Day 1 IZMIR – COPENHAGEN
We meet at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport’s international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our journey to Copenhagen begins with SunExpress Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Copenhagen, we meet our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel in Copenhagen, where you will have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 COPENHAGEN – OSLO (DFDS Cruise) Overnight on Board
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our optional extra tour of Kronborg Castle & Frederiksborg Palace (85 Euro). We will see from the outside the castle, one of the outstanding examples of the Renaissance movement and an important landmark in the history of Northern Europe, and then visit the palace used as the Danish royal family’s summer residence and its specially designed gardens. Afterwards, we board the DFDS Cruise ship that will take us to Oslo. After settling into our cabins, free time. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3 OSLO – GEILO
After breakfast on the cruise, we depart for our panoramic Oslo city tour. On our tour, we will see the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the City Hall, where the Nobel Prizes are awarded and known as one of the most magnificent buildings in the world, the Folk Museum, the National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, and the Residence Museum. For guests who wish, we will depart for our optional Vigeland tour (40 Euro). Frogner Park’s Vigeland Exhibition is the world’s largest open-air sculpture museum and also the only exhibition in which all sculptures were made by the same artist. Its main distinctive feature is that, with a few exceptions, all works are human figures. The permanent Vigeland Exhibition in Frogner Park consists of 214 granite and bronze human sculptures and 13 cast-iron gates created by Gustav Vigeland throughout his life. The preparation of this 320,000-square-meter exhibition was the result of a 10-year effort by Vigeland and his assistants. After our walk through this beautiful park adorned with unique sculptures, we continue our journey to Geilo. Upon arrival in the famous ski resort of Geilo, transfer to your hotel and free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 GEILO – FLAM – HAMAR
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our optional historic Flam Train tour (150 Euro). After the Flam train tour, we depart for our optional Fjord Boat tour (150 Euro). On this tour, we will enjoy a magnificent two-hour fjord journey. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Hamar and free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 HAMAR – KARLSTAD – ÖREBRO – STOCKHOLM
After breakfast at the hotel, early in the morning we set out on a long journey to Stockholm via Karlstad and Örebro, accompanied by magnificent fjords. We arrive in Stockholm in the evening and carry out our panoramic Stockholm city tour. During our tour, the following places will be seen: Fjallgatan Hill, the medieval Gamla Stan, Djurgarden Park, the City Hall, the National Theatre building that houses seven theaters under one roof, the stock exchange building, and Kunqsrad Park. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel and free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 STOCKHOLM
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our optional historic Vasa Ship Museum tour (50 Euro). Built in the 17th century, the Vasa ship capsized and sank on its first voyage in Stockholm in 1628. After spending 333 years on the seabed, this giant warship was salvaged and began to be exhibited in the museum as the only warship of its era. Afterwards, we depart for our optional Uppsala & Sigtuna tour (85 Euro). On our tour, you will see Uppsala, a university city with a semi-Gothic, semi-medieval style, and Sigtuna, the first city founded in Swedish history. During our visit to Uppsala, we will see Uppsala Cathedral, Uppsala University Museum and building. After seeing the old colorful houses in Sigtuna, transfer to your hotel in Stockholm and free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 STOCKHOLM – GÖTEBORG
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden, and upon arrival, city tour. Founded on the Göta River by King Charles IX of Sweden, Gothenburg fascinates everyone with its historical and cultural richness and is also Scandinavia’s largest port city. In this city famous for its canals, the Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue, and the opera and theater buildings will be among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel in Gothenburg and free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8 GÖTEBORG – MALMÖ – COPENHAGEN – IZMIR
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and depart for Malmö. With our arrival in Malmö, formerly known as Malmhaug and meaning “sand mound,” our city tour begins. During our tour, we will see Stortorget Square, City Hall, Lilla Torg Square bustling with cafes and restaurants, and St. Peter’s Church. Afterwards, transfer to Copenhagen and panoramic city tour. Christianborg Castle, Amalienborg Castle (Royal Palace), the Little Mermaid, Stroget, Europe’s longest pedestrian street, Nyhavn Canal, medieval exchange buildings, and the town hall square will be among the places to be seen. Transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Izmir on SunExpress Airlines’ scheduled flight.
Day 9 IZMIR
With our arrival at Adnan Menderes Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
