ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – VENICE
After arriving at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight and completing ticketing, baggage drop-off, and passport procedures, we fly to Bergamo at 14:20 on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled direct flight PC1213. Upon arrival at Bergamo Airport at 16:10 local time, we transfer by our private bus to our hotel in the Venice region. After arrival at the hotel, room assignments and free time for rest.
VENICE – (Verona Tour) – (Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands by Boat Tour)
After breakfast, during the free time provided, guests who wish may join our optional Verona Tour (50 Euro). Verona, listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, is also home to Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and to the house of Shakespeare’s famous work Romeo and Juliet, which tells the world’s most famous love story. Our panoramic walking tour will take us through Via Mazzini (the main street), Erbe Square, surrounded by many shops, cafés, and stores, and we will also see Verona Cathedral, after which the tour ends. During the free time provided, guests who wish may join our optional Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands by Boat Tour (125 Euro – including Vaporetto transportation fees). In the first part of our tour in Venice, we will see major iconic landmarks such as St. Mark’s Square, whose columns were brought from Istanbul, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace designed and used as a symbol of splendor and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower, and then enjoy a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice connected by bridges and extending along narrow canals. In the continuation of our tour, we organize our Colorful Islands program. On this tour, where we will have the opportunity to observe Venice from different angles by passing through the lagoons, we will see Lido and Murano islands from the sea and visit Burano Island, a fishing village famous for its lace and known as one of the 10 most colorful places in the world. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Venice region.
VENICE – (Florence Masterpieces Tour with Lunch) – ROME
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head դեպի Rome. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Florence Masterpieces Tour with Lunch (65 Euro). Upon arrival in Florence, we begin our tour with lunch at a local restaurant. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we first view from the outside the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, which immediately stands out with its orange dome. One of the cathedral’s most striking features is the bronze door called the “Gate of Paradise,” depicting in relief some of the prophet stories also mentioned in the Quran. Next, we will see Giotto’s Bell Tower, once used to call the public to parliament, Piazza della Signoria, the political and social center of Florence for centuries and home to Michelangelo’s famous Statue of David, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique and jewelry shops. After the Florence Masterpieces Tour, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Rome region. After arrival at the hotel, room assignments and free time for rest.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Vatican and Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join our optional Rome Icons & Vatican and Local Neighborhoods Tour (95 Euro). In Rome, known as Urbs aput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, where art, history, music, shopping, sunshine, and cuisine come together, and where buildings in various styles ranging from antiquity to the Renaissance await you. While the works created by architects competing with one another attract thousands of tourists to the city in every season, Rome carries even these crowds without overwhelming anyone, with all its beauty and elegance. On our tour in the imperial city of Rome, which has shaped European civilization and bears witness to 23 centuries of history, we first see the Colosseum, the symbol of the city and the ancient theater that hosted gladiatorial combats during the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center of the city in imperial times, the Trevi Fountain, where it is said that anyone who throws a coin in will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps famous for street performers, and Piazza Pietra and Piazza Popolo, all seen panoramically. At the end of the Rome Icons Tour, we offer free time at the Pantheon. Then we visit Castel Sant’Angelo – the Castle of the Angels – and Piazza Navona, and continue to Vatican / St. Peter’s, the center of the Catholic branch of Christianity and the world’s smallest country by area. We offer free time at St. Peter’s Square (Piazza San Pietro), where thousands of Catholics gather for worship every year and where, on special occasions, the Pope comes out from his office to greet the public, and where St. Peter’s Basilica, the world’s largest cathedral with 140 saints’ statues, is located. After the free time provided, we begin our Rome Local Neighborhoods tour. In this tour, where we mingle with the people of Rome and feel like residents of the city ourselves, we experience the real atmosphere of Italy in Trastevere, with its naturalness and simplicity as well as its cafés, small family-run restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many other small and charming shops; Piazza Trilussa; Ponte Sisto; and the Jewish Ghetto, along with the Tiber Island, which connects to the city by two bridges, all seen panoramically. After our walk through its labyrinth-like narrow backstreets with small tables set out, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour) – ROME
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join our full-day Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour (95 Euro). In Sorrento, located on the Amalfi Coast, which dates back to prehistoric times and fascinates visitors by combining Italian character and charm with a Mediterranean style, with its small tourist boutiques, breathtaking beaches, stunning views, and the Italian lemon liqueur Limoncello, we will take a city tour and surrounding excursion, after which we will offer free time for sea, sand, and sun at Sorrento’s most beautiful beaches. After this enjoyable free time, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (San Gimignano & Siena Tour) – (Pisa Tour) – FLORENCE
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we set off for our hotel in the Florence region. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Siena & San Gimignano Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be Siena. Siena is famous for its narrow streets dating back to the Middle Ages, its small avenues, and Campo Square, considered the largest square in Europe. After a pleasant visit through Campo Square and the narrow historic streets leading to it, we continue to San Gimignano. San Gimignano, which has preserved its medieval architecture and appearance to the present day, has earned a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and is also known as the “Town of Beautiful Towers” thanks to 14 architectural marvels that survived among 76 towers after wars and natural disasters. In San Gimignano’s narrow streets, which evoke a feeling of stepping back in time to the Middle Ages and each open onto the town square, we will panoramically see the 14 magnificent towers and then continue our journey to our hotel in the Florence region. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Pisa Tour (50 Euro). Upon arrival in Pisa, our tour will include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and Miracles Square. FLORENCE – OUTLET – (Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour) – MILAN
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head out to organize our outlet tour. After the pleasant free time we will provide at the outlet center, which hosts stylish stores of many prestigious brands, cafés and restaurants, and personal activity areas, during the free time provided guests who wish may join our optional Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop will be Milan. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also notable for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although known as Italy’s business and financial capital, it is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our tour in Milan, the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano are among the main sights. At the end of the Milan Masterpieces Tour, we arrive in Como. Upon arrival, we will visit Lake Como, which hosts summer homes of Hollywood celebrities, Europe’s wealthy, and the world jet set, and is famous for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty, and we will take a photo break with the lake’s unique scenery. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel in the Milan region. After arrival at the hotel, room assignments and free time for rest.
MILAN – BERGAMO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we move to arrange our Bergamo city tour. Located northeast of Milan, Bergamo is divided into two parts: the well-preserved historic “upper city” and the “lower city,” which is home to modern life. In Bergamo, where we will fully feel the medieval atmosphere, we carry out a panoramic city tour and then provide free time. After completing our tour, we proceed to Bergamo Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. After arriving at the airport and completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled direct flight PC1214 at 17:15. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:55 local time, and the end of the tour.
