Please remember that many Turkish and Egyptian individuals reaching you through social media or who approach you in Egypt operate without tour service licenses and disregard your safety to offer lower prices. Neglect in vehicle maintenance, long journeys with a tired and sleep-deprived single driver, unsafe boat trips, and desert safaris, along with non-hygienic environments that produce spoiled food, can lead to irreparable consequences. Our company operates all extra tours with a focus on your safety, managed by experienced personnel with more than 30 years in the sector through our own offices in Egypt. You are not obligated to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly advise you to buy from a corporate firm that meets these criteria.
You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt or, if you prefer a more 'budget-friendly' option, you can buy them in a bundle.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-In order for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If these numbers are not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with guest approval)
B-For an additional fee, they can be conducted in English or Turkish (with guest approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the total fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
2-When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations will be made and payments will be made to local service providers immediately. Therefore, if the guest decides to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health problem that is confirmed by a doctor occurs for themselves and/or for the person they are staying with in the same room, the full amount paid for that tour will be refunded. If the discount of the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. If the discount of the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made.
D-Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their way to another location on their own. If they choose not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest is advised to contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. These types of delays do not affect the tour's content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and if a cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-During the free time and break times provided during the tour, our authorized personnel will inform guests about the necessary timing. In case the guest is late, if it does not affect the tour flow, it is up to our personnel whether to wait for a reasonable time or continue. In the opposite situation, the guest can either find their way to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best according to price/quality balance and based on our extensive experience in Egypt, and all have received certification from the Egyptian Authorities. If any deficiency or defective service occurs during your tours and activities, our firm will intervene and resolve these issues immediately based on the continuous monitoring of your journey in Egypt, and/or we may provide a partial or full refund based on the issue. The discount of discounted packages will be deducted from the total amount paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, and delays due to technical failures.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour before making a decision to participate.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, etc. carry some risk of accidents that can lead to serious injuries and even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, definitely ask our authorized personnel for more information. If you are still uncertain, do not complete the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere to the precautions provided, and wear the safety equipment provided as needed. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6-It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing at sites of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed to enter due to clothing issues.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, and to bring back borrowed towels from the hotel.
8-Guests need to inform our guide about any food allergies or special dietary requirements due to health reasons. Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate such specific needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly advise against consuming open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been properly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged food sold openly outside. As your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms like fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention; however, related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-As with any cautious individual, we especially recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international trips.
