2️⃣ DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Distance Sales Contract

This contract has been established electronically between the parties whose information is provided below.

BUYER

Persons making reservations via the website are referred to as “Buyer”.

The information provided by the Buyer during the reservation process is an integral part of the contract.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the services purchased by the Buyer from www.dgntravel.com including;

• tour programs
• hotel reservations
• air tickets
• transfer services
• travel packages

.

3. Service Information

The details of the purchased service including;

• type
• date
• accommodation information
• transportation details
• price

are determined in accordance with the information shown to the user during the reservation process.

4. Service Fee and Payment

The reservation fee is collected through;

• credit card
• virtual POS
• bank transfer / EFT

methods.

All prices include VAT.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502;

the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation and travel services that must be performed on a specific date or period.

However, in case of cancellation of the reservation, the cancellation conditions specified in the relevant tour or accommodation contract shall apply.

6. Reservation Cancellation

The cancellation conditions are applied according to;

• the remaining time until the reservation date
• the policies of the hotel or tour provider
• campaign conditions

.

Cancellation and refund transactions are carried out within the framework of the rules of the relevant service provider.

7. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, wars, epidemics, transportation cancellations or similar uncontrollable situations are considered force majeure.

In such cases, DGN Travel cannot be held responsible.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute;

• Consumer Arbitration Committees
• Consumer Courts

are authorized.

9. Effect

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the provisions of this contract when completing the reservation process.
