1 - You are required to confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours prior to departure. On certain dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We do not take responsibility for domestic tickets purchased and arranged by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may make changes to the flow of the tour program, provided the content remains the same.
3 - The cancellation and refund of optional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to optional services. We recommend you purchase a security package insurance policy at your agency against unforeseen events; there is no other application our company can make in this situation since reservations have been made and paid to service providers. Individual purchases are subject to List Prices.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicle:
* Buses are used for groups of 16 and above,
* Midibuses are used for groups between 9 and 15,
* Minibuses are used for groups of 8 or fewer.
5- The bus and flight routes of the tour may be changed without prior notice, provided that the content remains the same.

Please remember that many Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt are conducting tourism services without licenses and disregard your safety in order to offer cheaper prices. The lack of maintenance of transfer vehicles, long trips with a tired and sleep-deprived sole driver, unsafe boat trips, and desert safaris, along with unhygienic food that is either improperly produced or even spoiled, can lead to irreparable consequences. Our company, with its offices in Egypt and managers with over 30 years of industry experience, prioritizes your safety by carrying out all optional tours, just like the entire trip, responsibly. You are not obligated to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly suggest at least buying from a corporate company that meets these conditions.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT OPTIONAL TOURS:
1-The tours must be conducted in Turkish with a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's consent)
B-A price difference may apply to conduct in English or Turkish (with the guest's consent)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the full amount paid for that tour will be refunded to the guest. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the amount of refund, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
2-Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If they or someone staying in the same room develop a health problem supported by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the amount of refund, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the amount of refund, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
C-No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour.
D-Guests who do not show up at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by coming to another location on their own. If they do not prefer this or it is not possible due to the tour content, no refunds will be made.
E-Since some tours collect guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest must contact our authorized personnel to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays cannot be cited as reasons for cancellation of the tour and if a refund is requested, none will be made.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information about the time of movement during the free times and breaks given during the tour. In cases where the guest is late, if the flow of the tour will not be affected, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable time or to continue. In other cases, the guest may either go to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE COVERED: All vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and other services used in our tours are based on the price/quality balance and our long years of experience in Egypt, and they are all certified by the Egyptian Authorized Authorities in accordance with International Tourism Standards. In case of any deficiencies and/or faulty services during our tours and activities, since your process in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the issues will be immediately addressed through interventions, and/or partial or full reimbursements will be made according to the problems faced. Discounts on discounted packages will be deducted from the total net payment made.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require substantial physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour before deciding to participate.
5-Water sports, boat tours, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, and camel rides may involve risks of accidents resulting in serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held liable for any adverse effects. Please ensure that you are aware of these risks when participating in such tours and activities; if in doubt, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with your purchase. By participating in these tours and activities, we kindly request that you strictly adhere to the warnings of our authorized personnel, follow the precautions provided, and use the safety equipment provided as necessary. Otherwise, you will be endangering both yourself and other participants.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with the guest. Our company is not responsible for guests denied entry due to clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, scarf, and shawl should be brought or rented; it is entirely the guest's responsibility to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8-Food allergies or other allergies, and special dietary requirements due to health reasons must be reported to our guide. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet these special needs. We only commit to doing our best within reason.
9-Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we specifically advise against drinking open water or other beverages, consuming fruits/vegetables unless you are certain they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and eating unpackaged foods sold in the open air. Since your body and immune system are not used to the local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining medical intervention, but relevant expenses will be your responsibility.
10-Like every cautious individual, we specifically advise you to obtain Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.

DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility located at the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim in the sea, sunbathe, and take plenty of photos at the natural lagoons where the Sinai Desert and the Red Sea meet. (The facility entrance fee, one non-alcoholic beverage per person, sun lounger and umbrella fees are included.)
