Day 1: Istanbul – Dubai December 29
Meeting at 18:00 in front of the AJet Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Sharjah Airport at 21:15 with AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF221.
Day 2: Dubai December 30
We arrive at Sharjah Airport at 03:40 local time. After our baggage procedures, we meet our guide waiting for us at the airport and head to Dubai city center. After a breakfast break upon arrival, we start our Dubai icons and city tour.
We will begin our tour by visiting the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of Dubai. During this time, you can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us. Following that, we will take a scenic journey along Sheikh Zayed Road, named after the founder of the Emirates, where we will have the opportunity to see Dubai’s world-famous skyscrapers and shopping centers. Our next stop will be at Marina for a photo break, where we will have the chance to capture pictures of the third largest Palm Island of Dubai, which is the first completed one. Afterwards, we will continue onto Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai's busiest and wealthiest avenue, to see panoramically the Burj Al Arab, the only 7-star hotel in the world, which is the symbol of Dubai. After our photo break here, we will move towards Deira, known as the old city of Dubai, where we will visit the Gold Souk for some shopping. After our city tour, we will return to our hotel. For our guests who wish, an optional tour will be organized in the evening, including a dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and the Fountain Show. Overnight stay at the hotel.

The first visit of this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. This resort built on 400 acres features 5-star hotels, 29 summer villas, 40 restaurants, and a large market along its 2 km long beach. It will be appreciated for its traditional market reminiscent of Venice, retaining the old architectural features of the region and offering a wide variety of souvenirs.
Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, known as the largest architecture in the world. With a height of 828 meters, the Burj Khalifa holds the title of the world’s tallest building (Burç Halife), named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and has over 160 floors. Our next destination will be the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world with a capacity of 1,200 stores. Here you can find all kinds of electronic shops, souvenirs, and locally produced high-quality dates. During our Dubai Mall visit, you can join the Fountain water, sound, and light show.
Day 3: Dubai December 31
After breakfast, free time. Guests wishing to do so can participate in the optional Dubai Highlights: Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden Tour. Dubai Frame: We will visit this architectural marvel designed as a bridge between Dubai’s past and future, Miracle Garden: We will stroll through a colorful and mesmerizing garden featuring 45 million flowers. Guests can also join the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, experience a safari with 4x4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. After the desert bedouin camp is established, enjoy a buffet dinner and traditional dance shows to unwind from the day's exhaustion. After our tour, we will transfer back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Optional Tour: Dubai Highlights - Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden Tour 70 USD!
We will start our tour by visiting the 150-meter long and 100-meter wide Dubai Frame building known as the world’s largest frame for outside photos. This iconic structure frames modern and old Dubai from two different perspectives and offers an impressive view. Afterwards, we will visit the Miracle Garden, known as the world’s largest flower garden, featuring 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. Free time will be given so that you can take amazing photos in the garden.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour per Person 90 USD!
Our tour, which will start in the afternoon with luxurious 4x4 vehicles, will provide an exciting safari experience on the sand dunes. During this time, you might get the chance to see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the best moments is capturing the magnificent view created by the sunset. After the safari, we will move to the traditional bedouin tents where you can enjoy various stage shows along with dinner. In these traditionally decorated tents in the desert, you can have henna tattoos and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. At the buffet dinner, you will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies and enjoy dance shows during the meal.
Day 4: Dubai January 1
After breakfast, for our guests wishing to do so, an optional tour will be held for Lunch at Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World. Additionally, in the evening, guests wishing to can join the Dinner Dhow Cruise Tour.

We will start our tour with the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marble. After visiting the mosque, we continue our panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. During the tour, you will see the Ethiad Towers, the world’s most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum, which tells about the old desert life. We proceed to our lunch location. After lunch, we will have a photo stop in the world-famous Ferrari World, and then we will return to Dubai. At the designated time by our guide, we will transfer to Sharjah Airport.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Dhow Cruise Tour – Per Person 85 USD
For our guests in the evening, we will take a trip on a luxurious boat for the Marina Dhow Cruise tour. Under the magnificent lights of Dubai, you can see the skyline of luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk with a buffet dinner and traditional music.
Day 5: Dubai January 2
After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and have a free day. Guests wishing to do so can participate in the optional Shopping Tour. After the tour, our transfer to the airport will occur at the time determined by our guide.

