*** Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people.
*** A tiered pricing policy is applied, and prices may change during the day.
*** The participant has the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date; cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure are subject to a 50% penalty, and cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are subject to a 100% penalty.
*** The agency has the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient participation, provided that the participant is informed 21 days before the tour departure date.
*** During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, our hotels may be used farther from the city center than the distances stated above. In such cases, you will be informed 10 days before the tour departure.
*** In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or where alternative hotels are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to your agency 48 hours before departure.
*** Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds, participants making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with two adults and meeting the relevant age group criteria.
*** The breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
