GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- To carry out the tours with a Turkish guide, it is necessary to reach the minimum number of participants. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with personnel who speak English (with the guest's approval)
B- The tours can be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest's approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will be refunded the amount paid for that tour without any deductions. If the discount of the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made by the difference amount.
2- As soon as the guest purchases the tour, the necessary bookings are made, and payments are made to the local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report arises for themselves and/or the person they are staying with, the paid amount for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made by the difference amount.
B- Cancellations made up until 25 hours before the tour departs will refund 50% of the paid amount. If the discount of the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made by the difference amount.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departs will not be refunded.
D- Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their way to another point on their own. If they choose not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours also collect guests from different hotels, if delays occur, guests should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, this cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F- During the free time and breaks given during the tour, our authorized staff will inform guests of the departure time. If the guest is late, if the tour flow is not affected, staff may choose to wait a reasonable time or continue. In other cases, the guest must find their own way to the next point in the tour or return to their hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR SECURITY: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services we use in our tours are the best according to the price/quality balance and based on our many years of experience in Egypt, and all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Authorized Authorities in Egypt. In the event of defective or inadequate service during our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt with us is constantly monitored by our company, instantaneous interventions solve the mentioned problems and/or partial or full refunds are made based on the problem. The discount of discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net paid amount will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control that may occur due to local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical failures, and similar factors.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities may carry risks of accidents that could lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, please make sure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please be sure to consult our authorized personnel. If you're still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase process. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly request that you strictly adhere to the warnings of our authorized personnel, the precautions provided to you, and any safety equipment given according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- In places of religious significance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing lies with our guests. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to clothing.
7- Certain tours and activities may require special belongings/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuit, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarf, shawl, and to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8- You need to inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, and any dietary needs for health reasons. We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to meet such special needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly advise against consuming open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been properly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged food sold openly outside. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, so symptoms like fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- Like every cautious individual, we particularly recommend that you take out Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
