IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be met. If these numbers are not reached: A- Some tours can be conducted with English-speaking staff (with guest's consent) B- Price differences can be covered to conduct in English or Turkish (with guest's consent) C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will receive a full refund of the price paid for that tour, without deductions. If discounts from our package prices exceed the refund amount, no refund will be made; if they are less, the difference will be refunded.
2- Once the guest has purchased a tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers, and payments are made. Therefore, in the case that the guest wishes to cancel their purchased tour; A- If they or anyone in the same room has a medical issue verified by a doctor's report, the price paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If discounts from our package prices exceed the refund amount, no refund will be made; if they are less, the difference will be refunded. B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours prior to departure shall have 50% of the total amount reimbursed. If discounts from our package prices exceed the refund amount, no refund will be made; if they are less, the difference will be refunded. C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. D- Guests who are not present at the designated meeting time and location can join the tour using their means of transportation to another point; in the event they do not accept this option or if it is impossible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will occur. E- Since some tours may take guests from different hotels, if any delays occur, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn the time of arrival. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour, thus cannot be considered as reasons for cancellation; if a cancellation is requested, there will be no refund. F- The authorized personnel will inform guests about the time of departure at the free time and stop sites during the tour. In case of the guest being late, the personnel have the authority to wait for a reasonable amount of time if the tour's flow will not be affected, otherwise, the guest may need to reach the next point with their means or return to the hotel at their own cost. In this case, no refund will be available.
3- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use are the best according to the price/quality balance, based on our many years of experience in Egypt, and certified by the Egyptian authorities. In case of any faulty services during our tours, as we constantly monitor your process in Egypt, interventions can be made instantaneously to solve the issue and/or partial or total refunds can be given depending on the problem. Discounts from our package prices will be deducted from the total amount reimbursed. However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as the local and general conditions of Egypt, traffic issues, road closures, weather conditions, guest faults, technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4- Some of our tours may require high physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult with our authorized personnel about the conditions of the tour before making your decision to participate.
5- Water sports, boat tours, ATV/Motor Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel riding, and other activities may carry certain risks and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. Ensure you understand these risks when participating in such tours and activities; if you have any doubts, always consult our authorized personnel. If you are still uncertain, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these tours and activities, kindly adhere to the warnings by our authorized personnel, comply with the safety instructions provided, and wear the safety gear as needed. Otherwise, you may jeopardize yourself and other participants.
6- The responsibility for appropriate dress at religiously significant sites falls on the guest. Our company cannot be held responsible for guests not gaining entry due to dress codes.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, shawls, or wraps, and borrowing and returning towels from the hotel.
8- Guests with food allergies or special dietary needs should inform our guide. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet these special requirements. We will only endeavor to do our best to accommodate your requests.
9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you avoid drinking open water or other beverages, ensure that fruits and vegetables are well washed and peeled before consumption, and refrain from eating food sold in the open without packaging. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions, which may cause symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical interventions. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10- As a prudent individual, we especially recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance before your domestic and international trips.
