1st DAY / ISTANBUL – ULAN BATOR
Meeting at 17:00 at Istanbul Airport, International Terminal with representatives of Ejder Tourism. After check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia, the heart of Central Asia, at 18:25 on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Overnight on the plane.
2nd DAY / ULAN BATOR – THE MEETING OF HISTORY AND MODERNITY
Arrival in Ulan Bator at 07:40 local time. Transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle, followed by an early breakfast before we start our city tour:
• Sukhbaatar Square: The main square of Mongolia, featuring the statue of Damdin Sukhbaatar, a symbol of the independence struggle.
• Mongolia National History Museum: An impressive museum filled with rare collections that narrate the life of the Mongolian people from the Göktürks to the present.
• Government Building: A magnificent state structure situated to the north of the square, featuring a statue of Genghis Khan in front of it.

3rd DAY / ULAN BATOR – KARAKORUM | IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE NOMAD EMPIRE
After breakfast, we set out for an unforgettable journey of approximately 6-7 hours to Karakorum, accompanied by unique landscapes of the Mongolian steppe. This land was once the heart of Genghis Khan's empire.
Upon arrival:
• Karakorum Museum: We closely examine the ruins of the historical capital and archaeological findings.
• Erdene Zuu Monastery: The oldest Buddhist monastery in Mongolia. Built in the 16th century, this complex is also protected by UNESCO with its walls made from the old stones of Karakorum.
Dinner and overnight in a traditional Mongolian ger (yurt) camp.

4th DAY / ORHON INSCRIPTIONS – THE WRITTEN VOICE OF TURKISH HISTORY CARVED IN STONES
After breakfast, we head to the site of the Orhon Inscription, one of the most important written documents in Turkish history, located approximately 100 km away.
• Bilge Kagan and Kül Tigin Inscriptions: These monuments, erected in the 8th century, are the first written Turkish documents from the Göktürk period. The linguistic and historical significance of the inscriptions will be thoroughly explained by our guide.
Return to Karakorum in the afternoon. Free time and overnight at the camp.
5th DAY / KARAKORUM – A DAY IN NATURE
Today is a free day. Guests wishing to learn more about nomadic life can join nature walks in the area or relax in the camp atmosphere. You can also spend a calm day with activities unique to Mongolian culture. Dinner and overnight in the traditional yurt camp.
6th DAY / KARAKORUM – ULAN BATOR
After breakfast, we begin our return journey to Ulan Bator. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to observe Mongolia's vast steppes, nomadic life, and the silence of nature. Upon arrival in Ulan Bator, we check into the hotel and have the evening free.

7th DAY / TERELJ NATIONAL PARK & CENGHIS KHAN STATUE
After breakfast, we head to Terelj National Park, where nature and history intertwine.
• Genghis Khan Statue Complex: The 40-meter-high giant statue of Genghis Khan, which is the world's largest statue of a horseman. Visitors can take an elevator to the horse's head and enjoy the view.
• Aryabal Meditation Temple: This Buddhist temple, located among mountains, symbolizes silence, tranquility, and inner peace.
• A day filled with walking, nature photography, and breathtaking views in the surroundings.
Return to Ulan Bator in the evening and overnight at our hotel.
8th DAY / ULAN BATOR – FREE TIME
Today, guests can enjoy their free time in the city. They can buy souvenirs from local markets or visit cultural sites in the city individually. Last overnight at our hotel.
9th DAY / ULAN BATOR – ISTANBUL
Early hotel check-out and transfer to the airport. Departure for Istanbul at 09:10 with Turkish Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul at 14:00 local time. We hope to see you again in another Ejder Tourism experience!
