Day 1 ANKARA - DUBAI
Meeting at the Ajet Airlines counter at Esenboğa Airport's International Departures Terminal 4 hours before the flight. After ticket and baggage procedures, we depart for Dubai at 00:10 via Ajet Airlines flight VF549. Arrival at Dubai Airport at 05:15 local time. After passport procedures, our tour with a vehicle waiting at the airport starts with Lunch included Dubai Old Bazaars and city tour. We will start this tour by riding on abras. The places to be seen include the Textile Market, Gold Market, Spice Bazaars, Sheikh Palace, Emirates Tower, Skyscraper Avenue, the only seven-star hotel in the world, Burj Al Arab, Souk Madinat Jumeirah (photo break), Jumeirah Area, and Palm Island. After the tour, we proceed to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, we complete our hotel check-in. After a short rest at the hotel, those who wish can participate in the optional Dinner Cruise Dhow (in Marina) tour for an additional fee (80 Euro). We will experience an enjoyable dinner buffet and surprise shows along with the stunning night view of Dubai Marina, Dubai Eye/Blue Water Island (the world's largest Ferris wheel), and Palm Island with Dubai's traditional wooden boats. Following this delightful boat journey, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 DUBAI
After having breakfast at the hotel, those who wish can participate in the optional tour to Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Ferrari World (photo break). (60 Euro) (Entrance fee for Ferrari World is not included, it is 90 Euro per person and can be obtained from the guide)We will start our tour at Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the world’s largest 4th mosque. After our mosque visit, we will continue with our Abu Dhabi city tour. Places to visit include the Ethiad Towers, where the Fast and Furious movie was filmed, and the world’s most expensive hotel, Emirates Palace. After the tour, we will visit the world-famous Ferrari World, where we will take a photo break before returning to Dubai. In the evening, those who wish can participate in the optional Desert Flower Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall Shopping Center and Fountain Show tour. (25 Euro) (Burj Khalifa Entry Fee is not included, it is 50 Euro per person, to be obtained from the guide) We will see the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. Do you think buildings in our country or other countries are high? We believe your opinion might change after seeing Burj Khalifa. This magnificent architectural design, inspired by the desert flower Hymenocalis, has the title of being the tallest building in the world. We definitely recommend going up to the 125th floor and watching the stunning Dubai view from there. Known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world with a capacity of 1200 shops, Dubai Mall. After a break at Dubai Mall, we will watch the Fountain sound and light show. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 DUBAI
After breakfast, those who wish can participate in the optional Miracle Garden tour. (60 Euro) In the world’s largest garden, spanning an area of approximately 18 acres and home to 45 million flowers, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale garden. One of the most surprising aspects of the garden is that the flower designs are changed every season to ensure that visitors have a different experience with each visit. After this unique experience, we will transfer back to the hotel. Around 14:30-15:30, those who wish can participate in the optional Dinner Safari tour. (80 Euro) You will be able to enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert with 4X4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. Additionally, you will spend the night at the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, enjoying an open buffet dinner and dance show to shake off the day's exhaustion. After the trip, we will be back at our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 DUBAI
Day 5 DUBAI - ANKARA
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Departure with Ajet Airlines flight VF550 at 06:05 to Ankara. Arrival at 09:40 local time and the end of our tour.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Passengers traveling to Dubai are not required to have a Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
- Unvaccinated travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result.
- We recommend that passengers participating in the tour obtain Covid comprehensive health insurance.
- It is the responsibility of the guests to follow the Covid-related procedural changes as determined by the Health Ministries of the countries they will travel to.
- A valid passport for at least 6 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn and worn-out passports.
- For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the required documents specified in the visa documents list, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- Visas must be obtained from the country where the first entry into the tour will be made or from the country where the most accommodation will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the failure of passport police to allow entry into the country.
- In the event of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our clients, and has no liability in case of the visa not being approved for any reason, not being issued in time, or incorrect information appearing on the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
- Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, being subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. No-show fees will be charged to guests in case of flight cancellations or changes due to incorrect information.
- Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests at least 48 hours prior to the departure date by calling the central office.
- The city of arrival may differ. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or delays made by the airline companies.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not supported by Adonis.com in the event of changes in domestic flight connections.
- For group tickets, the airline rules are applicable, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either as per group ticket rules.
- For flights departing from Turkey, the general luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra luggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
- If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be communicated to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour course. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days according to the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day than the indicated day/days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
- Extra tours can only be organized if there is a minimum participation of 10 people; if there are fewer, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide, and prices may be adjusted accordingly. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
- Extra tours along the way will only be implemented if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at the break location.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
- Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
- Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
- All hotel names specified in the programs, etc. are for example and have been written to serve as an example with respect to star category and distance. It does not imply that accommodation will be made in the specified named hotel.
- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds, and the third bed is a standard bed that is smaller and/or an additional foldable bed.
- Child discounts only apply to children in certain age groups staying with 2 adults.
- In cases where minors under 18 years of age do not participate in the tour with either one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent documents during the trip.
- In case of cancellation or modification, the "Adonis.com sales contract" is valid.
