DAY 3 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner) (City Tour Included)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Glass Bottom Boat Underwater Observation tour for an extra fee. The Red Sea is home to one of the world’s richest underwater ecosystems with colorful corals and various exotic fish. In this enjoyable tour, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our boat with a glass bottom. (If desired, you can pay an extra fee to make this trip much more enjoyable and comfortable with SeaScope/Submarine.) Guests can also join the ATV/Buggy Desert Safari tour organized by our guide for an extra fee. (scarf, glasses, and water are not included, and it is 10 USD per person) Following this, we will begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package). Among the places we will see are the bustling points of the city including El Dahr District, the attraction center Marina, the famous hotel district Sahl Hasheesh, the most important religious structure in the city Al Mina Mosque, the most important temple of the Christian population Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where seafood caught in the bountiful waters of the Red Sea is sold fresh.
DAY 4 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Eastern Luxor and Karnak Temple tour organized for an extra fee. For this tour, after taking your specially prepared breakfast packets from the hotel, we depart for Luxor with a private vehicle very early in the morning. (Approximately 330 km) (Info: We ensure safe travel with vehicles that are no older than 5 years and double drivers on long trips. We offer various snacks, water, tea, coffee service, and free WIFI internet connection in our vehicles. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, the Sphinx Avenue, Corniche, and the Nile River located on the East bank of Luxor, where our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs with a history spanning thousands of years. Furthermore, we will conduct our tour of the Karnak Temple, known as the temple whose construction has never ended since every incoming Pharaoh has made additions to it, the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs' period. (Entrance fee is included in the price.) We will take a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made from alabaster, a natural stone known worldwide in Egypt, are sold. Afterward, free time until the evening. (You may join the Lunch-Provided Western Luxor tour for an additional fee). At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to Hurghada. You can enjoy your late evening meal at the buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the obligation to travel in a convoy to Luxor, you must pay close attention to the times indicated by our guide. If you are not on time for departure, you may have to go to and from Luxor at your own expense.
DAY 5 HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After emptying the rooms and having breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo by our private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Info: We ensure safe travel with vehicles that are no older than 5 years and double drivers on long trips. We offer various snacks, water, tea, coffee service, and free WIFI internet connection in our vehicles. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will see the city's major neighborhoods such as Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Enver Sadat Mausoleum, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, and Gezira Island, discovering this ancient city that has hosted numerous cultures and religions throughout history, and that is home to the pyramids. We will then allow free time in the city center. (You can join the Khan el Khalili Bazaar and Dinner-Provided Nile Cruise with a show for an extra fee) After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms.
DAY 6 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast and clearing the rooms, we will depart from our hotel for the Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour, one of the most exciting locations of our trip. (Entrance fee is included in the price.) You will be amazed by this UNESCO World Heritage site that has stood for thousands of years as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, being surprised by the technology and means used in its construction. You will visit Panorama Hill, Valley Temple of Khafre, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (Entrance tickets to the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price, and we do not recommend entering.) After the tour, we will visit a Papyrus shop to see and learn about the production processes of the important products of the Pharaohs' era, the Papyrus papers. Then we will go shopping at the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, which also has its roots back to the Pharaohs' era, and complete our purchases. After the tour, free time is allowed. 1- Minimum participant numbers must be reached for tours to be held with a Turkish guide. If these numbers are not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-For an additional fee, they can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guests, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discounted package's discount is higher than the refund amount, no refunds will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-Once a guest purchases a tour, necessary reservations are made, and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, in the case that a guest wishes to cancel the tour they purchased;
A-If a health condition certified by a doctor arises for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discounted package's discount is higher than the refund amount, no refunds will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up until 25 hours before the tour's departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discounted package's discount is higher than the refund amount, no refunds will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure, no refunds will be made.
D-Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the designated time may choose to join the tour by coming to another point by their means. If they do not prefer this or if it is not possible due to the content of the tour, no refunds will be made.
E-Since some tours take guests from different hotels, delays may occur, and guests can contact our authorized personnel to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays cannot be considered as reasons for cancelling the tour, and no refunds will be issued if cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized personnel provide necessary information regarding the time of departure during free periods and rest stops. Our staff has the discretion to wait for a reasonable time if the guest is late as long as the tour flow is not affected; otherwise, the guest must come to the next point by their means or return to their hotel by their means. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, all of which are certified by International Tourism Standards and Egyptian Authoritative Bodies. In case of deficient and/or defective service during our tours and activities, our company constantly monitors your process in Egypt, allowing for immediate interventions to resolve any problems and/or to issue a partial or full refund depending on the problem. Discounts will be deducted from the total price paid for refunds.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside of its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather disturbances, guest errors, and technical failures that may cause delays.

5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Motor Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some accident risks that may lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negatives that may occur. Please ensure you are aware of these risks when participating in such tours and activities; if you have doubts, please ask our authorized personnel for information. If you're still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When taking part in such tours and activities, we kindly request that you strictly follow our personnel’s instructions, comply with the safety measures provided to you, and wear safety equipment when necessary. 7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothes. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, shawls, and scarves and requesting towels from the hotel.
8-You must inform our guide regarding allergies, health issues, or special dietary needs. In such special situations, please understand that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise that we will do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink open water or other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they are washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged foods sold in the open. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, which may lead to symptoms like fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in getting necessary medical aid. However, any related expenses will be your responsibility.
