DAY 3 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner) (City Tour Included)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Glass Bottom Boat Underwater Observation tour for an extra fee. The Red Sea is home to one of the world’s richest underwater ecosystems with colorful corals and various exotic fish. In this enjoyable tour, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our boat with a glass bottom. (If desired, you can pay an extra fee to make this trip much more enjoyable and comfortable with SeaScope/Submarine.) Guests can also join the ATV/Buggy Desert Safari tour organized by our guide for an extra fee. (scarf, glasses, and water are not included, and it is 10 USD per person) Following this, we will begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package). Among the places we will see are the bustling points of the city including El Dahr District, the attraction center Marina, the famous hotel district Sahl Hasheesh, the most important religious structure in the city Al Mina Mosque, the most important temple of the Christian population Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where seafood caught in the bountiful waters of the Red Sea is sold fresh.
DAY 4 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Eastern Luxor and Karnak Temple tour organized for an extra fee. For this tour, after taking your specially prepared breakfast packets from the hotel, we depart for Luxor with a private vehicle very early in the morning. (Approximately 330 km) (Info: We ensure safe travel with vehicles that are no older than 5 years and double drivers on long trips. We offer various snacks, water, tea, coffee service, and free WIFI internet connection in our vehicles. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, the Sphinx Avenue, Corniche, and the Nile River located on the East bank of Luxor, where our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs with a history spanning thousands of years. Furthermore, we will conduct our tour of the Karnak Temple, known as the temple whose construction has never ended since every incoming Pharaoh has made additions to it, the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs' period. (Entrance fee is included in the price.) We will take a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made from alabaster, a natural stone known worldwide in Egypt, are sold. Afterward, free time until the evening. (You may join the Lunch-Provided Western Luxor tour for an additional fee). At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to Hurghada. You can enjoy your late evening meal at the buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the obligation to travel in a convoy to Luxor, you must pay close attention to the times indicated by our guide. If you are not on time for departure, you may have to go to and from Luxor at your own expense.
DAY 5 HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After emptying the rooms and having breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo by our private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Info: We ensure safe travel with vehicles that are no older than 5 years and double drivers on long trips. We offer various snacks, water, tea, coffee service, and free WIFI internet connection in our vehicles. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will see the city's major neighborhoods such as Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Enver Sadat Mausoleum, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, and Gezira Island, discovering this ancient city that has hosted numerous cultures and religions throughout history, and that is home to the pyramids. We will then allow free time in the city center. (You can join the Khan el Khalili Bazaar and Dinner-Provided Nile Cruise with a show for an extra fee) After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms.
DAY 6 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast and clearing the rooms, we will depart from our hotel for the Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour, one of the most exciting locations of our trip. (Entrance fee is included in the price.) You will be amazed by this UNESCO World Heritage site that has stood for thousands of years as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, being surprised by the technology and means used in its construction. You will visit Panorama Hill, Valley Temple of Khafre, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (Entrance tickets to the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price, and we do not recommend entering.) After the tour, we will visit a Papyrus shop to see and learn about the production processes of the important products of the Pharaohs' era, the Papyrus papers. Then we will go shopping at the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, which also has its roots back to the Pharaohs' era, and complete our purchases. After the tour, free time is allowed. EXTRA TOURS PASSENGER INFORMATION:
1- To ensure the tours are conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants is required. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-It may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be cancelled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, in case the guest wishes to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A-In case of a health issue verified by a doctor's report for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-Cancellations made within 25 hours of the tour departure will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by arriving at another location on their own arrangements. If they do not prefer this or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide necessary information regarding the departure time during free times and rest stops during the tour. In case the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable time or continue if the tour flow is not affected. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point on their own arrangements or return to the hotel on their own arrangements. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: Vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian Authorities. In case of incomplete and/or defective services in our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, immediate interventions resolve the mentioned problems and/or partial or full refunds are made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price, and the net paid amount is returned.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we request you to consult our authorized personnel to learn the tour conditions and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4x4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc., involve certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have doubts, definitely get information from our authorized personnel. If you are still not sure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we request you to strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere strictly to the precautions specified to you, and wear the safety equipment provided according to the situation. 6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with our guest. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry to such places due to their clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require personal items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, bags, scarves, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special diets due to health reasons, etc. In such special cases, you should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We particularly advise you not to drink tap water or other beverages, not to eat fruits/vegetables that you are not sure are thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold openly outside during your stay in Egypt and on our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. The Al-Azhar Mosque, named after the Al-Azhar Madrasa, the second-oldest madrasa in the world, and the Hussein Mosque, one of Cairo’s most beautiful mosques in its restored form, are also located here. During our visit to the Bazaar, you can visit the Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of the more than five thousand shops and arcades, and enjoy your karkadeh, lemonade, coffee or mint tea at Fishawi, one of Mehmet Akif Ersoy’s favorite venues. EAST LUXOR AND KARNAK TEMPLE TOUR
After picking up your specially prepared breakfast lunch boxes from our hotel, we depart for Luxor very early in the morning in our private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: We ensure safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest of which is 5 years old, and with two drivers on long journeys. We provide various snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as WIFI internet connection, free of charge in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, during our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package), we will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, the Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, the Winter Palace, the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Corniche and the Nile River, located on the eastern bank of Luxor, and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs’ era, which dates back thousands of years. Continuing our tour, we visit Karnak Temple, the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs’ era, known as the ‘’temple whose construction never ended’’ because every pharaoh who came added to it.
