1st Day Istanbul – Casablanca- Marrakech May 23
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at the Istanbul New Airport International Terminal at 08:00. After baggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Casablanca on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight at 12:00. Arrival at local time 14:55. After our arrival, we will transfer to Marrakech with our vehicle waiting at the airport. After arriving in Marrakech, we will transfer to our hotel, distribute rooms, and have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd Day Marrakech May 24
After our breakfast, we start our city tour of Marrakech. We begin exploring Marrakech, which will take you back centuries with its narrow streets. We will visit Ba Ahmed’s Bahia Palace, the 800-year-old example of Moorish architecture, the Koutoubia Minaret, and the Majorelle Garden, one of Marrakech's most beautiful spots. The Majorelle Garden, founded by French furniture designer and painter Jaques Majorelle and later reshaped by famous designer Yves Saint Laurent, will be part of our tour. After our visits, we return to our hotel and have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

3rd Day Marrakech May 25
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Essaouira tour. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel in Marrakech and have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

In this region where the Argan trees are most densely found, we first visit the Argan Oil Cooperative to learn about Argan Oil. Then we reach the city of Essaouira, located on the Atlantic Ocean coast. This city reminds us of the old Bodrum and is a world-famous former Portuguese city. Declared a "World Heritage" by UNESCO, it features a fishing port where art and culture intertwine, and has been a backdrop for many productions including Orson Welles' Othello and the highly viewed series Game of Thrones. The city’s fortress, fishing port, and the Medina built based on ancient Roman cities will be among the places to see. You can explore the irreplaceable narrow alleys and enjoy delightful shopping.
4th Day: Marrakech May 26
After breakfast, we have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Atlas Mountains tour. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Marrakech and have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley Tour 65 Euro per person
We start our day exploring the Atlas Mountains, home to many Berber villages including the famous Ourika Valley. In Ourika Valley, we enjoy taking pictures and are treated to refreshing mint tea as guests in one of the traditional Berber houses we greet along the way. We also visit a workshop where we see handwoven carpets and kilims that carry traces of Berber culture.
5th Day: Marrakech May 27
After breakfast, we have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Agafay Desert Safari Tour and Dinner. Overnight stay at our hotel.

6th Day: Marrakech May 28

7th Day: Marrakech May 29
After breakfast, we have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Ouzoud Waterfalls Tour. After the tour, dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Ouzoud Waterfalls Tour 75 Euro per person
After a pleasant journey of about 2.5–3 hours from Marrakech, we reach one of Morocco's most magnificent waterfalls, Ouzoud. Throughout the tour, we move through olive groves, Berber villages, and impressive valleys, spending peaceful time in nature. There are opportunities for walking around the waterfalls, taking breaks in local cafes, approaching the cool waters, and enjoying the view. After enjoying a traditional tagine-style lunch to regain our strength, there will also be chances for photos and free time before returning to Marrakech. This is an ideal trip to feel the green face of Morocco, combining a retreat in nature.
8th Day: Marrakech May 30
After breakfast at the hotel, we will vacate the rooms and have free time until the hour determined by the guide. Following baggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK620 at 16:30. Arrival at local time 23:30 and the end of our tour.
GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the tour; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In this case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, travel health insurance used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded since these services have been used, if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of the Agency, they cannot request any refund from the Agency in the event that the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the tour, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guidance service will only cover the airport transfer for the international round trip.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets related to transportation are issued at the time of reservation. In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the ticket prices, which do not have cancellation & change and refund rights, will reflect penal amounts.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days prior to the tour departure date, provided that they notify the Agency in writing, excluding airline tickets that have been paid and/or pledged by the Agency. In cases where there are less than 31 days before the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour price from the airline ticket. In cases where there are 15 days or less before the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are made for a maximum of 2-3 hours with a panoramic view from the vehicle, without including museum or historical site entrances. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to prohibitions imposed by local authorities during the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads for any event, or in case of impossibility of the tour due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for not being able to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours can be conducted using public transport or on foot where there are closed roads or no vehicle access is permitted.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, the closure status of the museum and archaeological site, depending on the content of our tours. This situation also applies in the case of possible changes in flight times.
9- Important points to consider for the tours to be conducted with speed boats are; not to have heavy meals immediately before boarding the boat and not to drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, as well as pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There is no refund for participation in services included in the price, such as tours or meal services.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
14- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight tours are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline companies' websites.
16- Last minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed directly by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not ready at the specified airport at the times indicated in accordance with the airline rules for participating in the tour, do not carry out their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have executed their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers required for participants who miss their flight will be borne by themselves.
18- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary by airline company and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (please check with the airline you are a member of). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check if the tickets of the program are from a class that can be upgraded.
20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food-drink and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation made directly by the guest communicating with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- If the hotels in the tour program are presented with only category information without specifying hotel names and/or options are offered for the same destination, the hotel's name will be communicated to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used further away from the specified locations or distances. In such a case, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in their passport in the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes to incorrectly entered information will be charged to the guests.
25- Before leaving Turkey, ensure that your mobile phones are enabled for use abroad by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
26- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guests' preferences, depending on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room assigned for groups.
29- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, there may be a room with two single beds. Many European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined when needed.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room types.
31- Any extra beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and subject to the availability of the hotel and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed; the bed allocated for the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made of folding and coach bed types. Guests declare that they accept any crowding and bed types in triple rooms and/or reservations with children due to extra beds to be added to the standard room.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children accompanying adults and the ages of children are declared incorrectly by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine ages for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for one “single child” who meets the age group accompanying two adults.
36- The daily exchange rate is reflected in TL prices. The rates effective at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services available at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the payment at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes that are applicable will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. The travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency can change the order of cities in the program without altering its content or the main airline to be used in case of mandatory situations or when deemed necessary.
40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity cards of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In case of forgotten items being found, the costs of delivering them to the country and/or individual belong to the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to their health issues with them.
42- For possible additional expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.
2- In customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be applied.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa does not mean that entry/exit into the countries involved in this tour is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit to the country, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must personally consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country of travel; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for the consequences.
5- To avoid problems at customs with the border police due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under 18 years of age are advised to exercise sensitivity because, when traveling alone or with only one parent, they may be asked by the police officer on duty for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when entering or exiting the country; this applies to minors and their parents.
