasant events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please definitely inquire with our relevant personnel. If you are still not sure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the advice of our authorized personnel, comply with the precautions indicated, and wear the provided safety equipment as needed. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- The responsibility of wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with the guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing issues.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a scarf, and/or a shawl, and to borrow towels from the hotel.
8- Guests must inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, as well as any special dietary needs due to health reasons. In these special situations, we cannot guarantee that we will always meet your needs. We only promise to do our best.
9- We strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and our tours, and not to eat fruits/vegetables unless you are certain they are thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unwrapped food sold openly outside. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, and you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention; however, related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- Like any cautious individual, we particularly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for both your domestic and international travels.
