IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices of the extended services are valid on the day of publication and any differences in costs due to supplier price increases, exchange rates, tax changes, or entrance fee increases will be reflected in our sales prices before your tour. In such a case, the new prices indicated in the final program to be sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour departure date will be valid.
1 -You need to confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be utilized. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets purchased by us.
2 -Our guide and our company may make changes to the tour program flow, provided that the content remains the same.
3 -Cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. We recommend you purchase a security package insurance policy at your agency against unforeseen circumstances, as there is no other action our company can take when necessary reservations have been made and payment has been made to service providers. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 - According to the number of people in the vehicles;
* Buses are used for groups of 16 or more,
* Midi buses for groups between 9 and 15,
* Minibuses for groups of 8 or fewer.
5- The tour, bus, and flight routes may change without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

If you want to take a break from life's monotony while engaging in thrilling activities, we recommend that you join our exciting tour, which includes a visit to the Dahab Blue Lagoon, along with ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, camel riding, and a sumptuous lunch on the beach. First, we will head to Dahab to explore the cutest town on the Red Sea. Next, we will enjoy lunch at a lovely restaurant by the sea. After that, we will provide free time for snorkeling in the 3 Pools area (one non-alcoholic drink is included in the price). You will also be able to experience camel riding along the beach (included in the price). Finally, we will do a desert safari with ATV through the beautiful palm-filled oasis in the middle of the desert (the helmet rental which costs 10 USD per person, as well as the scarf and glasses you will need in the desert, are included in the price. The scarf and glasses can be kept by you). Lastly, we will visit the canyons with 4X4 cars during this enjoyable desert safari.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- A minimum number of participants is required for the tours to be conducted in Turkish with a guide. If this minimum is not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B- For a price difference, the tour may be conducted in either English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C- If none of the above options are acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without any deductions. If the discount on bundled packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
2- Upon purchasing the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if a guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A- If a verified health issue with a doctor's report arises for themselves or another person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on bundled packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will incur a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount on bundled packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund.
D- Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the designated time may choose to attend the tour at another location at their own expense. If they do not prefer this or it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, if any delays occur, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration and cannot be considered as a reason for tour cancellation; therefore, there will be no refunds if a cancellation is requested.
F- Our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information regarding the return times at designated break locations during the tour. If a guest is late, personnel has the authority to wait for a reasonable time or proceed based on the impact on the tour flow. Otherwise, the guest may continue to the next point at their own expense or return to the hotel at their own cost, in which case no refund will be provided.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt. They all adhere to International Tourism Standards and are certified by authorized Egyptian authorities. In the event of inadequate and/or defective service during our tours and activities, since your experience in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, any problems can be solved promptly, and/or partial or full refunds may be made based on the related issues. The discount on bundled packages will be deducted from the price paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control arising from local and general circumstances in Egypt, such as traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, or technical failures leading to delays.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour before deciding to participate.
5- Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/jet ski safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, camel rides, etc. carry some risks of accidents that can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you understand these risks and do not hesitate to ask our authorized personnel for information if you are uncertain. If you are still in doubt, please do not make the purchase. While participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask that you follow the instructions of our authorized personnel and adhere to the safety equipment provided.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to dress appropriately at places of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for any guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to their clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, bathing suits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, or to borrow towels from the hotel.
8- Guests should inform our guide about any food allergies or health-related dietary needs. Please note that we may not be able to meet all special needs; we will only make an effort to do our best.
9- We highly advise you not to consume open water or other drinks, raw vegetables/fruits that you are not certain have been washed and peeled, or food sold unpackaged on the street during your stay in Egypt and in our tours. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, which may lead to symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in getting the necessary medical treatment, but the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- As a prudent individual, we particularly recommend you secure your Health and Travel Insurance prior to your domestic and international trips.
