- Day IZMIR - LONDON
Arrival at Izmir Airport international terminal 3 hours prior to the flight. After luggage and ticket procedures, we depart for London Gatwick Airport on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ882 at 10:10. Arrival at 11:25 local time and our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting at the airport. During the city tour, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben Clock Tower, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, Parliament Building, Westminster Bridge and Abbey, Oxford and Regent Shopping Streets, and the Thames River will be among the sights seen. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at the hotel.
- Day LONDON
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the extra organized Westminster & London Eye & Thames River Tour (155 Pounds). London Eye, with a height of 135 meters, has the distinction of being Europe's tallest Ferris wheel, attracting nearly three million tourists a year and is on its way to becoming the most popular tourist attraction in the United Kingdom. After our visit to the Westminster area, you will have the opportunity to see historical London from a different perspective with a boat tour on the Thames River. After free time at Covent Garden, we return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
- Day LONDON
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Oxford & Bicester Outlet Tour (130 Pounds). We will go to Oxford, one of the culturally and historically important cities in southeastern England. This city, home to one of the world's oldest universities, Oxford University, has maintained its characteristic as a student city for centuries. With the presence of students from all over the world, this city has a cosmopolitan structure and serves as a tourist attraction with its architecture and cultural history. After this tour, we will have free time at Bicester Outlet, which houses hundreds of brands and is one of the world's popular shopping centers. After the tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at the hotel.
- Day LONDON - IZMIR
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Izmir on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ883 at 14:30. Arrival at 21:25 local time, and the end of our tour.
The extra paid Westminster & London Eye & Thames River Tour will be conducted by train or metro.
The extra paid Oxford & Bicester Outlet Tour will be conducted by train or metro.
IMPORTANT NOTES;
- It is the responsibility of the guests to follow the Covid-related procedural changes set by the Health Ministries of the countries to be traveled to.
- For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn and worn-out passports.
- For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed as necessary for obtaining a visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for guests being denied entry by passport police.
- In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between our customers and the consulates and holds no responsibility for any reason for a visa not being approved, being delayed, or having errors, and the passenger has no right to compensation from Adonis.com.
- Adonis.com serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show fees that will be charged to the guests.
- Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests by calling the central office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
- The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any changes in flight times or possible delays by the airline companies.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not covered by Adonis.com for any changes in domestic connection flights.
- For group tickets, airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- For flights operated by Sun Express, the general baggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified at least 20 days before the tour cancellation.
- The tour itinerary indicated in the program is a sample route and may change during the tour.
- City introduction tours may be held on the next day(s) according to the arrival time in the city.
- The excursions indicated in the programs may be made on days other than those specified at the guide's discretion for any reason.
- Extra tours can be realized only if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; otherwise, the guide's discretion applies, and prices may be changed if necessary. Adonis.com is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
- Additional tours along the way will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Passengers who do not want to participate will be kept waiting at the break point.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities will not be conducted. Adonis.com is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
- Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
- All hotel names mentioned in the programs are examples (e.g., "V.B." etc.) and are written to serve as an example in star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the specified hotel name.
- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed implementation, and the third bed is either smaller than a standard bed or an extra bed that opens and closes.
- Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels used during your trip.
- Children's discounts apply only to children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
- In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent letters during the trip.
