Meet at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours prior to the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart to Madrid on Turkish Airlines flight TK1857. Upon arrival at local time, we head towards the city center of Madrid with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Once we arrive in the city, our panoramic city tour starts. In Madrid, one of the most vibrant capitals of Europe, we first see the Bullfighting Arena (from the outside), one of the symbols of the city. Then, we move through the regions highlighted by wide boulevards and monumental buildings to reach Alcala Gate and Independence Square. While proceeding along Gran Via, one of the heartbeats of the city, we get the chance to observe Madrid's architectural texture and daily life. Continuing our tour, we progress along the Paseo de la Castellana and see Bernabeu Stadium (from the outside), Plaza Castilla, and the skyscrapers that symbolize modern Madrid panoramically. We pass by Atocha Train Station and the Prado Museum (from the outside) as we head towards the historical center of the city. Among the important stops in this section are Plaza de España, with the statues of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, and the Royal Palace (from the outside). In the final part of our trip, we reach the surroundings of Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, one of the liveliest spots in Madrid. After a short free time here, we head to our hotel where we will stay in Madrid.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we leave Madrid and head towards Toledo, one of the most important cities in Spain from a historical and cultural perspective. This city, perched on a hill and surrounded by the Tajo River, has been one of the rare centers where Christian, Muslim, and Jewish cultures coexisted during the Middle Ages. Upon our arrival in Toledo, our city tour begins; we will have the opportunity to closely explore this unique city, which resembles an open-air museum with its narrow streets, stone structures, and preserved architecture. Our travel route includes visiting the Toledo Cathedral (from the outside), structures that have been transformed from ancient mosques to churches, traditional craft workshops, and historical squares. After our exploration in Toledo, we start our return journey to Madrid and arrive at Las Rozas Outlet, one of the important shopping spots in the city. We provide free time for shopping and rest in this area, where you can find stores of world-renowned brands. In the afternoon, we return to our hotel in Madrid.
After breakfast, we head to the Andalusian region, passing through Merida to reach Sevilla. Our city tour in Seville begins at Plaza de España, one of the most significant landmarks symbolizing the Age of Discovery in Spain. This spacious area located within Maria Luisa Park stands out with its architectural details representing various regions of Spain. After that, we take a short walk around Plaza America to experience the more peaceful and green aspects of the city. During the tour, we view Seville Cathedral, which houses the tomb of Christopher Columbus, from the outside, and establish connections among the city's iconic structures, such as the Giralda Minaret, which rises next to it and dates back to the time of the Moors. As we walk through the city center, we see the Alcazar Palace, which has been shaped by both Moorish and Christian architecture (from the outside), and then pass by the Archives of the Indies, where records of maritime expeditions to America during the Age of Discovery were kept. Continuing, we reach the narrow streets of Santa Cruz, one of Seville's most characteristic neighborhoods. During our walk, we see the building that was previously used as a tobacco factory and is now a university campus and the Torre del Oro (Golden Tower) by the Guadalquivir River. After the tour, we allow some free time in the Triana district. In the evening, we experience a Flamenco show, one of the strongest reflections of Andalusian culture. This performance, where music, rhythm, and dance intertwine, will be one of the most special moments of the day. After the program, we head to our hotel in Seville.
We leave Seville and head towards Cordoba, one of the most important cities of Andalusia. After approximately 1.5 hours of travel, we arrive in this historical city located by the Guadalquivir River. Our tour of Cordoba begins by walking over an impressive bridge that dates back to the Roman era, entering the historical center through the old city gates. Once one of the most important centers of the Andalusian Umayyad Caliphate, we visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba, a magnificent example of Islamic architecture. This structure, supported by hundreds of columns, reflects the power and aesthetic understanding of the Andalusian era through its architectural details and atmosphere. As we wander through the narrow streets of Cordoba, we encounter beautifully decorated courtyards, traditional Andalusian houses, and buildings that carry the traces of various cultures throughout history. The old inns and the finest examples of local architecture turn this walk into a unique experience where we can feel the spirit of the city. After our exploration, we make a short stop, and then we continue our journey towards Granada. Once we arrive in Granada, our city tour begins. Gran Via Street, Bib Rambla Square, and Granada Cathedral (from the outside) are among the significant landmarks we will see during the tour. The Alcaiceria (Silk Market), one of the commercial hubs of the city, and the old caravanserai are also located along our route. We then head to the Albaicin area, which carries the traces of the Andalusian era to the present day. This area, with its narrow streets, white houses, and panoramic views over Granada, is one of the most characteristic points of the city. In the Sacromonte area, we learn about the cave houses and traditional lifestyle. At the end of the day, we go to our hotel in Granada.
We depart from Granada to Alhambra Palace, one of the most significant legacies of Andalusian civilization. Located on the Sabika Hill, this structure rises in a commanding position and was constructed not just as a palace but as an integrated complex with defense structures, gardens, and living quarters. Initiated in the 13th century by the Nasrid dynasty, this building exemplifies the highest level of Andalusian art with its intricate craftsmanship and detailed embellishments. During our tour, we will explore the palace's courtyards, interiors, and gardens, allowing us to closely appreciate the aesthetic understanding and cultural life of that era. The combination of water elements with architecture, geometric decorations, and elegant ornaments are among the unique features that make this structure stand out. (There may be restrictions on ticket availability for the Harem section during busy periods; in such cases, the program continues with the palace's open areas and gardens.)
After our visit to Alhambra, we make a brief return to the center of Granada to complete our travel preparations and then depart for Valencia. Upon arrival in Valencia, we begin our panoramic city tour. Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, features a dynamic structure where historical texture and modern architecture coexist. During the city tour, we will see the City Hall, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, Arts and Sciences Museum complex, historic Central Market, and the old silk exchange La Lonja de la Seda panoramically. After the tour, we head to our hotel in Valencia.
We leave Valencia and follow the Mediterranean coast for a delightful journey to Barcelona. Upon arriving in the city, our Barcelona city tour begins. As the capital of Catalonia, this city is one of the most characteristic centers of Spain with its architecture, lifestyle, and energy. During our tour, we view La Sagrada Familia, one of Antoni Gaudí's most significant works, from the outside, closely examining the architectural details of this iconic structure. We then head to the waterfront area, where the Columbus Monument is located, and enjoy a panoramic view of Barcelona from Montjuic Hill. As we walk along La Rambla, one of the busiest points in the city, we feel the rhythm of daily life.
We start the day in the Gothic Quarter, one of the most characteristic areas of Barcelona. With its narrow streets, stone buildings, and atmosphere that has survived from the Middle Ages to the present day, this area is one of the oldest settlement areas of the city. As we walk, we spend time around Barcelona Cathedral and move among historic squares and hidden courtyards. Our tour continues as we transition into the El Born area. This vibrant neighborhood is filled with art galleries, small boutique shops, and places where historic texture blends with modern life. We experience the spirit of the area during our walk around Santa Maria del Mar Church. We then allow free time to enjoy Barcelona. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel in Barcelona.
We depart from our hotel in Barcelona and head towards the city center.
In the final hours we spend in the city, you will have the opportunity to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Barcelona once more and spend time as you wish. We provide free time for shopping, walking through the city streets, or relaxing in cafes.
At the designated time, we meet with our guide and head to the airport. After luggage and passport procedures, we depart at 18:30 from Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1856. We arrive in Istanbul at 00:05 local time, concluding our tour.
