IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices for extra tours are valid on the date of the publication announcement, and any cost differences arising from supplier price increases, currency fluctuations, tax changes, increases in entrance fees, etc., will be reflected in our selling prices. 1 -You must confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets purchased and arranged by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 -Our guide and our company may make changes to the tour program flow, keeping the content the same.
3 - The cancellation and refund of any additional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If purchased along with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. We recommend purchasing a security package insurance policy from your agency against inconveniences, and since the necessary reservations have been made and paid to service providers, there is no other action our company can take in this situation. Individual purchases are subject to list prices.
4 - Depending on the number of people on the vehicles;

The lack of maintenance on transfer vehicles, long trips made by a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and sleepiness, boat trips where safety is not prioritized, and meals that are not produced in hygienic environments or that may even be spoiled can lead to irreparable consequences. Our company conducts all extra tours, along with the entire trip, prioritizing your safety and security, with its own offices and an experienced team with over 30 years of industry experience. During the bazaar visit, you can see the Hussein Mosque, do your souvenir shopping in one of the thousands of shops and stalls, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at Fishawi’s, one of the favorite places of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. OLD CAIRO TOUR
In this exploration of ancient Cairo, which has hosted numerous cultures, civilizations, and religions, you will see the first mosque in Egypt and Africa, Amr ibn al-As Mosque, the Ben Azhar Synagogue, which is believed to have been frequented by Moses, the Hanging Church (Muallak Church) which is considered a sacred path for Christians, and the Abu Serga Church, which houses the cave where the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ lived for three months, along with the Coptic Museum (viewed from outside). EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1-For the tours to be conducted in Turkish, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (upon guest's approval)
B-A price difference may be charged for the tour to be conducted in English or Turkish (upon guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the guest will be refunded the amount paid for that tour without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
2-When the guest purchases a tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, in the event the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report arises for themselves and/or anyone staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour starts, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
C-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts will not be refunded.
D-Guests who are not at the specified meeting point at the designated time may opt to come to another point on their own to join the tour. If they opt not to do this, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Some tours may pick up guests from different hotels, so if delays occur, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration; therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and in case of cancellation, no refund will be provided.
F-The authorized personnel will provide necessary information about the pick-up times during free time and breaks during the tour. If the guest is late, the authorized personnel may either wait for a reasonable time if the tour flow is not affected or continue. Otherwise, the guest must find their way to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all of which are certified by Egyptian Authorized Authorities. In cases of deficient and/or defective service during our tours and activities, since your process in Egypt is constantly monitored by our company, problems can be solved through instant interventions, and/or partial or full refunds can be made based on the issue. The discount on discounted packages will be deducted from the price to be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest error, and technical failures that may lead to delays.
4-Some of our tours may require high physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour before making your participation decision.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risk of accidents that could lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences that may occur. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please make sure you understand these risks; if in doubt, please seek information from our authorized personnel. If you still have doubts, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these activities, we kindly request that you adhere strictly to our personnel's warnings, follow all specified precautions, and wear any given safety equipment as required.