Before leaving Dubai, it is a perfect opportunity to complete your shopping! During our tour, you will visit three different shopping spots where you can find all kinds of products you are looking for. Day2Day Shopping Center: We will have our first break at this shopping center where you can find your souvenirs. Mall of the Emirates: You will spend free time in this famous shopping center which also has a ski slope. Outlet Mall: After the free time designated by our guide, we proceed to the Outlet Mall which has discounted products.
Our tour offers a chance to shop and explore the shopping opportunities of Dubai. After our visit to the Outlet Mall, we will be heading to Global Village, one of the world’s most entertaining venues consisting of pavilions from various countries. Here you can find souvenirs and food products, and we will spend a pleasant evening shopping in the pavilion before transferring to the airport at the designated time by our guide. (After November)
Day 6: Dubai - Istanbul
After our arrival at Sharjah Airport, we will depart for Istanbul at 03:40 on AJet Airlines flight VF222. After arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 08:00, our tour ends. We hope to see you in our next organization...
GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the trip departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, if the visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded since they have been used, if the visa application has not been made, a refund will be made for the visa and travel health insurance by canceling them as well. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency if the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right to show good faith by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided separately for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for the international round trip.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. In the event of cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the ticket prices for these flights, which do not have the right to cancellation & change or refund, will be subject to a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty provided they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets paid to the airline and/or under obligation. If there are less than 31 days before the start of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airfare. In the case of cancellation within 15 days or less before the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, since the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time the cancellation request is made, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund for these services. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historic sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are done panoramically with guiding narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry fees to museums and historic sites and are usually 2-3 hours long. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, are not the responsibility of the Agency if they cannot be carried out due to local authorities not permitting entry on the designated day and time, or if they are rendered impossible to conduct due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is prohibited or due to closed roads.
8- Our guide can change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, the status of museums and historic sites being closed, while also considering any changes that may occur in flight times.
9- Important points to consider for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: no heavy meals immediate before boarding, and avoiding excessive water consumption. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There are no refunds for participation in services specified as included in the prices (such as tours or meals) if not utilized.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The guest has purchased the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline rules; for round-trip tickets purchased, if the outbound flight is not taken, the return flight may be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal processes, and these procedures must be completed by the guests before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters or online through the airline’s websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and shown on information boards in the area. This information must be followed personally by guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the times communicated according to airline regulations, who do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses regarding obtaining new round-trip tickets and necessary transfers for guests who miss the flight to partake in the trip are their own responsibility.
18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, this baggage allowance may decrease to 15 kg for those flights. Excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines, and the Agency is not liable.
19- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with their miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures may be carried out after the tickets have been issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check your airline membership). No guarantees are provided for upgrades on every flight. Check if the program’s tickets are from an upgradeable class.
20- Dining and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges with some airlines.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly by the guest to the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- If the tour program specifies only the category information without hotel names and/or options are provided for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located further than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest must enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information resulting in ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guest.
25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is enabled for international use.
26- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the checkout time is 12:00.
27- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort is made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast served in hotels may differ from the traditionally rich Turkish breakfast. It is usually presented as limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee typically known as continental breakfast and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
29- In some cases, rooms may have double beds instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel depending on room types.
31- Any requests for extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and must be approved by the hotel based on availability.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, an extra bed is applied, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds, often referred to as coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept potential overcrowding and bed type due to the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and their ages are mistakenly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of the children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only for the "only child" within the age group that complies with a stay beside two adults.
36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in the TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests and extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
38- The distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographic location of the country visited, road works, and other conditions.
39- The Agency can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program when necessary or in mandatory situations.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are the guest's own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred while returning them to the individual or the country will be borne by the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any medications and reports related to any health issues they may have.
42- For any potential extra expenses at the hotel, official identification/photo ID, and a credit card or cash deposit may be required upon check-in, which will be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested at checkout is a matter between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date the travel ends.
2- At customs crossings/border gates, at least 2 blank pages in your passport are required for the entry/exit stamp to be stamped on your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for entry into the countries of this tour does not guarantee entry/exit into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exiting the country, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures the country they will be traveling to applies to the passport they will use, otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any results arising from this.
5- To avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly impaired passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be required to show a document demonstrating the mutual consent of both parents at the country entry/exit, hence it is advised that minors and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
