Please remember that many Turkish and Egyptian individuals who reach out to you via social media or approach you in Egypt are often providing tour services without a license, disregarding your safety in order to offer cheap prices. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single exhausted driver, boating trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and the consumption of meals that were not prepared in hygienic conditions or that have even gone bad can lead to irrevocable consequences. Our company conducts all extra tours with the priority of ensuring your safety and security, with its own offices in Egypt and a staff led by managers with over 30 years of industry experience. While you are not obligated to purchase these tours from us, we strongly advise you to purchase them from a corporate firm that meets these conditions.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-In order for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish Guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-A price difference can be arranged to conduct them in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded to the guest without deduction. If the discount of the reduced packages is higher than the refund amount, a refund will not be made; if lower, a refund of the difference will be made.
2-When the guest purchases the tour, reservations are made and payments are made to the local service providers accordingly. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health issue occurs that is confirmed by a doctor's report for themself and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount of the reduced packages is higher than the refund amount, a refund will not be made; if lower, a refund of the difference will be made.
B-Refunds of 50% of the paid amount will be made for cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure. If the discount of the reduced packages is higher than the refund amount, a refund will not be made; if lower, a refund of the difference will be made.
C-Refunds will not be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before tour departure.
D-Guests who are not at the specified meeting point at the specified time may choose to join the tour by reaching another point at their own expense. If they prefer not to do this, or if the nature of the tour does not allow it, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, delays may occur; guests should contact our staff to learn the time the vehicle will arrive for them. Delays of this nature do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, these cannot be counted as reasons for cancellation, and no refund will be made if a cancellation is requested.
F-During the free times and breaks given during the tour, our staff provides necessary information about the return time. In the event of the guest being late, if the flow of the tour will not be affected, our staff has the authority to wait for a reasonable time or to continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by getting to the next point at their own expense or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services utilized in our tours are the best, based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all of which are certified by the International Tourism Standards and by the Authorized Authorities in Egypt. If there are any deficiencies and/or defective services during our tours and activities, since your process in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, instant interventions solve these problems and/or a partial or full refund is made according to the problem. The discount of the reduced packages will be deducted from the price for the net amount paid to be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside its control, such as local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, and delays due to technical failures.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risk of accidents that could lead to serious injuries and even worse outcomes. Our company cannot be held liable for any unfortunate incidents. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, consult our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly request that you follow the warnings given by our authorized personnel, adhere strictly to the precautions outlined for you, and wear the provided safety equipment as necessary. Otherwise, you are putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6-When visiting religiously significant sites, it is the responsibility of our guests to dress appropriately. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to inappropriate attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The responsibility of bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel gear, sunscreen, shawls, and borrowing towels from the hotel lies solely with our guests.
8-You should inform our guide about any food allergies or other allergies, as well as health issues that require special diets. We must inform you that in such special situations we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only guarantee to do our best.
9-We strongly advise you throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours not to consume open water or other beverages, to avoid eating fruits/vegetables unless they are properly washed and peeled, and to refrain from consuming food sold openly without packaging. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In this situation, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10-Like any prudent individual, we especially recommend you take out Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
