1- Your tour may take place on different flights of Pegasus Airlines on certain dates. In this case, our company will contact you to confirm, and then ticketing will be done.
2- You need to confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid as of the announcement date, and any cost differences that may arise due to supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our sales prices. In such cases, the new prices indicated on the final program sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour departure date will apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in vehicles;

* For groups of 8 and below, a microbus will be used.
5- The bus and flight routes may be changed without prior notice as long as the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests staying alone at Rixos hotel groups or for two male guests sharing the same room are not accepted. Reservations for single women, two women, or a woman-man couple are accepted.

SEASCOPE/SUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide an observation tour of underwater life in the Red Sea with a standard glass-bottom boat included in your tour package. However, SeaScope, a semi-submarine that has become trendy in Egypt in recent years, is much more modern and larger, featuring a glass section that provides its guests with a much better underwater experience.

RAS MOHAMED BOAT TRIP + LUNCH AND UNLIMITED NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS + FARSHA CAFE and SOHO SQUARE
Located on the southern coast of Egypt, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent spots in the Red Sea. The mangrove trees, salt lakes, natural desert landscapes, and impressive underwater life in this stunning park attract thousands of tourists every year. On our full-day trip, you will have the opportunity to explore all natural beauties filled with a unique underwater ecosystem and rich biological diversity with lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. (Transfers, Port Fees and National Park Entrance Fees, lunch, and drinks are included in the price. You can rent snorkeling equipment or have a diving experience at an additional cost if you wish.) After our tour, we will transfer you to Farsha Cafe. It has become an iconic spot worldwide due to its magnificent views and decoration, a popular place among tourists in Sharm. (Transfer cost is included in your package, but your expenses inside are your responsibility. Since the place is very busy, reservations cannot be accepted, and you may sometimes have to wait in line.) DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After having our breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we will enter the facility located at the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, take photos in the nature's marvel of lagoons where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (Admission to the facility, one non-alcoholic drink per person, deck chair, and umbrella fees are included)

If you want to enjoy moments filled with activities and take a break from the monotony of life, we recommend you join this exciting tour consisting of ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, camel ride, visiting the center of Dahab, and a lavish lunch by the sea. We will first visit the charming town of Dahab and then have lunch at a lovely restaurant by the sea. Afterward, we will go to the 3 Pools area to give you free time to snorkel. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the experience of riding a camel. (this is included in the price) Next, we will have an ATV safari in the middle of the desert oasis where green palm trees are located. (A helmet rental of 10 USD per person, and scarf and glasses that you will definitely need in the desert are included in the price. The scarf and glasses can be kept by you.) The Sinai Desert and the Mountain Range offer mesmerizing views. During our ATV tour, you will visit a Bedouin camp and get information about life in the desert. (Transfers, helmet, Bedouin tea included; other drinks and scarf not included)
If there are enough participants, our Turkish guide will accompany you, and the transfer vehicle will only host our guests.
Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo (Price changes according to the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we will pick up our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart for Cairo after midnight from our hotel. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, which is the only structure remaining of the Seven Wonders of the World and one of the most sought-after places in the world. Throughout our tour, we will see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which reflects countless mysterious techniques and architectural features, the Panorama Hill that overlooks the entire plateau, the Kefren, Mikerinos, and other noble tombs of the queens and princes. After that, we will see the Kefren Valley Temple, the most significant part of the Kefren Tomb complex, where the mummification process was performed, and the Sphinx. Then, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. During our exploration, there will be visits to a Papyrus Workshop and a Natural Perfume Factory.Opened in November 2025 with grand ceremonies, the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), known as "the world's largest museum dedicated to a single civilization," has become a center of interest for travelers and culture/history enthusiasts from around the world. Since it has drawn significant attention since its opening, this important museum admits a limited number of visitors each day. You can visit the Pyramid Valley without additional payment included in your package. However, we recommend that you guarantee your entry to this significant museum that we believe you must see while in Egypt by purchasing this tour in advance from us. After our museum visit, we will go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in the African continent. The bazaar is located in the heart of Islamic Cairo and was established by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo, along with Amr Ibn el As. The El Azhar Mosque, which bears the name of the second oldest madrasa in the world, and the Hussein Mosque, one of the most beautiful mosques in Cairo, restored, also stand here. During the bazaar visit, you can visit the Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of the over five thousand shops and passages, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at a cafe bearing the name of the globally renowned Nobel Prize-winning author Najib Mahfouz or at the Fishawi café, which was also one of the favorite spots of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since our arrival by bus will be late, we will prepare your dinner as a cold platter in your rooms. This may not be necessary for the flight tour.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport in Sharm. (25 USD) No visa is required for Green Passport holders. A minimum number of participants is required; you can get the necessary information from your guide. If you wish, you can also do this tour with flights at the same price, but in this case, the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can buy your ticket yourself or ask our representative for assistance.
GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to take place with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants is required. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B- With a price difference, tours can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guests, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A- If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour will result in a 50% refund of the payment made.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
D- Guests who are not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time can participate in the tour by reaching another point on their own. If they prefer not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, a refund will not be issued.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest must contact our authorized personnel to learn the time of arrival of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration and cannot be considered a reason for cancellation; therefore, if cancellation is requested, a refund will not be issued.
F- Our authorized personnel will provide necessary information on movement times during free time and breaks during the tour. If the guest is late, and the flow of the tour is not affected, our personnel have the authority to decide whether to wait for a reasonable time or to continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, a refund will not be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are based on a balance of price/quality and our long-standing experience in Egypt. They all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian Authorities. In the event of inadequate and/or defective services during our tours and activities, the problems will be resolved with immediate interventions as your stay in Egypt will be continuously monitored by our company, and/or a partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest mistakes, technical failures, and delays.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour before making your participation decision.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Motorbike Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry certain risks of accidents, which can lead to serious injuries and even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any unfortunate events. When participating in these types of tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still not sure, do not proceed with the purchase. When attending these types of tours and activities, we request that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, comply with the precautions provided to you, and wear any safety equipment as instructed. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing in places of religious significance lies with our guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing issues.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothes. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- Any food allergies or health reasons requiring special diets should be reported to your guide. In these special cases, please be aware that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise that we will do our best.
9- Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we strongly recommend that you avoid consuming open water or other beverages, and ensure that the fruits/vegetables you eat are thoroughly washed and peeled. We specifically advise against consuming exposed, unwrapped food sold outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention, but the associated costs will be your responsibility.
10- As with any cautious individual, we especially recommend that you take out Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international trips.
