- If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip; Wtatil has the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee is refunded. Regarding additional services purchased outside the tour; if an internal connecting flight obtained from Wtatil is involved, it will be refunded to the guest. Visa services and travel health insurance for which a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest are non-refundable once used, but if no visa application was made, these services will be canceled and the fees refunded. If the guest acquired the internal connecting flight from a provider other than Wtatil, the cancellation of the tour by Wtatil will not entitle the guest to any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the potential material and moral damages resulting from the tour's cancellation and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
- If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour longer than 21 days before departure in good faith. In this case, since the service is arranged individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover transfer to and from the airport abroad.
Cancellations and Changes
- Guests may cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the departure date, provided that airplane tickets paid for and/or committed to Wtatil are excluded. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies for cancellations made between 15 and 31 days prior; if less than 15 days remain, the full tour fee penalty applies. When requesting cancellation, the conditions for refund of additional services such as internal connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the timing, and advance information should be obtained. Wtatil cannot commit to refunds for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
- The schedules and days of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions. During tours, different guides may accompany guests.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are typically 2-3 hours long, giving a general introduction to the cities via panoramic bus tours without entrance to museums or historical sites. These tours may not be conducted if restricted by local authorities, due to weather conditions, or if roads are closed for any reason. Wtatil is not responsible for such cancellations. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted.
- Our guide may change the city tour or additional tour dates based on the content of our tours, number of participants, and site closures. This also applies to schedule changes due to flight alterations.
- For tours via speedboats, guests should avoid heavy meals immediately before boarding and not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
- No refunds are provided if guests do not participate in services included in the price such as specific tours or meals.
Flights
- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, Turkish regulations, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes; Wtatil is obliged to inform guests as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of flight time changes or cancellations when purchasing the tour.

- For individuals participating in package flights, check-in and boarding are personal procedures and must be completed at the airport or online by the guest before the flight.
- Last-minute delays or gate changes will be announced at the airports and displayed on information screens; guests are responsible for following these updates.
- Guests not present at the airport at the specified times, who do not complete check-in and boarding, or who miss their flight, will not hold Wtatil responsible. Re-arranging flights or transfers will be at the guests' expense.
- In Turkey, baggage weight on flights is generally 20 kg; this may vary by airline and destination. Domestic flights may have a limit of 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

- Some airlines may charge extra for catering or online check-in services.
Other Matters
- Wtatil is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest; conditions of cancellation will then apply.
- If hotel names are not specified but only categories are given, or options are presented for the same destination, Wtatil will notify guests 48 hours prior to departure.
- In special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than specified; guests will be notified 15 days before departure.
- During booking, guests must correctly enter their passport name, date of birth, and passport number; incorrect information may lead to ticket cancellation or changes, and penalties will be borne by the guest.
- Before traveling abroad, guests should verify that their phones are unlocked for international use by contacting their service provider.
- Hotel check-in time is 15:00; check-out time is 12:00.
- Wtatil will communicate special requests regarding rooms (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed types) to the hotel. Such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Breakfasts at hotels generally consist of a continental style, including butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, served either in a designated room or a common restaurant.
- In some cases, double rooms may have double beds instead of twin beds, which can sometimes be joined.
- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type.
- Additional beds and cribs are provided upon request and according to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
- The maximum number of extra beds or cribs in a room is one.
- In triple rooms, an extra bed may be smaller than standard beds; these rooms have one large bed plus one additional bed that can be folded or coach style. Guests accept the potential discomfort due to the arrangement.
- If the number of adults and children or their ages are falsely declared during reservation, hotels may charge additional fees; responsibility lies with the guest for false declarations.
- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, the child may share a bed and may not have an additional bed, with child discounts applying only if the child is with two adults.
- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect prices within the day; the applicable rates are those at the time of payment. Extra services such as minibar or ironing at the hotel are paid directly and are not included in the purchase price.
- Some countries impose city or tourism taxes, which are collected at check-in or check-out by the hotel from the guest.
- The distances provided in the itinerary are map-based; actual travel times may extend due to traffic, weather, or geographical conditions.
- Wtatil may modify the order of cities or change the main airline without disrupting the program if deemed necessary or in case of force majeure.
- Personal belongings, bags, passports, and identity documents are the responsibility of the guests; Wtatil is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Any costs incurred for recovery or delivery are borne by the owner.
- Guests are required to carry travel health insurance policies, medications, and reports for any health issues during travel.
- Additional expenses such as deposits may be requested at check-in by the hotel, including governmental ID or passports and credit cards or cash. Refunds for deposits are between the hotel and the guest; Wtatil does not intervene.

- No visa is required for Turkish citizens.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the trip.
- To pass through customs and border controls, passports must have at least 2 blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border control authorities may prevent entry or exit. Wtatil is not responsible for such situations.
- Guests holding non-Turkish or dual nationality passports should consult the relevant embassies regarding visa procedures applicable to the countries to be visited; Wtatil is not responsible for consequences stemming from non-compliance.
- Passports that are torn, damaged, waterlogged, or otherwise compromised must be renewed to avoid issues at borders; responsibility lies with the guest.
